We loved this quirky cottage. It was quiet and peaceful and had all the facilities we needed. The games room was fabulous, leading to some competitive games of pool and darts! You need to be organised with food as it is some drive to major shops, but Adaminaby is only 15 mins away and has great coffee/bakery. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with a group of friends for the long weekend. The place is amazing with spacious rooms and a gorgeous outdoor area and view. The host is super helpful, responsive, and accommodating. It's also a small drive from the nearest town Tumbarumba. Loved it!

I had a truly fantastic stay with Ron and Sarah. The cottage itself was just incredible, built by Ron, and his work is amazing. Everything you would need as a guest is there; fully equipped kitchen, plenty of relaxing space, comfy bed and I think the fact it even has aircon is incredible. Plenty of windows as well, with bug screens so you can get a nice airflow through. Unbelievable views all round the property, the veranda out the back is an amazing place to sit with a cold beer after a day out and about! I cannot speak highly enough of Ron as a host. Absolutely incredible gent, so welcoming and friendly to chat with. He gave me so many fantastic recommendations to do in the local area and lent me a bike to do an incredible cycle in the local area. Nothing was too much and he would always be lovely and chatty when I saw him around the property. I wish I could have stayed for more than just 2 nights and would definitely love to return again!

Very comfortable and clean property. Ideal for our group of 3 couples. A good base to explore the local region around Tumut.

We had the most wonderful time at Sally's Cottage. We took our two dogs (Golden Retrievers) with us as well and they had the best time too. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Sitting on the deck in the afternoon with the rolling hills in every direction and cows and sheep grazing was very relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the inclusion of eggs and bacon, some bread and homemade jams (there is no oven but there's a weber bbq FYI). It has two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen, we slept in the king and it was delightfully comfy and cosy. There's both an outdoor firepit and an indoor fireplace so it has all your possible heating needs. The cottage feels like a mini home away from home. We will absolutely be back again one day and highly recommend it.

We had a very relaxing stay. Milly was just lovely and very responsive to any needs or requests. Mollys home was spotless and roomy. The outdoor area was very private and shady. Easy walk to local shops. Highly recommended. Thank you Milly

David’s place was great, very clean, comfortable beds, great bathroom for a 2 bedroom property. Good communication. Wasn’t sure if Netflix was available as we couldn’t get a signal the night we stayed. Pet friendly which would be even better if there was a fenced area on part of the yard. One of the best Thai restaurants we have been to which is located in the Commercial hotel in Tumut! A bit more expensive than we would usually pay for one night. However, it was a great place to stay and we would stay again if we are visiting Tumut.
