Elizabeth was responsive and proactive. The property was as described. I’ve been to other villas at this location and this was the easiest to navigate. The villa was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Amazing place for anyone trying to spend some leisure time with family. Very spacious and very nice surroundings in the woods but close to everything to the city. Pool was and hot tub was amazing too! Definitely recommend this place 👌🏽 Looking forward to staying here again in the future 🙏🏽

Melissa was a WONDERFUL Airbnb host!! She was super helpful when giving us a tour of the place and helping us figure out the hot tub room. Even when we didn't have all our food ingredients for our meals, she was more than welling to let us borrow some from her personal refrigerator. I loved her how open her land was; how playful her dog and birds were, and her chickens were absolutely adorable!! Best place to relax and unwind from your regular busy life. Would definitely visit again.

This was the perfect space for my family and I. It was our first time out there and will absolutely be back in the future for another stay.

We usually stay at another location of Jeffrey’s but nonetheless this location did not disappoint. It was spacious, clean and the staff you may see in the area of the properties out on the street are friendly and genuinely good people. We will continue to stay at Jeffreys places in our yearly trips to Jim Thorpe. From one host to another, keep up the great work, you guys are amazing!!

Our family really enjoyed staying here for the 2 day trip we planned with our 4 little kids. They were very happy with all the games, but had a blast with the karaoke machine, playing with it for hours. We made a nice fire and roasted marshmallows over it. The beds were very comfortable, and the boys really enjoyed trying out bunk beds for the first time. The host was very responsive answering questions in a very reasonable amount of time. All our questions were answered clearly and professionally, but also in a friendly way. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this very beautiful home. The gate security/form that had to be filled out in advance with guest names was a bit intimidating. But it is a private community, so I understood the need for this. It did feel very safe considering the security guards were tracking who arrived 24/7. The house was immaculately clean, and I did appreciate that. Overall, I would stay there again, Aleksey and Julia were phenomenal with communication and very helpful with any questions we had. The house had many lovely accommodations - the heated floors and hot tub being my favorite!

From the beginning Ting and Ning had excellent communication that made the booking experience at their rental extremely easy. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the instructions were clear. The home was beautiful and the comfort was so manageable that my guests and i were so sad for it to end. The fruit when we walked in was much needed because we were starving. The home was such a great experience and i would definitely book with Ting and Ning again. Thank you for such an amazing weekend!!!

This place was PHENOMENAL! We had such a lovely stay for the weekend with friends for a birthday. The house had so much to do, the game room was the best part! We played pool, air hockey, poker, basketball. It was so nice and cozy. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Overall it’s a very comfy home. Everything you needed. Just prep yourself because the list of departure is long and sometimes it’s a bit difficult to finish everything before the check out time. Other than that it’s was very wonderful. Oh and you only get four garbage bags so if you plan to stay longer than a weekend definitely prepare yourself for that.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy mountain home! The space was peaceful, clean, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and communicative throughout, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The 10 of us had a great stay at Patrick's house. Well-appointed kitchen, huge dining room table for family meals. Both the kids and adults loved the Jacuzzi after long days spent skiing the local mountains. 5 stars
