A beautiful, memorable space with beautiful, memorable people. The architecture is clever and the interior design is pleasing. Bigfoot's Hideout, offers camping with all the luxuries of modern living. In the evening, the night comes alive with the sounds of nature, and the cool evening breeze is soothing. We were also lucky to experience the full moon on our two-night stay. To be in nature was beautiful, but even more beautiful were the interactions with the various persons that helped made our stay enjoyable. Cheers to the host, the driver and Alex! Thanks for a great stay.

Very beautiful space. The hosts wherever friendly and accommodating and were ready to assist in any way possible. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking a quiet and beautiful space during their travels.

My stay was nothing short of AMAZING! The place was beautiful, the pictures do it no justice! The house itself is a gem but the entire compound with the yard and the pool were cherries on top. I thought I knew what to expect from the description and photos but the place definitely surpassed my expectations! The location is super accurate. Getting to town was no hassle at all. I was there during Carnival, which is a very busy time and I reached town in 20 minutes max each time I traveled there. Carol and Guystein were so accommodating and understanding. They were beyond welcoming. I could not thank them enough or have asked for a better stay. They will forever have a guest with me! Can’t wait for the next time.

Tranquil, La Vie Douce, Blanchisseuse beach house.

Our stay at La Vie Douce was definitely enjoyable and worth it. The house was very clean and spacious and a wonderful "base" for persons who love the outdoors. It was a stone's throw from the Spring Bridge, as well as Three Pools. For the more athletic, hiking enthusiasts, the house is at the start of the Paria hiking trail. The outdoor porch is large with a BBQ pit and there was also a fireside available, so our family ate outside most of the time. If you're looking for a relaxing, getaway.... you can grab a book and relax in the hammock or if you wish to explore nearby hiking trails and waterfalls, check this place out!! Tiny was a very gracious and responsive host...even checking in while we were there to ensure that we were comfortable at all times. Oh...the kitchen is also well equipped, so you just need to bring your self and your food and have a wonderful stay!!

always a beautiful place to relax and unwind it's now like my second home so quiet and peaceful this is my third time at this location and I love it, close to everything and so private I will always be coming her no doubt about that, The host is always friendly and helpful, I will be back soon

Highly recommend this property. Shiraz was extremely polite, pleasant and very forth coming with information and recommendations. The property was very well maintained, minor structural upgrades required but it doesn't take away from the peaceful experience.

Jungle loft in the heights of Aripo

This accommodation was so wonderful! We had an amazing time walking around amongst all the greenery and nature, and the views were incredible! We had so much fun watching and listening to the birds, and it was really cool to have a projector in the room to watch something at night. Adrien made us the best curry, flat bread, and lemonade ever! Thank you for such an incredible stay!

A unique place in Trinidad! We really enjoyed the overwhelming nature. Lots of fruittrees on the compound. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we saw a lot of animals (snakes , tarantula’s, bullfrogs,…and many different birdspecies). It was great to have Hazel, the caretaker around. She was a good help and she guided us through the many fruits & vegetables of T&T and how to prepare them :)

This location is great for a peaceful quiet reset after a long work week or journey when you need some time out to reflect and gather thoughts. The tranquility combined with the modern stylish decor, and accessibility to fueling and shopping areas made the experience perfect for my in-transit mode. Jean-Paul was open and always accessible and provided good support during the stay. Will definitely book again for a longer stay soon.

hill crest sanctuary

Jason was a very gracious and accommodating host, and he and his loyal staff were always busy meeting the needs of their guests (or maintaining the upkeep of the compound). Hill Crest Sanctuary is appropriately named (and it is, indeed, a sanctuary from the bustle of the city and the busy daily routines of the suburbs) and taking in the scenery and the fresh air in the morning was always a great way to start the day. Despite the fact that there was an unknown booking error (when I booked the room) Jason overlooked that error and focused on me having a comfortable stay (which I did) and I was able to focus on meeting friends and family. I highly recommend Hill Crest Sanctuary to everyone (especially those who appreciate a good night's sleep).
