Best place in Tunis! You are super close to the airport and can grab a taxi at a fair price. The Wi-Fi is super fast, and the shower/bath has great hot water. The elevators can be aggressive, which can close on you if you are not quick enough. Nonetheless, the unit was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen. Samira and the team were very attentive, with strong communication. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. I would recommend it to friends and family. 10/10.

I totally recommend Nizar as a host and his appartement as location. Great and easy going community and smooth checkin. The flat located in a very good neighborhood.

Le logement est conforme à la description, situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il a une cuisine séparée du salon, salle à manger, 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 2 ou 3 personnes. TV avec les chaînes du monde entier pour ceux qui regardent la télé en voyage. Situé dans une résidence calme à proximité du consulat du Maroc donc à 10 minutes de l' aéroport et à 15 minutes max de la médina en voiture. A proximité aussi de nombreux restaurants dont l excellent "Chez Yassine". On est arrivé tard à cause des retards de Tunisair et les parents de Ahmed étaient là pour nous accueillir. Merci. Bref on recommande sans soucis.

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Mohamed Ali. Ons, le co-hôte a été très disponible et réactif. L’appartement est agréable à vivre avec ses 3 chambres et ses 2 espaces salon. C’est calme et proche de tout.

Wir haben am Ende 4 Wochen dort gewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden. Man hört sogar das Meer wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft. Wir wären dort im Januar und es war entsprechend ruhig. Ich kann mir vorstellen dass es im Sommer sehr voll ist in der Gegend, aber ansonsten super Lage, sehr zentral. Danke an die netten Gastgeber

Great location five minutes walk from the Medina. Fantastic value, nothing comparable for the number of people it can accommodate anywhere else in the city. Host was delightful, brilliant flexibility for both check-in and check-out and had provided essentials for our stay. Comfortable furnishings in every room, aircon in all rooms and well appointed bathrooms throughout. Nice terrace and garden area, though we didn't use these and a really well equipped kitchen with large dining table. Would 100% stay again. Only thing for travellers to remember is that internet connection in Tunis is generally quite poor, not specific to this place. Use an alternative (e.g. eSIM and hotspot if you need).

The place is authentic and amazing - large areas to meet, relax, enjoy the outdoor seating areas - - it's much larger than described and has everything you need from to either work or relax. Piano/Guitar was a nice addition and the pool was amazing. Definitely recommend this place for large parties and corporate events/meetings - Nicely done!

I have enjoyed my stay at Habiba’s place a lot. She is very proactive and responsive, and the apartment was exactly as described and had all the necessary amenities. The location of the apartment is very convenient as well. Will definitely rebook Habiba’s place again next time when I am in Tunis 😊

The house was clean, it has everything you’d need! The area is vibrant with many restaurants and cafes around. Mr. khaled was very responsive and gave clear instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Oussema ist ein unglaublicher Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist jeden Cent wert. Man hat alles was man braucht. Und der Gastgeber ist unglaublich nett und freundlich. Er hilft jederzeit wenn man ihn braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
