Lovely cottage with comfortable beds and a small (but well equipped) kitchen. Beautiful garden and leisure area in the back to relax. Ideal place to stay when visiting Kitale, Elgon NP or Kakamega Forest! Piet and Caroline were very welcoming and helped us tremendously in finding a mechanic on a Sunday morning after some car trouble. Me and my friends also received some lovely handmade baskets/pan holders as part of customer week at Afrikana Yard. Would definitely visit again when in the area! Thanks for the stay!

I highly recommend this place. My wife and I were running away from town noise to just enjoy the peace and quiet. This is exactly what we got. The environment is serene, clean, quiet and beautiful. The lady managing, Violet is responsive and supportive. Traditional foods are well prepared if you order from the restaurant. We still have nostalgia from leaving, and would love to visit again!

Diana has been a very good host. Her place is well located in Kitale in a quiet environment close to all the accomodities

Place was very nice. I stayed a month. Staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely visit again next year. Close to town and all shopping. A great place to visit.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit bei Piet And Caroline. Die Zimmer sind ruhig gelegen, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Es gibt 2 Hunde, die beide sehr freundlich sind. Der ein kam uns ständig besuchen und hat sich gerne von uns streicheln lassen. Danke für die Zeit.

Patrick's quaint cottage was such a nice hidden gem. The compound blew me away the most, with the trees and manicured lawn and birds offering a great escape from the city. Had lots of space to myself and this place would be super ideal for a large group. It's only a 3-minute drive/ride from the town center and the streets around the milimani area as safe well lit and serene. Lot's of ample parking. Loved it!

We are happy with this accomodation. All we need was there. We had there a good and nice time. Very recommend! The navigationsystem was not sat good to find the right way. We think, the data in AirBnb should be have more details to find the right way to the accomodation. Our ratings we made are from an afrian look, not from an europien standard.

We arrived at Gloria's home after a long journey from the USA. It was a beautiful tranquil home safely located off of the main road. The gardens were lovely for relaxing in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gloria's home and would definitely stay there again. Nelly, the cook, and Franco the grounds keeper were very friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommended!
