On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is perfect. Just an easy place to stay!.

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

My parents stayed for the Christmas period and were very happy with their stay. They thought it was tidy, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice thoughtful touches like the twin hot water bottles, milk in fridge, tea, coffee, crumpets etc. They would definitely stay again! Thank you Lisa

What a wonderful little gem of a place! Warm, spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a wonderful position. From the outlook over the fields with horses next door to the beautiful countryside and wonderful villages surrounding it, everything was just lovely. A getaway or a base for sightseeing / visiting this place is perfect. Hilary is a friendly and welcoming face next door without being intrusive. A lovely, quiet Airbnb, with a lovely outlook over the garden which was very nice to wake up to! I felt right at home.

I had a lovely stay, it’s easy to get to from Brighton city centre. I booked Andrea’s Airbnb because of the closeness to devils dyke, it was easy to get too and even had instructions. I also found the projector a very cool thing to have. It was perfect for movie night!

I have stayed here a couple of times now. It is nice self contained unit in a very convenient spot for everything. Will be going back again. Thank you

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Stephen and Stefanie were great hosts. Very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. We have two young children and there was a wonderful playroom to keep them occupied. Amenities were easy to use and clean. Would definitely come back!

This was a lovely place to stay and immaculately clean. The apartment was so comfortable and well equiped with lovely touches from the host. It was also private and being at first floor level had extensive views over the countryside. Julie provided clear instructions on access and always responded quickly. Definitely a place to stay again and possibly for longer.

Very well equipped, comfortable accommodation which was very convenient for Gatwick. The hosts were very helpful and generous. Would happily stay there again.

Gina was an amazing host. We stayed as I was having a procedure at the hospital round the corner. Gina was happy to help with everything and anything. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Could get a little loud being right next to the front door but didn’t bother us! We had an amazing stay and felt right at home!

Really friendly host and lovely place. Close enough to major tube stations. Place was warm and cozy and felt like home and not just isolated and staying somewhere foreign.

Lovely property in a beautiful part of Sussex. Spotless, well equipped with everything needed to make a very pleasant stay. Great location for Bateman's and Bodiam Castle and with lovely walks. Great farm shop up the road for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Great place with all home comforts and the comfiest bed EVER.. Great location in tiny hamlet outside of Maidstone, so feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but close to all the amenities of Maidstone, plus stones throw away from an amazing pub The Black Horse Inn - highly recommended!!

This was a great little spot, close to transit and a beautiful park. The shops and restaurants of Camberwell are an easy walk. The rain shower was fantastic with lots of hot water and pressure. Bed linen excellent and a comfortable bed. The kitchenette is ideal for breakfast, toast, coffee or frying an egg. There is a cook top but note there is no microwave or oven should you want to heat up a ready made dinner. There’s many great restaurants in Camberwell so not an issue. Great stay!

Sorry to say exactly what everyone else has already said but wow this place is so perfect, my only regret is not being there for long enough to enjoy the local area which looked lovely. My dogs would have loved the garden but it was only me this time for a quick pit stop on the way to Hastings. Thanks Nat.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in over the years. Extremely clean, uncluttered and beautifully simple in its furnishings. The real plants added a perfect ambiance to this delightful place. Kristen went above and beyond in ensuring I had a wonderful and peaceful stay, and the weather even played its part with beautiful, sunny days! Highly recommended!

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had! Denise & Jonathan made me feel extremely welcomed, and were gracious enough to let me check in early and check out late because of my flight times. The studio is beautiful and has lovely natural light. It was quiet, and had enough kitchenette tools for me to make easy meals. One thing which stood out was the fact that Denise & Jonathan stocked the studio with necessary little essentials upon arrival- like little energy bites, homemade jam & croissants, tea and coffee, and even my milk of choice. Plus, there were plenty of toiletries to use in case you forgot something. Super welcoming, responsive, and friendly! Would 100% stay again.
