Great spot downtown, very walkable, with lots of restaurants, clubs, and cafés within walking distance, as well as the harbour and Pike Place Public Market. The views from the apartment are very, very nice. This was our first time to Seattle and definitely want to come back.

Simple place to stay in while I apartment hunted. Five minute walk to the light rail and on site laundry were big pluses and the bathtub was extra deep.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay… comfortable bed with luxurious cotton linens and towels. Well equipped kitchen and decent coffee. A pleasant living room with a TV. Fast WiFi. I will definitely consider a repeat stay on my next visit to the area. I highly recommend this listing for a single person or couple.

What a gorgeous place to stay in if you're visiting Seattle! Take note that if you're walking to town, it's easy on the way down, but it's an incredibly steep hill on the way back up, not for the faint hearted! But Ubers and taxis are easy to get. The views are amazing!!! Kitchen had all essential pots and pans. There was no cooking oil or essentials, just salt/pepper/spices. There were no ice cube trays, no dish towels or tea towels, just paper towels to use to clean up. No dishwasher, so if you are cooking, be prepared to hand wash it all. Also, no cleaning stuff, just dish soap and a Clorox spray ( not what I like to use in a cooking area but not a huge deal) The rooms and beds were very comfortable! Plenty of closet and drawer space too. We would have liked to see the backyard but the door wouldn't open to go down the outer stairs, so we left it alone. It's an older house so we didn't want to tug on the door too hard and risk damage. Hosts were kind to let us check in early!

Casie was very accommodating. The place was spotless and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the parking space made it so easy to park even when coming back late at night. Casie was very clear in her communication with us, and that really helped me feel stress free about staying at her place.

This is by far one of the best places I have stayed. Very comfortable and very clean. Lindsey place has a peaceful aura to its presence. I especially loved using the kitchen! Has everything needed to never leave the house! Very pleased with my stay and can't wait to come again!

Stayed for 2 weeks till I found an apartment. Ken was helpful with that as well.

Evalyne was phenomenally helpful and responsive. I had a package delivered by Amazon that I expected to be left at the door, but it had been placed in the mailbox. I contacted her explaining that the item was a present for the President of the organization and the conference ended the following day… and I was leaving for the last day of the conference at 8 am. She checked the cameras to see if it had been delivered and she be tracking info from Amazon showed one time (which was wrong), but the tracking from the shipper listed a different time and she was able to see that UPS had indeed dropped it off. She came to the Airbnb and dropped off the mail after 10 pm so I’d have it in time!!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend with another family for a dance competition in Tacoma. We loved the location near the university. The house accommodated are group well. Plenty of room and well equipped. It was clean and comfortable with easy check-in, check-out instructions. We loved the vintage but modern vibes of the house. Thanks, Reece, for a great weekend in Tacoma. We would love to rent this house again!

I came to visit my brother in Seattle, the house was very accommodating and useful, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the downstairs unit gets noisy is someone is in the upstairs unit

Everything went well is a very nice and spacious home within a quiet neighborhood. had all the amenities we needed for staying for the weekend.

The House was very nice, very clean and well maintained. The location was amaazing, close access into town for food, entertainment and amazing coffee! The host's was very fast and patient with our messages and that was great.

Naili was an excellent host. Very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Very accommodating to me and my family and made our family Thanksgiving get together a reality with her beautiful home. The home is extremely gorgeous and very well kept with beautiful views and very peaceful. Everything was as advertised. I highly recommend staying at Nali’s house.

Perfect location! I loved being able to walk to all the neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The dedicated parking spot was very helpful since street parking is for 2 hours unless you have a permit. The unit was absolutely spotless when we arrived, with plenty of towels and there’s also access to washer/dryer. Highly recommend this place!

The living room area was bright and full of lights. The mall was near by and with lots of places to eat. After a full day at Seattle the home was nice to come back to and relax. People with mini vans need to back out slowing due to the angle of the driveway and street.

It was such a please staying here for a month. From the beautiful view when sitting on the coach in the living room, to the kind neighbors and door people, and the quick access to everything, it was a dream. David was a wonderfully kind host. If I am ever back in Seattle, I hope to stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying at Tetiana’s place. I thought the decor was cute and the space was big compared to most other options in Seattle. My only thing to note is that I think the parking space is way too small for a RAV4. I was able to get a Subaru Outback in there but at an angle due to the column. I think something like a mini cooper or fiat would be best. Luckily there was no one in the parking space beside of me for the length of my stay but I don’t think I could’ve managed parking with a compact SUV if there was a person in that space.

Fast easy check in. Very clean, great location down town for my stay and will definitely come back in the future. Work out gym, pool, Hot tub and sauna is what sealed the deal for me!

This listing was great! Perfect location—walking distance from Pike Market and across the street from the Elliott Bay Trail—and beautifully furnished. Sean and Rachel were super responsive to the questions I had and provided all the information needed to have a smooth check-in/check-out process and worry-free stay. The location of this stay is prefect for a first time visit to Seattle, very walkable with so many shops and activities nearby. The stay is very cozy with a nice view. The actual beds and pillows were comfy.

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. It’s a good spot if you have a baby or toddler. Our toddler loved looking outside the windows in the living room. They also provided cups and plates that are toddler friendly which was great because i didn’t have to pack any. The court yard is great to walk around however, if you have a little one just be aware people will probably be smoking out there so we didn’t spend too much time out there. The host Valeria checked us in and she was friendly. I love the condo and the bed was great.. probably the best sleep I’ve had in a while. The only con I would say was the bedroom is facing the street so there were moments at night that it was loud due to people walking or cars honking/ driving by. I would have probably brought another sound machine to drawn out the noise. Other than that, it was a great location and easy walk to the waterfront area. The bakery next door was amazing, we would go there every morning and get a coffee before walking.
