For sure I’ll come back at Dina’s house for my next trip in Guam.

I was supposed to stay at another location, but due to a change in my travel plans, I needed to checkin a day later. Dina relocated me to a larger unit that was closer to her own base so she could assist in a real early morning checkin. Unit was very nice in a quiet complex, 2 bedrooms (I only used one), an equipped functional kitchen and bathroom, and a living room with comfortable furniture and cable TV. Dining room table could seat six. 3 A/C units that worked very well. Unit had a designated parking space. Except when the kids went to school, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, the kids were well behaved. Even though the rental was further from a business I was dealing with, the switch was an upgrade. Only hiccup was the checkout instructions came too late, so I cleaned the kitchen, took out the garbage and tidied up the unit. I hope that it was sufficient. My experience was good, and if I am ever in Guam I would not hesitate to rent from Dina again.

The location was convenient for getting to all parts of Guam. The neighborhood was quiet. The amenities matched the description. When there was a minor problem (with a coffee maker), they quickly replaced it. Overall, well worth the stay.

I stayed here for almost 2 months. The apartment was in great condition & looked just like the photos. Beds & couch were comfortable. Everything felt simple and well organized. I even had new towels waiting for me - which were super soft & a nice touch after my long flight. I also appreciated that the water pressure & temp was good throughout the place. Any minor issues I had during my stay, Dina was very responsive and tried to resolve within 24 hours. The only 2 things that I think could be potential issues for others would be that the wifi was very finicky and would drop and regroup all the time, and there is only one washer & dryer for all 4 units in the building - and everyone seemed to want to do laundry at the same time each week😅. Neither was a huge deal for me because I would just go to my family’s house, but I know that may not be an option for everyone. Overall, it suited my needs well and the neighbors were friendly. I would stay at any of Dinas places again.

The location of the apartment is great if you have a car. It is only about 8 minutes drive to downtown. The apartment is very spacey and clean and it’s a great fit for family!

Such a great place to be at when you want to have a peaceful time. The Host was very welcoming and willing to work with you as you get situated in the house. The host was not there; however, she has a great manager that tends to your needs and assists you with a smile on her face. I 100% recommend this Airbnb. Thank you so much! We had a comfortable stay. Rented the place for 5 weeks. Any issues we had they were resolved in a timely manner, host was very responsive. I recommend it for long stays.

I stayed at Nicole’s properties for about a year. Her places were always the most comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to everything! Never had issues with neighbors or parking, everything was great.

걸어서 비치나 쇼핑몰 가기도 너무 좋구요. 침대 세개에 토퍼가 여러개라 단체 여행에 아주 좋은 숙소입니다! 다만 샤워 수압이 약하긴 한데 그 외엔 모두 만족스러워요~!

徒歩すぐに綺麗なビーチに到着する、素晴らしい立地です！観光地のタモンからは少し距離があるので、閑静なところですが、タモンにはタクシーですぐに行くことができるので便利でした。またアウトレットやたくさんの飲食店、スーパーが徒歩数十分の圏内にあるので、特に食事や買い物に困ることも無かったです。 部屋の中も写真の通りでとても綺麗でした。1週間程度の生活に必要な最低限のものは揃っていました。ホストの方からの返信も迅速でとても助かりました。 ただ、野生のニワトリが騒がしかったです。

家族で利用しました。 部屋はとても綺麗で満足です。 立地もよく歩いてすぐのビーチで子供も遊べて満足していました。 周りの音も気にならなくいい環境でした。 また利用したいです。

Nice place, walking distance to supermarket where you can get supplies. Close to mall 5 minutes drive to the Wednesday night market!

This isn't actually a review for this specific spot. Last minute there was an unexpected renovation here but Asia within a short period of time booked us at another location that worked out perfectly. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked with everything you could need to feel at home and a grocery store was just a quick 2 minute walk away!

We will be looking to book with Asia again on our next visit to Guam. We did have some internet issues, when we let Asia know she got them taken care of right away.

The building is older, however, the interior of the apartment has been nicely updated. There is plenty of free and convenient parking. The apartment is really well equipped and nicely furnished. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The organization of the kitchen and bath supplies is impressive. The WiFi works great. The large flat screen TV seems to have something wrong with the screen (it seems washed out), however, it is still useable and is equipped with Roku. There is a dedicated laundry room with a high end washer and dryer. We found the laundry sink really helpful for washing our snorkeling gear. The location is fantastic. A very short walk from one of the nicest beaches is Guam with good snorkeling. The beach is visible from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants close by. Thicker blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be better. However, we eventually figured out that we could really darken the back bedroom by closing the hurricane shutters.

This place was really nice, location was great, the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The area is quiet, and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. Stayed there for a week and had no issues whatsoever. Anna was very helpful, and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great experience.
