I had a fantastic stay at Chris and Lena's place in Tulum! From the start, they were incredibly responsive and communicated with me in a timely manner, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very safe, providing a perfect environment to relax. I highly recommend staying with Chris and Lena—it's a great spot for anyone visiting Tulum!

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

Nous avons aimé qu'il y aille un restaurant à même le complexe. Le complexe est super! Malheureusement d'autre invité du complexe ont laissé leur chien japper toute une nuit qu'on entendant beaucoup mais le logement etait super. La cuisine est tres de base. Merci!!

My first visit to Mexico and I am glad we found this spot. Akumal is has two sides separated by the bridge that crosses the highway. The Beach and vacation area side was great and the property was clean and well taken care of. The private pool was awesome. Everything you need is within walking distance of about a mile. We did venture into Tulum for some shopping at a bigger grocery store. My husband caught some fish and we cooked tacos a few nights. The kitchen is well equipped. We also walked to the small shopping area as you enter by the arch and had lunch at a few of the restaurants along the way. However, across the bridge, more locals, they have loads of restaurants and a farmers market with fresh fruit and some veg. Everyone was friendly. I would visit again. Thank you Michaela for being a great host and responsive.

Fantastic unit and Muunek is a wonderful building. We always stay in La Veleta and this was the nicest place yet. 2min walk off the main Calle 7 in the neighborhood. With a scooter it’s easy to get to and from the beach and Centro and prefer this area over the others. Common pool area was also great and shoutout to the every day staff managing the grounds and pool area- very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Easy entry using lockbox and key. Surfaces were clean. Quite a bit of sand still on the floor. I asked not to have the daily maid service and just did the sweeping myself. The kitchen was stocked well. It did have a blender (not listed) and a drip coffee maker. They did provide water. I need a fair amount of storage containers for food (I cut up fruit and salad items) and the Airbnb did not have much of that. Two boogie boards and a large sun umbrella for use. Showers had doors. The water got hot for showers and in the kitchen. This unit was on the second floor, so good for carrying items up if the elevator wasn't working. Balcony and houseplants were lovely. Beds comfortable. AC worked in all spaces. Black out blinds were helpful against morning sun. The pool and entry fountains are lovely. I would stay there again. Walk to Turtle Bay & Taverna was .8 miles. Close to Buena Vida, La Lunita, and Jungle cafe. North end of beach by the place with red umbrellas for easy enter to snorkel.

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

We have stayed in Half Moon Bay before but this was our first time at Playa Blanco. This condo is well furnished, perfectly situated in the bay, and has the best views. From here, we could easily walk to La Buena Vida for drinks and dinner and to the Jungle Cafe for breakfast. The beach is perfect here and this unit is well managed. The host sent us access to a digital welcome book prior to our arrival and it was easy to find and check in. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We will absolutely come back and stay here again.

Hospedagem incrível, ambiente espaçoso, quarto, cozinha, banheiros tudo limpo. Passamos 6 dias incríveis em tulum e tínhamos tudo perto da hospedagem. Ron excelente anfitrião. Com certeza voltarei a tulum e irei para o mesmo local
