Amazing stay, start to finish. Fantastic and helpful hosts, and the must pleasant and fabulous experience staying in the most beautiful villa.

We had such a good stay at Soona B2. It was a great experience & made our time worth while. All of the staff and supporting team for this Airbnb were incredible. We hired drivers through our Airbnb host as well as got great recommendations for things to do. We really appreciated the time we had and highly recommend staying here.

This was a really cool stay! 5/5. Great Airbnb. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Not a bad thing but for anyone reading — bring your bug spray. That would’ve helped us a ton haha. We would’ve sat in the outside area even more. But the time we did sit out there was relaxing. Lots of good restaurants deliver to the area. I’d recommend Ruda Smash Burger. Thank me later! All in all— a great place to stay for a night or two.

Claudias place was the best! The house is just as nice as what you see in the pictures on Airbnb. The hosts checked in with us over our visit and were very quick to answer any questions we had about the area. We will definitely stay there again if we come to the area.

We had the best time at Villa NJ celebrating our bride to be! The space was perfect - welcoming & beautiful. Franquie & Denisse were amazing to work with and we felt supported & taken care of during our trip! We love Tulum! ♥️

I used this space for getting ready for my wedding with my bridesmaids and it was absolutely wonderful! The space itself was clean and stunning, the photographer kept remarking on how beautiful the space was for pictures. Also, hyacinth was incredibly kind and responsive, letting us check in early to accommodate our wedding schedule. It’s definitely a long bumpy drive to get here, but we had cars of various sizes make the drive and didn’t have any issues. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

If you’re thinking about booking here for a relaxing and fun stay in Tulum, this is it! We were blown away by how natural & gorgeous this villa is. Edouard, Joel and his team are amazing hosts and we felt so taken care of the entire time. Every room is serene, awakens your senses and helps you to feel at rest after a day at the beach. Our group had an incredible time and would love to return! 10/10!

We just loved our weeklong stay here. The home has fantastic energy, was super comfortable and the pool delightful. We used the upstairs yoga space daily for yoga and meditation. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend

Our stay at this beautiful villa just outside of Tulum was absolutely incredible! The location is perfect, only a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Tulum and about 15–20 minutes to the beach, making it super convenient while still feeling tucked away and private. The house itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The pool area was a huge hit, perfectly safe and fun for our 3- and 5-year-old kids, yet clearly designed to accommodate larger groups too, with a backyard bar and an awesome platform for yoga or outdoor workouts. It’s the kind of place that effortlessly works for both family vacations and group getaways. Inside, the rooms were large and comfortable, the living room was fully stocked with all electronics and streaming options, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. We also loved the concierge options available for meals and excursions, it made everything so easy and enjoyable. Special shoutout to Rebecca, Javier for their outstanding help!

Staying at Cherri's place was wonderful! We received detailed directions and recommendations in advance. We were welcomed by Prudy, Cherri's housekeeper, who prepared a delicious dinner for us on our first day of travel - per our request and at an extra charge. Prudy was one of the best surprises during our stay! She was there every day to clean and refresh items. Alberto was also wonderful and came by every morning. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. Cherri added lots of comforts that we appreciated: high speed internet, smart TV, blue tooth speakers, zoned AC, lots of ceiling fans, lots of bathrooms! We made good use of the kitchen. There is not a dishwasher. We spent most mornings having coffee by the pool. The grounds are beautiful and private. The pool isn't heated, so a bit chilly this time of year. The house is not directly on the beach, but you can get to it quickly. There are great restaurants that are walkable. We highly recommend Cherri's place and Akumal!

Host was incredibly responsive and helpful! Quick to respond to any questions we had and knew the area inside out. The villa itself was incredible and better than our expectations. Location was great as there were walkable bars/restaurants/stores, and close to other villas. Definitely will come again when in Tulum!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The service was excellent – we accidentally left our glasses behind, and the host was kind enough to help us mail them back. They also helped us book a beach spot, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The house itself was beautiful and clean, just like the photos. One thing to note: there is a construction site on the way to the house, so I’d recommend renting an SUV for easier access. Also, we hope they can improve pest control a bit. Overall, it was a great stay and we truly appreciated the thoughtful and helpful service!

Clem and Bel were amazing host. From start to finish. We were given so many options as soon as we booked. Transportation arranged for us RTP from airport was so convenient. Bel was there to meet us as soon as we pulled up which I loved. She took us on a tour of the property. Our group of 7 felt right at home. The space was exactly as pictured. Very aesthetically pleasing. The top floor gets a little hot during the day, but that is to be expected (however the bedroom stays cool with the air). Only thing I would recommend is shelf space in the master suite (there is no dresser or anywhere to store clothing like other bedrooms). Bathrooms were super clean (which I loved). Chef services were reasonably priced, honestly how delicious the food was I would've paid more. The area is safe, private, and quiet. There is a grocery store within walking distance, and we felt safe doing so. My group of 7 are "resort girls" and they were impressed! Thank you Clem and Bel!

Casa Halo is a beautiful and looks just like the pictures! While there isn't much around the house, it is close to the beach and town. Our family had a lot of fun in the pool and hanging out in the den. Before arriving in Tulum, Kevin answered all of questions quickly and had lots of recommendations. We asked to have some food at the house for when we arrived and it was all waiting for us. Orlando was there to greet us when we arrived and helped us with everything! He had recommendations for cenotes, restaurants, drivers… Orlando advice elevated our entire trip. And when there was a problem with one of the ACs, Orlando was there to help in 10 minutes. He had someone there to repair it 15 minutes later. Amazing! One thing I would note is that the floor can be slippery, so bring something you are comfortable wearing around the house or grippy socks.

Highly recommended! The neighborhood is gated, making it safe and clean. The place was well-maintained, and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay with our kids. Communication with Pablo and Ivan was excellent—they were friendly and accommodating. Thanks to their recommendations, our trip to Tulum was even more perfect. We also asked last-minute about using the soccer field in the community, and they kindly arranged it for us right away. Their thoughtfulness and dedication to ensuring guests have the best experience make this place truly exceptional. I’m already recommending it to my friends!😄

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! Christian is super nice and easy to communicate with via and he met us at the house upon arrival to give us a tour of everything. Filtered water is provided. Lots of space for 3 adults and 2 young children. The setting is beautiful - in the middle of the jungle with lots of small wildlife to spot (sit in the front at about 5:15pm and you might spot the monkeys making their nightly journey to other other side of the forest). The cenote is a huge perk, we loved swimming in it. The pool was clean and wonderful, as was all the backyard amenities including a thatched roof outdoor kitchen and huge dining table. The house was very clean and it was also cleaned daily while we were there. The location is very close to Akumal village and the beach, all just a short drive away. We rented a car. Highly recommend!

Main house was perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Beautiful home, meticulously maintained, perfectly decorated, comfortably furnished & stocked with everything you could want, including numerous books to borrow. Pool was refreshing. The landscape & grounds were exceptional. Bikes included were in excellent condition. Staff was sweet. We didn’t have a car, just pre arranged for airport transfers which worked perfect. We’d been to Akumal before and this trip we only wanted to enjoy the immediate neighborhood. Lagoon a 4 minute stroll away. Enough restaurants within easy walk to work for us. Pre booking communication was speedy & very helpful. We hope to return. Thanks for a relaxing vacation.

this place is absolutely amazing. Juan Pablo is the best. Emil is also amazing and they were very accommodating. Great hospitality. I would love to come back here. Juan Pablo is an amazing chef so getting the private chef option is a mandatory plus.

Great place for our family. The amenities they provided were wonderful, from a fridge equipped with filtered water to coffee, soaps, etc. it was really nice to have those things and not have to grab every little thing from a store nearby. The rooftop pool was amazing. The bedding was SO COMFORTABLE. Everything made our stay feel luxurious. They were quick to respond to any requests we had and were very helpful. The neighborhood is up and coming so expect dirt roads and driving to get needs, but we used the tomato app for food deliveries and it was really convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

Very friendly host and great house for our family. Large bedrooms, dining area and great pool in the yard. It's very close to a rooftop bar and walking distance to a good restaurant/bar street. The host assisted with local suggestions and taxi reservations. Great stay!
