The stay was fantastic, the host was very proactive and extremely quick to respond to questions and queries. The photos and amenities were all as listed. This is a place where you can park your car for the duration and take in some fresh sea air whilst relaxing in a fantastic apartment. All in all, highly recommended location and highly recommended host. Well done, we’ll be back. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Rare combination of beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is still walkable to sights like the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Amazing views of the Thames, day and night. Aldo was a great host, with tips for local restaurants and also accommodated our check-in time request. Highly recommended!!

The apartment is sunny and spacious with a great view of the Thames. The garage was useful to securely keep our car and local transport links were good to use during our stay.

Comfortable clean and warm

This place was perfect for us for the weekend. Comfy bed, first class bathroom- great shower and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It’s a couple minutes walk from the station, we caught a train into Brighton and back. So convenient. Stephen and Fiona were great hosts and provided lots of useful information about the area, including recommended restaurants.

Our hostess Jo was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The view of the sea was incredible, and the house was clean and very charming with it’s different levels and details. There was also a great selection of movies and books, and the TV was perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed Driftwood. A perfect little house in a perfect location to get straight on to the beach. It fitted 4 of us and our dog very comfortably. We really couldn't fault it. The property was clean, had everything you could need, and the Host, Simone was extremely responsive and helpful. If you're wondering which one to book in the area, then wonder no more. This is the one!

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

Lovely place, very comfortable for 4 adults, had everything we needed. Super clean and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the easy one hour walk to Brighton alongside the beach.

The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with all the essentials and even had some ingredients available, which was a thoughtful touch you don’t often find in Airbnbs. The hosts, Donna and David, were incredibly understanding about our situation with two young kids and a late checkout due to work commitments. They were also very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making everything even smoother. If you’re looking for a tranquil, well-equipped retreat by the sea, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Extremely welcoming host. Everything was spotless and she even allowed us to check out a little later than specified on the listing meaning we could make the most of our final day. Really worth the money we paid.

Perfect place to stay for our family vacation! Such a convenient location with public transit so close. Made it easy to explore London and go wherever we needed. Tons of space and very clean apartment. Felt safe the whole time. Also located near convenience stores so we were able to grab food or water whenever we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Steven has a beautiful flat on the border between Hastings and St Leonard’s. Both are within walking distance, with lots to offer. Steven’s flat was very comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

A wonderful stay over the New Year. Flat was in a great location, perfect for walking from the door out to Beachy Head! Good amenities in the flat. Richard was very helpful and responsive host, greeting us on arrival and provided us with parking permits for each day. Would recommend.

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!
