Feriköy'de en merkezi yerdeydi. Çevresinde manav, kasap, market, pastane, kafe, otobüs durağı, lokanta gibi pek çok seçenek mevcuttu. Ev genel olarak çok iyiydi. Her konuda da bize yardımcı oldular. Tekrardan çok teşekkür ediyorum, bir daha gelişimizde kesinlikle burada kalmayı düşünüyorum.

Bref séjour en février : super rapport qualité/prix. L’appart est joliment rénové et meublé et il comprend tout ce qui est nécessaire pour cuisiner. Confort et belle vue ! Il est extrêmement bien situé pour visiter Istanbul ; à 2 min à pied d’un arrêt de bus et 10 min de Taksim. Accueil agréable et communication facile. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Grand merci pour tout !

Great apartment in a good area! Very close to the shopping street İstiklal and Taksim square. The apartment is much larger than shown in the photo. It has everything you need, as well as many interesting additional details that creative people will like. The bedroom windows overlook the courtyard, so it is quiet and calm at night. Ev oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Kadıköy metroya oldukça yakın olduğu için ulaşım konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Gülay Hanım bina girişinin fotoğrafına kadar gönderdiği için kolayca giriş yapabildik. İletişim konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım her konuda yardımcı oldu.

Ağustos ayı içinde üç kişilik ailemizle bir hafta geçirdik. Gümüşlük'ün sakin sessiz bir köşesinde bahçe içinde, üst katı misafirler için ayrılıp tam tekmil düzenlenmiş, müstakil iki katlı bir evdi kaldığımız yer. Ev sahiplerimiz güler yüzlü, dost canlısı, misafirperver insanlardı. Güzel bir tatil oldu bizim için. Her zaman gönül rahatlığıyla dostlarıma, arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer olarak aklımda kalacaktır.

Staying in Erkans’s beautiful hillside house is so restorative and restful. There are beautiful walks, lovely friendly dogs, sensational surroundings and utter tranquility. The house is unique and a little quirky but we found it comfy and welcoming. We loved how it flooded with natural light by day and we could see the stars from our bed at night. Heavenly!! Erkan and Feza were such helpful and kind hosts.

hamdi abi o kadar iyi bir ev sahibi ki hakkında ne söylesem onu tarif etmeye az kalır. çok sıcakkanlı, çok yardımsever bir insan. adaya ilk adım attığımız an bizi karşıladı ve her türlü sorumuzda isteğimizde bize sevecenlikle yardımcı oldu. güzel bir ada gezisi bile yaptırdı bize. ☺️ eve ilk girişimizde evle alakalı bütün talimatları bize anlattı. kendisi ada’da doğup büyümüş bir İstanbul Beyfendisi. bu zamanda güvenilecek insan sayısı bu kadar azken Hamdi abi gibi insanlarla karşılaşmak bizi gerçekten çok mutlu etti. 2 gece 3 günlük kalma sürecimiz boyunca her türlü desteğinden ve misafirperverliğinden dolayı kendisine çok minnettarım, teşekkür ediyorum. bir sonraki gelişimde kesinlikle başka bir ev arayışına dahi girmeye gerek duymadan Hamdi abinin evinde konaklamak istiyorum. evin manzarası ve rahatlığına ise diyebilecek sözüm yok; harikaydı. tekrardan çok teşekkür ediyoruz, iyi ki Hamdi abinin misafirleri olmuşuz. ☺️

Müthiş yerde, sessiz ve sakin, tertemiz bir ev idi. Seçtiğimiz için çok memnunuz, yolumuz bir daha İğneada'ya düşerse kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz olacak. Taygun Bey son derece ilgili ve alakalı idi. Fiyat/Performans anlamında çok başarılıydı. Son derece olumlu bir deneyim için tavsiyemizdir.

Son zamanlarda tanıştığım en sıcak kanlı ev sahibiydi kendisi. Güler yüzlü enerjik yaklaşımı ile ev ile ilgili tüm sorulara yerinde cevap verdi Ev de çok şirin ve huzur doluydu

ilanda belirtildiği gibi 6 odalı, sıcak havuzlu ,saunalı güzel döşenmiş bir ev.her odanın içinde olmasa da 7 adet tuvalet gayet yeterli.sadece 2 odadaki banyoda duşakabin olmadığı için oda içindeki tuvaletlerde banyo yapmak tercih edilmedi.sıcak havuz geldiğimiz andan itibaren sıcacıktı kısın soğukta havuza girmek cok keyifli.sauna gayet başarılı.göl manzarasıyla keyifliydi.mutfak eşyaları 10 kişi kalmamıza rahmen yeterliydi.merkezi konumda olduğundan ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılaşacağınız alternatif fazla.

Beautiful atmospheric home, just like the photos. Roof terrace with fantastic views of the city and the Golden Horn. In the mornings you could admire the sunrise. The house has radiators installed so we had no problems with heating. There are lots of cats around, chickens and turtles in the neighboring yard. I think this is the most cozy and colorful accommodation in Istanbul.

One of the best and coziest Airbnb house I’ve lived in ever. The host Pelin is super nice and responsive! It’s also a very good neighborhood where you can easily walk to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

Absolutely loved this place. Stylish, modern, quiet and very well equipped. The location is also great and very central. Highly recommended!

Furkan tuvo mucha paciencia, llegamos de noche y nos tardamos más tiempo del que le dijimos y nos esperó. Nos ayudo a cambiar los euros por liras turcas y nos recomendó lugares turísticos para visitar. Mi motivo del viaje fue una cirugía y él se preocupó por mi salud, incluso nos envió postres de regalo. Nos hacía falta una sartén más grande para cocinar y de inmediato envio una nueva al airbnb. Lo elegiríamos otra ves sin duda, el mejor anfitrión.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Kondominium Emperium No1 Residence, hosted by the kind and attentive Nilüfer Elmas. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and felt just like home. Nilüfer was a thoughtful and caring host, always responsive and ready to assist whenever needed. The surrounding area was peaceful and not too busy, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment was fully equipped with complete household amenities, making it easy for us to cook, relax, and take care of our family’s needs without any hassle. If we return to Istanbul in the future, we would definitely choose to stay here again. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul — whether you're a family, a couple, or a solo traveler looking for a calm, cozy, and convenient place to stay. Demet’s place was extremely clean and inviting. had beautiful views from the balcony of all the mountains and the sea great place to stay the apartment was wonderful.
