Yaşar abi cok anlayışlı dostcanlısı ve yardımseverdi herhangi bir şeye ihtiyacımız olduğunda ivedilikle yardım etti evin konumu denildiği kadar uzak ama ulaşım sağlanılabiliyor rahatlıkla doğayla iç içe olduğu için çok fazla böcek vs var tedbirli gidin sahile 5dk yerde ama bölge koy bölgesi olduğu için kumsal yok çakıl var sahillerde suyu son derece temiz bölge fazlasıyla sakin ve sessiz evin içinde her şey mevcut baharat ev eşyaları alet edevat ev son derece temiz her şey fotoğraflardaki gibi son derece parasının hakkını veren bir hizmet

Bu evde mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik. Saime harika bir ev sahibi, konaklama öncesinden itibaren çok ilgiliydi. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, belirtilen tüm olanakları karşılıyordu. Manzarası mükemmeldi, mahremiyet sağlanmıştı. Bize göre tek eksik eve özel bir açık hava duşunun olmamasıydı ama bu ihtiyacımızı yandaki tesisten kolaylıkla karşılayabildik. Saime ve konaklamamız sırasında bizimle ilgilenen tüm aile üyelerine çok teşekkür ederiz 🙏

Great Apartment, as described on the post. Clean, close to everyting you need. Effortless selfchek-in and out. Fabulous roof top view which is a common used area for the guest staying in the building. My only complain is that the mosque is right across the street and morning prayers are heard very loud in the apartment, as this is no fault of the host.

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Alparslan’s place. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed and fully matching the description. We felt at home. The sea was like 5 minutes of walking with a few decent options for eating out along the way. Alparslan provided us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be helpful. He was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I’m glad we ended up choosing that place for our family vacation and I can easily recommend it to my friends.

This is such a little gem of a place that I almost hesitate to write this review. Gumusluk is one of the few places on the Bodrum peninsula that still feels genuine and peaceful - almost exclusively a Turkish resort. And this place is quintessential Aegean - small but very functional inside, lovely bathrooms, amazing terrace with the sea literally lapping just below and history all around you. It is surrounded by fish restaurants which we thought might be super noisy but generally you feel quite private and it was never overwhelmingly loud. Head over to Rabbit Island to see the ruins. Be sure to go up to the weekly Gumusluk market on a Tuesday - amazing produce and wonderful local vibe. Loved our little sojourn here and Guray was a very communicative host.

Murat was a great host. Communicated well and was responsive. Apartment was clean and as described. Only downside is the location - it’s far from all the nice restaurants/beach clubs on the north side.

Bu evde konaklamak harikaydı! Temizlik konusunda mükemmel bir iş çıkartılmış, her şey tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Konum olarak merkezi ve ulaşım açısından çok rahat bir yerde. Ev sahibi Kadir Bey son derece misafirperver ve yardımseverdi, tüm ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgilendi. Evin dekorasyonu da çok hoş ve konforlu. Kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer!

Very far from city center, so it is a good choice if you are staying longer than a day or two. The house is very small but perfect for a couple. Coffee maker, but no coffee, no drinking water, no tea bags. The roosters are LOUD and started crowing at 1:30 am! Ahmet. his mom and dad were very attentive to our needs.

Cagatay was very helpful and responded fast to our enquiries. The house was located in a quite area which we suited our family well. The walk to Çiftilik center took about 5 minutes. The beach at Çiftilik was ok but you need a car to get to nicer beaches which were about 10 minutes drive by car. We taught that the house was somewhat small for our party of 8 adults. 2 of the beds are bed soffas in the living room. Cagatay fixed an air mattress at our request which helped with our sleeping problem. The house was well equipped. Cagatay fixed most of what we missed in the kitchen in a day. I would highly recommend Cagatay as a host and his house in Çiflitik, if you are looking for a quiet and secluded accomodation in the Çeşme district.

I’ve stayed at many villas, but wow did this one stand out to me. Spacious and minimal, the interior design is pristine, down to even the smallest details, it was a pleasure to stay at. The view is as beautiful as the villa itself. I’d recommend hiring a car, either from the airport or having it delivered to the villa through the hostess. Speaking of the hostess, she was very helpful with any questions we had and i’d definitely consider coming back next time i’m in North Cyprus! Overall, it’s a stunning villa at a great location and i’d highly recommend giving it a chance. Again, thank you Jasemine :)

Doğanın ve yeşilliklerin arasında huzurla vakit geçirebileceğiniz, harika deniz dağ ve vadi manzarasına sahip bu evde konaklamak bizi gayet mutlu etti. Evin temizliği özenle yapılmıştı belliydi. Aracınız için Evin hemen altında kendine ait özel otoparkı bulunuyor. Ayrıca evin hemen yanında bulunan fullmoon kampın bütün olanaklarından faydalanabiliyorsunuz. Rezervasyonu yaptığımız andan itibaren bizimle iletişime geçen ve her konuda yardımcı olan Okan Bey’e çok teşekkür ederiz 🙏

Ailecek otel konforunda bir konaklama geçirdik. Çamaşır-bulaşık deterjanı, sabun, şampuan, rulo havlu, tuvalet kağıdı, havlular vs otelde olması gereken her şey vardı. Hatta 5 litrelik su bile konulmuştu. Sürekli bir ihtiyacımız var mı soruldu. Yerel tavsiyelerde yardımcı olundu. Evin konumu harikaydı. Mahremiyet açısından biraz dikkatli olunması gerekli, görünen noktalar mevcut, ama havuz kısmın da herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Dış kapıyı sürekli el ile açıp kapatmak çok yorucuydu, kumandalı olması güzel olurdu. Otopark girişi de sıkıntılıydı, eğim hem çok yüksekti hem de dengesizdi, arabayı baya zorladı. Arabayı park ettikten sonra da biraz merdiven mesafesi vardı ama bavulları çıkarmada yardımcı olundu. Evin yolununda ufak bir kısmı sıkıntılıydı ama tolere edilebilir. Özetle temizlik,olanaklar,manzara ve iletişim çok tatminkardı fazlasıyla memnun kaldık. Bu yüzden diğer olumsuz durumları gözardı edebiliriz. Ev sahibi Poyraz Bey de çok tatlı bir insan, her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Çok güzel ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Ev çok güzel, hem havuzu hem de evin içindeki dekorasyon gayet güzel ve yeterli. Temizlik ve düzen harikaydı, eve girdiğimiz andan itibaren kendimizi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettik. Mustafa Bey ve Burak Bey kolay ulaşılabilir ve çok nazik ev sahipleriydi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Overall, we had a great time at this villa. The neighborhood was quiet, perhaps due to the end of season (October). The property itself is spacious, lots of places to escape from the crowd, even if it's your own family :-D We appreciated sufficient amount of towels/ bath towels, linens, and kitchenware (plenty of glasses, cups, cutlery, etc). Beds and pillows, as well as furniture in bedrooms are all decent. There are blankets for cooler nights. Plenty of private balconies (accessible from rooms), however their cleanliness could have been in a better condition. The swimming pool is in good condition and clean. I particularly liked the sound of pool water murmuring at night, very soothing :-)

Bayram tatilini fırsat bilip 5 gün Nühal hanımın evinde konakladık. 4 yetişkin 1 çocuk icin ev yeterliydi. Nühal hanımın güleryüzlü misafirperverliği hepimizi mutlu etti. Henüz havalar tam ısınmadığı için akşam üşüyeceğimizi farkettik kisa bir süre içerisinde Nühal hanım soba temin etti. Yerler mermer oldugu icin gelirken yanınıza terlik getirmenizi tavsiye ederim.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Tertemiz bir evdi, her şey temiz kokuyordu. Sunulan tüm imkanlar iyiydi. Mutfak için tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu. Neredeyse ev ile ilgili her şey mükemmeldi. Sadece kaldığımızın 2.günü yoğun yağış sebebiyle evi su bastı. Fakat ev çabucak temizlendi, ıslanan eşyalar yenileriyle değiştirildi. Temizliğe gelen çift çok tatlıydı. Bu durumla alakalı ev sahibinden bir özür beklerdik. Yine de yardımcı oldu ve her aradığımızda ona ulaşabildik, bundan dolayı memnun kaldık.

We were satisfied with our stay. Host responded very well and helped us with smooth arrival despite being on vacation. House in general looked like on photos. Terrace and small garden in front of the house were perfect. Nearly playground very good for children and the shop was right next door. Living room was nice and offered a lot of space and comfortable sofa. Kitchen is spacious with some cabinets looking for upgrade. Those cooking a lot may lack some equipment as we did, however the host responded quickly and managed delivery of what we needed so do not hesitate to ask if you miss something. Appliances worked well. Bedrooms and toilets were ok, with visible signs of use. All in all great value for money. Thanks a lot!

Lokasyondan da evden de cok memnun kaldik. Gurur Bey ve ailesi hem cok guler yuzlu hem de yardimseverdi. Datcaya tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yine tercih edecegimiz adres burasi olacak.

We hebben het heel fijn gehad in de vakantiewoning van Mukaddes. Er is genoeg ruimte en je kunt lekker buiten zitten. Het huis ligt vlak bij een doorgaande weg, waardoor je makkelijk de ruime omgeving per auto kunt ontdekken. Het strand is fijn en ligt op loopafstand. Mukaddes is misschien wel de liefste gastvrouw ooit! Ze lacht altijd en overlaadde ons met vers fruit uit eigen tuin. Geweldig!

Cemile hanım; iletişimi muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Çok yardımsever ve anlayışlı.Oğlu Tolga bey bizi çok güzel karşıladı ve aynı Güleryüz’üyle uğurladı.Her sorumuza anında dönüş aldık.İyi ki burayı tercih etmişiz.Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek herşey mevcut.Mutfak eşyaları fazlasıyla var( tost, filtre kahve makinesi vb.tüm araç gereçleri mangal malzemeleri dahil mevcuttu) Tertemiz,sorunsuz,ferah bir ev.Bahçesi çok keyifliydi. Deniz manzarası ve mangal,mis gibi havası, sessizliği çok huzurluydu.Jakuzisi muhteşemdi.Eşyalar yeni. Soğuk ve yağışlı havada kalmamıza rağmen elektrik,sıcak su,ısınma problemi hiç yaşamadık.Kuş sesleri ve muhteşem deniz manzarasıyla uyanıyorsunuz. Fotoğraflarıyla birebir. Eve her türlü siparişinizide verebiliyorsunuz çok yakınında marketler var zaten.Kaş merkezede arabamızla 5 dak.ulaştık.Dik yamaçta değil yolu gayet düzgün.Konumu bizi çok mutlu etti.Çok rahat ettik 4 gün boyunca.İlk fırsatta tekrar geleceğiz.. Herkese tavsiye ederiz;)

Evin manzarası, tatlı esintisi çok güzel. Sitenin deniz kenarında özel plajı olması çok avantajlı. Sitede yaşayan herkes cana yakın davranıyor. Her ihtiyaç düşünülmüş, manav ekmek şarküteri siteye kadar geliyor. Evde Sema Hanımın el emeği çok ince detaylar var, yataklar sakız gibi tertemiz. Sakin huzurlu ve sessiz güzel bir tatil geçirdik.
