Her place is home away from home. You got everything you need. Very clean very nice, a dream home with friendly neighborhood too.. a very peaceful surroundings and nearby to almost everything. A very friendly staffs and of course Alessandra and Tricia the most. I will be coming back to her place whenever I need to stay away from home. Thank you so much til my next stay.😘😍

Annie’s unit is perfect for your own private space on island. Although it’s nestled at a family residential, you still get your own private unit and amenities listed! Location is very central so you’re close to most retail shopping centers and Grocery/Mom n Pop stores. Not to mention a cool 5 minute drive from airport. With that being said, Anni is also a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home with great hospitality towards her guests. She’s very communicative and willing to go beyond for her guests.

Toads의 숙소에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다! 비행기가 연착되어 한시간이상 늦게 도착했지만 공항픽업을 기다려주셔서 즐겁게 여행을 시작할 수 있었습니다. 지금도 감사드리는 마음이네요. 도착하는 순간부터 모든 것이 기대 이상이었어요. 숙소는 깔끔하고 세련되게 꾸며져 있었으며, 필요한 모든 편의 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 다만 괌의 물은 석회질이 많아서 현지인들처럼 정수물을 페이리스마트에서 사다 먹었네요. 침구가 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었고, 주방도 준비가 잘 되어 있어 요리를 하기에도 좋았습니다. 숙소의 위치도 정말 좋았어요. 괌프리미엄아울렛과 가까우면서도(몇번은 걸어다녔습니다만 낮에는 더워서 차타는게 좋네요) 밤에는 조용하고 평온했습니다. 체크인 과정도 아주 간편했고, 두명의 호스트께서 언제나 신속하게 응답해 주시고 상황에 맞게 체크아웃 일정도 조정해 주셔서 여행이 더욱 즐거웠습니다. 특히 가장 인상 깊었던 점은 야간에도 건물전체에 조명이 환하게 들어와서 집찾기도 수월하고 보안도 좋았습니다. 집처럼 편안하면서도 고급스러움과 안전함을 갖춘 숙소를 찾고 계신다면, 이곳이 바로 최고의 선택입니다! 다음에 괌을 방문할 때 꼭 다시 머물고 싶네요~

空港、海、繁華街からのアクセスが良く、無料駐車場もあるため、レンタカーをしながら快適に過ごせました。

두살 남아와 친구랑 11박 했어요. 닭과 병아리가 뛰어놀고 매우 평화로운 곳이었어요. 아이에게는 자연학습의 기회였고 매니저, 호스트를 비롯해 모두 친절하였습니다. 근처 한국인 마켓이 있어 편리하였고 숙소에는 모든 식기와 침구및 생활하는데 물품이 준비 되어 있어서 집 처럼 편하게 지냈어요 ~ 해변에 자주 가는 만큼 세탁, 건조기가 있어 매일 빨래를 할 수 있었고 요리도 해먹을 수 있어서 비용도 세이브 했어요 . 호텔보다 넓고 요리도 할 수 있어 너무 만족합니다. 아이가 어리다 보니 불편할 수 있는 부분을 모두 수용해주시고 배려해주셨으며 호스트님을 비롯해 모든 괌 주민에게 반했습니다 !! 2025년 12월에 다시 방문할 것입니다 ! 아이와 즐거운 추억을 만들 수 있게 도와주셔서 감사합니다.

i can feel the hospitality of Tomoko during my stay. Tomoko provide an affordable, clean and comfortable place which worth a lot more than it is. I'll definitely recommend and come to Tomoko's place if I visited Guam again. I'm gonna miss Tomoko's cat a lot...

깔끔한 숙소!!! 사진보다 훨씬 더 넓고 쾌적합니다 주방도구며 이용하지는 않았지만 바베큐 시설도 잘 되어있습니다 비앤비 이용하시는 분들은 당연히 렌트하실거라 생각하는데 마트 돈키 이파오 투몬 모두 가깝습니다 작년에도 다른 비앤비 숙소 이용했는데 알파카님 숙소가 훨씬 좋았더라는요^^

House was perfect, location perfect..operating the door lock was a little difficult for us until we learned it, otherwise quiet and perfect for remote working. beach was close, sunrise at Ipan or Jeff’s pirates cove is perfect and amazing best on the island. Ice cream at the mobile gas station is on point. Vons chicken yummy. trust food is close no worries. it may be far from the norm for travelers looking for a busy city life, but not far if you are looking for quiet beautiful neighborhood and a peaceful slow pace of island life. Gods country didn’t disappoint…

Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. They offered to place us in their other house at no additional charge so we would have somewhere to stay until we found another place. Very responsive and so friendly. Would strongly recommend staying there.

Dina and Queen were just the best! They answered every question I had and replied to my messages very promptly. The place was exactly what I needed. They had different types of kitchen appliances too, which I thought was cool. The beds are SUPER comfortable, the entire place was clean, wifi was super fast, and we had a large couch in the living room area. Definitely booking with this place again.

Dina’s place is conveniently located and close to grocery stores and gas stations. The home was cozy and clean with plenty of little amenities that may be needed during the stay! Dina was very flexible and responsive when it came to any issues or questions. I highly recommend staying if visiting Guam

Vma was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. The unit had split air conditioners in the bedroom and dining area. It was located in a convenient area in Upper Tumon. The easiest way to find the location using GPS, I found, was to enter "Lily Village Condo. " I highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay. Every shops for groceries and souvenir are around this house. We had rented a car and we could go DONKI for 5minutes also Kmart 7minutes by a car.

Helpful, clean and friendly folks. Good location with easy access to amenities.
