Candice is the nicest host ever , was there for us for everything we needed. The house is absolutely gorgeous and modern, large windows overlooking a beautiful lake. So peaceful!!! Great large decks surrounding the house. The house was perfectly clean and we felt so at home the second we got there.

Our group had a great time visiting the lakefront in the Poconos ! Would recommend for large groups and people looking to use the kitchen and grill ! Super relaxing and amazing scenery!

Looking for a quiet mountain lake retreat? Look no further. We booked for Christmas and had the best time. It snowed 6 inches upon arrival! Sunsets were stunning on the lake. The house is large enough for a big family and we loved the open plan kitchen and living room. The soaring stone fireplace made it super cozy. Even the teenagers wanted to hang out! Really comfortable couches and large family dining was so enjoyable for our holiday dinner. Kent made sure of everything you would need to spend time here. Not to mention the wildlife on the lakefront which was so nice to watch from the big windows. I felt very much at home and am already looking forward to rebooking for summertime. Thanks Kent!

We had such a perfect stay at Camp Chicory. I’d traveled there along with three old friends, and it was a wonderful spot to spend time in and reconnect. We had grand plans to take advantage of outdoor winter adventures in the Poconos, but when the weather was uncooperative, we were more than happy to just stay inside all day instead! The kitchen has everything you’d need for lots of cooking, with a cute mug collection to enjoy that hot chocolate bar. The shower pressure was magical, and the beds were super comfortable. Oh how we loved the eclectic record collection, and only wished we’d had time to enjoy more of it! But truly, the MVP of our weekend was the wood burning stove, which provided the perfect cozy atmosphere to enjoy quality time with friends. Moira and her team were top notch communicators, both before and during our stay — always available with a quick response to answer our questions. Believe the reviews — you won’t be disappointed. I wish I were back there right now!

Just 13 minutes from Camelback Mountain, it was the ideal location for skiing and winter fun. The pond had completely frozen over, and we spent hours ice skating—it was truly magical! I can only imagine how beautiful this place would be in the summer. Although the listing says three bedrooms, there’s definitely a fourth downstairs with couches, making it even more spacious. The house was packed with entertainment—an air hockey table, dart game, ring toss, and more. Plus, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pillows were unbelievably comfortable! Another huge bonus was that the house was pet-friendly, even though I didn’t end up bringing my dog. And

Sam is a great host! He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that we had an amazing experience! Felt like a luxurious wellness retreat and it was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

This place is very well decorated and squeaky clean. It also seems recently renovated.. The beds are super comfy and the house is spacious. We felt very safe in the gated Arrowhead Lake community. It’s close to Jack Frost and other activities. My only suggestion would be to leave instructions for the DeLonghi nespresso machine or place a regular coffee pot. But this is a minor detail - otherwise a perfect weekend stay and we’d definitely stay here again!

Where to even begin!! Let me start with the type of reviews I'm always looking for - this place was CLEAN, COZY and the hosts were amazing. Everything we needed was right there. We had the best time hanging around the house and kayaking and playing games. We really enjoyed the fireplace inside. The house overall was the cleanest air bnb I've stayed in. I felt like I was at families house like right at home and I'm picky!! Haha. The view was absolutely beautiful and the beds were comfortable. I truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Between the snacks, nice neighbors, SUPER quiet neighborhood - it's truly the perfect get away!! We can't wait to come back!

Tom's place was fantastic! It was easy to access, and the scenery was beautiful. The large windows on the second floor offered a stunning panoramic view of the snow falling in the morning, it was the perfect way to start the day. The kids loved the game room, and we really appreciated the peaceful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the complimentary coffee was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Stay and place was overall peaceful and quiet, the community is very friendly and are open to conversation. Then home needs a bit of an update, a couple of loose nails on the door way. Other then small details, genuinely a good place for a family vacation home

Barbara was a very pleasant host to deal with. She was proactive with all instructions and called when we first arrived at the home to make sure everything was turned on and in order. She had a small packet of papers made to show local food, activities, urgent care, and more. The home was cozy and a great place to stay for our ski trip in PA.

No nonsence house with tranquil immediate surrounding and close proximity to ski slops. Great for couple of days of mountain ski trip.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week at this peaceful lakehouse. The house itself was clean and comfortable, kitchen renovations are beautiful and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Linens were plentiful and soft, not always the case for vacation rentals. We appreciated the picturesque views from the main upper floor on rainy and sunny days alike. The private beach and cool stone fire pit were well-used and an added bonus. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and grilling outside. Our kids enjoyed the access to nature on the property, it felt very private and serene, a contrast to our usual city life. James was very responsive and informative both before and during our stay.
