10 out of 10! This is a gem in the heart of Port of Spain. The host is wonderful. Responsive, friendly and very welcoming, making everything so easy. There are a couple good restaurants right downstairs. Walkable to shops and dining. In the heart of all of the action. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Even better. Very clean. Nice view. What a find! We were greeted with a basket of wine and snacks. Loads of clean towels, sheets and basic amenities. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

Conveniently located in Woodbrook, close to restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Marlon’s place was loaded with amenities and we felt safe staying at the apartment. It was spotless, with tons of extra towels and linen. Marlon left laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher detergent, bathroom tissue in abundance. We never had go shopping for extra supplies. The parking spot downstairs was private and secure. We will definitely stay there again.

When we found Mario’s abode at 1 Woodbrook was available, we quickly jumped on it because it was exactly what we were looking for and in the perfect location especially during carnival. We promptly made the connection to which he replied almost instantly. Upon arriving to his home, it was exactly as pictured and provided a few necessities. Prior to arriving we worked out early arrival and late departure details and he was quite accommodating. The views from his home were amazing. If we needed anything, Mario was always there to answer the call. My group enjoyed the accessibility that his place offered and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be in heart of it all. Thank you again Mario and truly look forward to staying here again in the (near) future.

The apartment was in the ideal location with secure parking, restaurant, bars even an IMAX cinema and had all the amenities needed. Daniel greeted us and showed us where to park how to get in etc, even though we were delayed getting there. The beds were very comfortable and I was amazed how sound proof the apartment was considering we were in the centre of the city.

I booked both of Usha’s apartments for myself and my relatives (from UK and Canada) to be close by to some family we were visiting who live in Central Park/Couva. The apartments are perfectly located near to supermarkets, doubles stands, restaurants, a new gym and everything you might need- but tucked away from the main road so it’s nice and quiet. I went for early morning runs and found the area to be safe and calm, and everyone I met was friendly and would say hello on passing. The apartment compound has an electric gate, and the apartments themselves have both door locks and outer door padlocks too, we used them all of course but regardless we always felt safe and secure. Usha was a great host- warm, friendly, flexible and accommodating from start to finish- she gives you the space you need to enjoy your stay, but is available at a moments notice if you need anything. Stayed with my family of 5 over Christmas. Excellent location. Restaurants and shops on premise. Clean and updated 2 bedroom unit. No sofa bed. Convenient parking to go in and out. Stunning views from every room. Building lobby a bit shabby, there was water damage. Hot water also a bit flaky. Renee and staff were excellent. All in all I would stay again and recommend this place.

After 20 days at this residence, I can confidently say we had a wonderful time and would absolutely return. With family all over Trinidad, this place is centrally located, and it was easy for all. Moreover, despite the State of Emergency, wthis was situated in a bustling yet very safe area. The best part of it all is the VIEW - wow, wow WOW. Watching the city light up from our balcony on New Years Eve was absolutely outstanding. TBH, most of my time in the condo was spent on the balcony, you have to experience it for yourself. The managment team was also extremely helpful and accomodating, our flight came in well before check-in and as i made the request well in advance they were able to meet with us earlier. Now, there were a few minor issues, only 2 to be exact, that required me to contact the property manager and each time, they responded well w/in 10 minutes or less, provided alternative solutions and checked back in to ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent accommodations. The condo is spacious, roomy and well equipped. Restaurants on site within walking distance. Grocery store/market and bars are also within walking distance. Our host, Nadira, is pleasant and professional. She met us at the condo, gave us a tour and explained everything. Our friends visit Trinidad often, were extremely happy with the place and said they will reserve this condo again--next time they are in town.

We felt right at home at this property. Very clean, well-organized, spacious, lots of really great food options nearby. We even walked to the savannah some days. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

After a busy year, my family and I had the pleasure of spending Christmas together at the facility, and it was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making our time together truly special. A huge thank you to SirLouis and the team for being such fantastic hosts. We left with wonderful memories and a renewed sense of joy. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect the stay was perfect. We do see ourselves going back again and stay at the same place. The only down side was the front desk at the lobby area we asked a simple question and she was not very helpful with the respond or answer.

Lesedi was literally the best host ever, hands down the best airbnb ive ever stayed in..like literally cried the day before i left🤣😭. She was so accommodating, the place was stunning with a beautiful view. I felt so at home. Just couldn’t thank her enough so I left her with the biggest hug🫶🏾

We had a great stay at Liesel's place ! From the start, upon arrival, the communication with the host on Whtsp was great, even proposed to drive us to the accomodation. The location is great as well, in a safe residential neighborhood, close to some bars & restaurants, as well as to the famous Savannah (roughly 40min walking). The place itself great, spacious room, huge bed, and big shower. The shared kitchen had everything you need to cook small meals. Overall we had a great experience, we would recommend 100% !

We had an amazing time. Monisha and Rajendra were really friendly and helped with so many things in terms of getting to places and recommendations. They made the whole experience great and made us feel like family. The house is spacious and wonderful, but I think the friendly experience is more than worth it and we are truly grateful.

This has been one of my most comfortable stays in Trinidad and I'm very much looking forward to staying here again. It's in one of my favorite areas in Trinidad and is convenient to get in and out of town. More than that, Fay is an excellent hostess who was always there to help me and very accomodating throughout my stay.

I was looking for a place to lodge while attending the University of West Indies for a week. Traum House was my best option as it was approximately 5 minutes walk to the campus. The property was beautiful as seen in the pictures and meet all my expectations & security requirements- CCTV and was double gated . My room had a safety lock box which I also found useful.The pool was well maintained accessible all the time I wanted to relax. The host was phenomenal , they accommodated my my 6am check in and any requests I had throughout my stay. As a first time traveller to TT , the host took their time and gave me a brief tour around the area and drove to different places (more like a crush course about TT) throughout my stay and even offered to arrange a day to visit Maracas Bay. I was looking for a week stay but I got way more value for my money with their kind hospitality.Will be returning there soon in January and May 2024.

This place is amazing Three bedrooms Huge pool and jacuzzi Small basketball court Badminton court 9 ball pool table Swings and games for the kids Loads of places to hang out and chill with seats and tables everywhere outside Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in Trinidad 10/10 Would and will 100% come again Michael

Im thoroughly impressed with my stay. Mr. Reginald and Mrs. Molly. Worked assiduously to ensure that all aspects of my accommodation was copacetic. I have no complaints. I would recommend their place to anyone. I give this place a solid 10/10 or 5 stars. Great job guys!
