All things considered this is a really good value. Nice place to stay. Very safe area in a very unsafe city. Definitely would recommend if safety is a concern.

It was very nice staying here, very happy that I was able to park my car for free next to the building. Would recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Oxford! Would do it again. 5 minutes from Ole Miss campus and walking distance to restaurants.

The host was fast to respond to our requests. The location is close to local colleges and the building is full of college kids. We loved it! The young people were respectful and kind. Surprisingly the bed was comfortable! We both got good sleep the entire visit. The unit had everything we needed except a microwave. Later we found a microwave in the rec room. The entire time we were there we just used the oven to warm up leftovers. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. $2.00 dollars to wash and $2.00 dollars to dry. The workout room is simple, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, some dumbbells and a mirror for yoga. You will need to take your own yoga mat. Walking through the neighborhood was beautiful as the dogwoods were blooming. We liked the unit and appreciated the host’s fast responses . We will be back!

We were so appreciative of Jamey’s prompt communication and accommodation. The location is close to all of the main tourist sites in Memphis, and we had such a great trip in the city in large part because we had peace of mind about where we were staying for the extended weekend!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was just as advertised, no hidden surprises. It was enough room and I liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was bigger than I expected. Floyd was very helpful with check-in and check-out instructions. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We were about 10 mins from the square, yet we were in such a quiet area. Thank you Floyd we will be back!

After a long road trip, it was nice to make a stop here. Michelle even left eggs and cinnamon rolls in the fridge, it was perfect. The design of the place was cozy and modern. Their private backyard with their garden and sweet kitties was probably my favorite part.

Absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking to be a bit outside downtown but still have easy access to most of Memphis. Having Overton Park nearby was a highlight as well as the quick drive to many restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. The place looks exactly like the pictures, very cute, and has everything you may need!

We loved our stay!! It is a beautiful place to rent and we want to go back again. It was a super easy check in and check out.

My go-to place when I’m traveling in this area. It’s so convenient and simple. The neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe walking my dog regardless of what time I get in!

Great place to stay. Seemed bigger than expected from the photos. We used the pullout bed in the living room which worked out great. It was a twin bed, which is all we needed for one person. It was the perfect size without taking too much room. A great idea for a BNB rental.

This was my second time to stay with Tim. Location is great and close to where I needed to be. Instructions were easy and the place was nice.

Amit’s place was just as described. It was spotless! It’s also only 1.5 miles from Beale Street, which was an absolute plus! The neighborhood is very quiet, which was also a plus! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Memphis!
