Tuoro sul Trasimeno : locations de vacances avec piscine

Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s house. The location is gorgeous and the house was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. We hope to be back!

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Wir wurden super herzlich von Lorenzos Mama Alba begrüsst. Die Wohnung übertraf sogar noch deren Bilder. Wirklich sehr sehr schön und so gemütlich. Hat alles was es braucht. Herrliche Lage und sensationelle Atmosphäre. Die zahlreichen Tipps von Lorenzo waren alle Goldwert und wir haben jeden Tag aufs neue die Toskanische Küche geniessen können. Die kleine Stadt Anghiari ist traumhaft, ein wirklich schöner Ort mitten in der Toskana. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, von der Kommunikation mit Lorenzo bis zur " täglichen Betreuung" durch Alba. Wir werden ihre liebevolle Art und Weise vermissen. Danke nochmals all die Leckerein. Dieser Ort und Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert und immer eine Reise wert, auch für Familien (eher Kleinkinder). glg Fam.Fehrmann

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Il posto è esattamente come descritto se non meglio, lo stesso vale per gli host. La permanenza è stata piacevolissima. A 10 minuti d’auto da Gubbio, l’ageiturismo è un posto vivo ma molto tranquillo. Ottima cura degli interni ma anche di tutto l’esterno.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti nel monolocale le balze, l'accoglienza di Valentina è stata impeccabile, host molto gentile, accogliente, precisa e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. L'appartamento è nuovo, pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario, ha un piccolo giardino dove poter mangiare in tranquillità. La piscina a disposizione degli ospiti è molto bella , circondata da un giardino molto ben curato. Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Perugia, Assisi, Spello e altre cittadine umbre. Soggiorno ottimo, consigliatissimo!

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Wir haben uns bei Maria Luisa sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was es braucht. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist wirklich wunderschön. Maria Luisa und ihr Sohn Simone sind unglaublich nett und super erreichbar. Was noch besser sein könnte: Das Bett war für uns ein wenig zu hart und man muss einfach wissen, dass man zu Fuß nicht viel machen kann, sondern auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

La struttura è ben gestita, estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. È una base perfetta per visitare le meravigliose Assisi, Perugia e i tanti splendidi borghi dell’Umbria, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gianmario, il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nella comunicazione, e a Nazareno, il gestore, che ci ha accolto con grande calore e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere l’Umbria al meglio!

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

L’appartement de Rita est très bien situé dans la campagne tranquille près de la ville d’Aruzzo. L’environnement est soigné et Rita nous fais sentir bien accueillis et bienvenue dans sa jolie famille avec son mari Aliguero et sa fille Sonaly. La petite grange que nous avons occupé est totalement rénovée au goût du jour et équipée avec des des appareils de qualité. Notre séjour était mémorable et nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter. Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Idyllische Ruhe in der Toskana mit traumhaftem Pool Die Villa Casavecchia ist ein wahres Paradies für alle, die sich nach einer Auszeit sehnen. Die grosszügige, wunderschön gestaltete Villa liegt abgelegen und bietet absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Me and my friends had an amazing week. Great house, pool and many other thinks. Can highly recommend to try the pizza-stone oven. Our highlight was the amazing view over the surrounding area.
