Her place is home away from home. You got everything you need. Very clean very nice, a dream home with friendly neighborhood too.. a very peaceful surroundings and nearby to almost everything. A very friendly staffs and of course Alessandra and Tricia the most. I will be coming back to her place whenever I need to stay away from home. Thank you so much til my next stay.😘😍

Had a great stay at Nicoles place. When we arrived the hot water heater was not working properly. Nicole had it replaced and we had had water in 2 hours!! Very responsive and great location.

두살 남아와 친구랑 11박 했어요. 닭과 병아리가 뛰어놀고 매우 평화로운 곳이었어요. 아이에게는 자연학습의 기회였고 매니저, 호스트를 비롯해 모두 친절하였습니다. 근처 한국인 마켓이 있어 편리하였고 숙소에는 모든 식기와 침구및 생활하는데 물품이 준비 되어 있어서 집 처럼 편하게 지냈어요 ~ 해변에 자주 가는 만큼 세탁, 건조기가 있어 매일 빨래를 할 수 있었고 요리도 해먹을 수 있어서 비용도 세이브 했어요 . 호텔보다 넓고 요리도 할 수 있어 너무 만족합니다. 아이가 어리다 보니 불편할 수 있는 부분을 모두 수용해주시고 배려해주셨으며 호스트님을 비롯해 모든 괌 주민에게 반했습니다 !! 2025년 12월에 다시 방문할 것입니다 ! 아이와 즐거운 추억을 만들 수 있게 도와주셔서 감사합니다.

Tomoko is very friendly and hospitable. The location is nice and central near Hagåtña — accessible for diving and beaches to south, near local shopping and restaurants, and just across the bay from the touristic area. Light sleepers should bring earplugs, there is some traffic noise from 4-lane road nearby.

깔끔한 숙소!!! 사진보다 훨씬 더 넓고 쾌적합니다 주방도구며 이용하지는 않았지만 바베큐 시설도 잘 되어있습니다 비앤비 이용하시는 분들은 당연히 렌트하실거라 생각하는데 마트 돈키 이파오 투몬 모두 가깝습니다 작년에도 다른 비앤비 숙소 이용했는데 알파카님 숙소가 훨씬 좋았더라는요^^

House was perfect, location perfect..operating the door lock was a little difficult for us until we learned it, otherwise quiet and perfect for remote working. beach was close, sunrise at Ipan or Jeff’s pirates cove is perfect and amazing best on the island. Ice cream at the mobile gas station is on point. Vons chicken yummy. trust food is close no worries. it may be far from the norm for travelers looking for a busy city life, but not far if you are looking for quiet beautiful neighborhood and a peaceful slow pace of island life. Gods country didn’t disappoint…

Katherine is such a sweet host. She is super responsive and her house went above and beyond what we were expecting. The home is literally on the hill above the Tumon Strip. The house came with blazing fast fiber internet and TVs in every room that we could sign into our netflix accounts. The couch was one of the coziest couches ive ever sat on!The location of this house is by far the best. We literally could walk down the hill and we were at the Hilton. What was even better was the car rental that she provided. She provided a luxurious lexus suv that was super luxurious. The house has security cameras all around, and the neighborhood that it is in looks like a pretty safe affluent area. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the island! I will be back!

대가족 여행인데 전혀 불편없었습니다 차고지 고장이였는데 길가에 주차해서 오히려 더 편했어요

Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. They offered to place us in their other house at no additional charge so we would have somewhere to stay until we found another place. Very responsive and so friendly. Would strongly recommend staying there.

객실 상태는 사진과 같았으며, 대가족이 머물기 편안하였습니다. 요청 사항이 잘 반영되었고, 호스트는 신속하고 적극적으로 연락되었습니다. 주방에서 조리 하기 편안하고 에어컨도 잘 작동 되었으며, 수영장도 잘 관리되고 있습니다. 숙소와 이어지는 해변이 있어 아침 저녁 산책도 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 갈 의사가 있습니다.

Dina and Queen were just the best! They answered every question I had and replied to my messages very promptly. The place was exactly what I needed. They had different types of kitchen appliances too, which I thought was cool. The beds are SUPER comfortable, the entire place was clean, wifi was super fast, and we had a large couch in the living room area. Definitely booking with this place again.

Dina’s place is conveniently located and close to grocery stores and gas stations. The home was cozy and clean with plenty of little amenities that may be needed during the stay! Dina was very flexible and responsive when it came to any issues or questions. I highly recommend staying if visiting Guam

It was a great place to stay. Every shops for groceries and souvenir are around this house. We had rented a car and we could go DONKI for 5minutes also Kmart 7minutes by a car.
