Just a wonderful place to stay! Right in town with everything as well

Overall, we loved our experience and found it to be a great place for families. I did have to message the host for access instructions on our way there, as we hadn't received them, but it was the day after Christmas, so we totally understood. Upon arrival, the door code did not work, but Kelly was very responsive to our situation and helped us figure it out. There were some random toys left out in a couple of the spaces and when we happened to see under the couch, it REALLY felt like home 😆 Could use a little deeper cleaning maybe. There was also a TON of full garbage bags in the garage already as the bin was full, but again, a holiday week so I assume pickup service was off schedule. On the second day of our stay, we also messaged to ask about how to use the living room fireplace but didn't get a response. All in all, the place was close to perfection. Very cozy and felt like home. We would definitely go back!

We loved staying at Amber's place. The hot tub and games room were definite highlights! Hours of fun with my 5 year old daughter! The selection of kids books were also lovely for bedtime. The house is ideally located for all the restaurants in Arnold and Spicer Sno-Park is just a 30 minute drive. No snow at the house, so driving was super chill, but plenty of snow higher up. The season pass for parking at the sno-park was also a great touch! We would love to come back in the summer and see a different side of Arnold!

Jennifer’s place is great. The amenities, furniture, and kitchen supplies were all extremely high quality. This might be the first Airbnb that I’ve stayed in that has sharp knives (brought my own but didn’t need them). The house is clean and they have everything you need to accommodate children (high chair, play pen, blocks, legos, toddler table) and dogs (food bowl, water bowl)

we loved our at Belinda, we had a raining so had an evening just hanging out,it was very comfortable, looking farward to staying again when we can sit on the beautiful porch and use the hot tub. Paulette and Ed

This place is a dream for families! My two girls didn’t want to leave. They had so much fun playing Pac-Man, playing with all the cool toys (magnetic tiles and a dollhouse?!), and enjoying in the hot tub. The location is perfect, five minutes from downtown Groveland and 40 minutes from Yosemite. We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb’s, and this one was definitely one of the cleanest. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

Had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience. The decor was simply delightful, with each room tastefully furnished to evoke a sense of nostalgia and warmth. The home itself exuded a unique charm that set it apart from modern accommodations. The blend of vintage furnishings and thoughtful decor choices created an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.

Casey was incredibly responsive, even checking in on the second day to see if there was anything we needed. Excellent service and communication!

We've stayed several places in the Arnold/Big Trees area, but this was our favorite! The location, the privacy, the jacuzzi, the screening room--everything was excellent. We were below the snow line when we arrived, but got a sweet little storm our last night, which made the cabin even more lovely. Great communication and a well-equipped, very comfortable spot for snow adventures up the hill in Bear Valley!

Great place! So well stocked and well set up. I loved the super fluffy towels, coffee, to name a few. The only thing I’d change is a king bed downstairs since it has a separate entrance which meant we couldn’t put any kids in there and needed to sleep there ourselves.

We had a great time at the cabin! It’s so cute and the hot tub is great. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy

Perfect place to stay with a group of friends! We went skiing at Dodge Ridge, it was about 30 minutes away.

This is where you want to stay in Groveland. It is exactly what the pictures look like and more. Close to the lake and you feel safe with the garage parking and gated community. Alejandra was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Woodhaven! The cottage is very cozy but was spacious for our family of 4. We loved the hot tub on cold evenings, as well as making a fire in the fireplace. It was conveniently located, close to the market and easy to get to. Will and the caretakers were very responsive!

Second time we have stayed here. We love this place! Great location in proximity to Pinecrest and fun games at the cabin for our rest days. Hosts were really responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and cozy.
