What a find… A little bit of heaven in central London. This property is Absolutely beautiful, I cannot recommend this place enough. I was also the first person to use the new shower room, which has been fitted out very nicely.. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Matt.

This was a Birthday treat that I booked for my husband. It was just what we were looking for. Surrounded by beauty and so peaceful. Great recommendation set out in Gemma’s booklet. Absolutely great. Gemma gave very clear and concise information from booking onwards, taking all the stress of the unknown away. Such an easy check in and out. We could not have asked for more! Can’t wait to return. Oh and Lux our dog loved it to 🐶

We were 4 friends, a daughter and 2 dogs. We booked at very short notice (the morning of the stay) as our ferry to Guernsey was cancelled due to the weather. Rachel was very responsive to taking our booking and getting the cleaners arranged. The property is very beautiful and spacious with a larger kitchen and dining area. The entrance door is the smallest I have seen and it felt we were entering a large Bilbo Baggins hobbit house. Plenty of parking space for our 3 cars. Plenty of kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses and fridge space. We sat in the large lounge and watched the 6 Nations Rugby when it rained and had wonderful walks on a few beaches. There is an excellent butchers 5 minutes away and also fantastic fresh fish at a Hastings fishmongers. We had a great time celebrating a friend’s birthday and I highly recommend this place.

Jo was a great host so friendly and very welcoming , Jo even sent useful videos of how to find the house . The house was beautiful so spacious and comfortable with beautiful gardens . The kitchen was so well equipped there was everything I needed to cook a birthday dinner for my mum . The info folders at the house were great and answered any questions we had . We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish .

Very comfortable and welcoming. Parking easy at local car park. Library lovely as was lady in the shop . Fish and Chips very close by and very tasty. Shame about the Chinese takeaway. Cath very friendly and helpful.

This is a five star barn with a luxury vibe. The bedrooms are boutique hotel quality with really comfortable beds and high quality linen. The bathroom too is of a very high standard. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment though I was glad I had taken my wok as I was cooking for 4 adults and there weren’t large saucepans. The location is very quiet and peaceful-quite rural. Hilary was extremely helpful and friendly- very quick to respond to any queries or requests for advice. We would highly recommend .

We stayed for a couple of days at Lottie’s barn with my parents and 1y old. We really had an amazing time. The house is cosy and very well equipped. The quiet setting just next to the meadows ensures for a peaceful night’s sleep. The barn is ideally situated to explore the surroundings; lots of national trust properties to discover; Lewes and Brighton are within easy reach and also for the little ones there’s a lot that the area has to offer! Highly recommend Lottie’s place for a little countryside escape!

My daughter, myself and her little dog stayed for 4 nights mid March. The lodge is in a perfect location, surrounded by fields and so peaceful. We were so lucky to arrive in the lambing season and it was such a joy to wake each morning to new born lambs in the field, right outside the lodge. In addition, their two cows were also there to greet us each morning, along with the pair of guinea fowl, who were just hysterical to watch! The lodge itself is decorated so beautifully, is comfy, clean and the beds amazing. All in all one of the best Airbnb experiences, it was beyond our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful few days, we loved it 🥰

We took my wife’s parents for a weekend away,not too far from home, but out in the Kent countryside. The barn was as described and as shown in the pictures. The instructions to find and access the property were clear and accurate. The barn is very warm, which was nice as travelling with elderly parents. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. There is a nice kitchen which we only used for breakfast but there was everything available if you wanted to bring food and cook. There are plenty of DVD’s, books and local information available if you wanted to read or the weather is bad and you stay in. This is the perfect space for 4 people with two bedrooms both of which are en-suite. Parking is right next to the building and it’s easy to get to local attractions. Perfect stay even if the weather was freezing cold. Thank you.

Was such a pleasure to stay this weekend. To be welcomed with a little bottle of Prosecco made my wife smile! She had a lovely birthday staying here. I’d definitely stay again.

Sophie & Ed were absolutely amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Their Barn is beautifully designed and set out, it is comfortable and had everything and more in it that I needed for a four night stay. The location was a 2 min drive from where I needed to be so it was perfect for travelling to and fro and lovely to come back to after a long day to rest in. Thank you.

was a lovely location for a relaxing weekend break. lovely hot tub to soak in private and peaceful. great break for the 2 of us and our dog. nice dog walk through fields to the nearby pub The Plough which was dog friendly and lovely food.

We had a fantastic stay in the beautiful Sussex countryside. The accommodation was perfect for our family, our toddler loved the horses and friendly dogs. Nick and Nicole were super hosts and we appreciated extras like a welcome hamper and dressing gowns. Although the weather was cold and wet, the cottage was very warm and cosy: a real home from home! would definitely recommend and love to come back sometime!

The barn was beautifully situated and very peaceful. We loved the family dogs and cats coming to visit us. The barn is right on the Cuckoo trail and so we enjoyed walking along enjoying the spring sunshine . A really lovely pub in Old Heathfield called The Star Inn is definitely worth a visit, it's warm, cosy and very friendly. The food was delicious so well worth the short walk from the barn. A couple of nights in this beautiful setting was just perfect.

We had a fabulous couple of nights at the Cow Shed, the instructions Caroline left were really clear and made the place very easy to find. Comfy bed, cosy fireplace and everything we needed for a lovely weekend away. The location was great, a 5-minute drive to the Pantiles and some tasty recommendations in the guest book. Thank you!

A very peaceful location, Charlie very kindly allowed an early check-in which helped with your travel plans. We walked into a warm home, clean and quaintly decorated, that was both inviting and relaxing. Charlie also ensured we were supplied with some delicious essentials! Can't recommend this location enough.

I stayed at Andrew's place for a week with my husband and 3 year old son and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open kitchen/lounge area works well with young children. The wood burner had a sturdy safety gate and all plug sockets had protective covers. It's well placed for visiting the local area. Plenty of national trust properties nearby and we drove the Heart of Kent route one day. Port Lympe zoo is also brilliant. Unfortunately, our son became ill during our stay so we had to cut our stay short by a couple of days. Despite that, my son hasn't stopped talking about our stay at Long Stable and will be booking a return stay in the near future. Marie, Oli and Alfie.

Kingfisher Barn is a true hidden gem. Georgina has beautiful taste and the barn is decorated and presented beautifully. It’s spotlessly clean, has everything you need, lots of board games and books and is incredibly cosy. Kids loved the bunk beds and the dogs who popped over to say hi from the main house. It’s positioned perfectly with lots to do in the local area. We spent everyday at various local beaches. All of which are about a 20minute drive from the barn. The sun shone so we got the outside sofa cushions out and enjoyed the sunshine with a slice of homemade lemon drizzle cake left for us for our arrival. Thankyou for a wonderful stay Georgina.

Surrounded by nature, feels very private too. Can completely unwind with sheep so say hello if you look out the window in the morning! The barn is clean, very cosy and has all the amenities you could need. Walked to the brewery nearby and went on a few runs in the surrounding countryside. Had a glorious stay!
