James was an excellent host! He sent easy, clear instructions for checking in and the rules of the condo. We had a minor issue w the TV and he communicated w us until the issue was resolved. He was extremely attentive - we appreciated that so much. The condo is lovely; perfect for my husband and I. Clean and neat. James was thoughtful in having bottled water and a few other groceries already in the fridge, ready for us when we arrived! The condo is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping, and the beach. The ONLY thing that would make this property 100% perfect is if it were ON the beach. Otherwise, its perfect! T&C is breathtaking… if we get back there, we would love to stay at James property again!

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

Paul thought of literally everything! This was our first time staying in an AirBnb in Turks and Caicos so we were a little hesitant but it couldn’t have been more perfect! His condo was so close to the resorts and it felt very safe. He had left us everything we could possibly need including sunscreen, beach chairs, beach towels, laundry detergent, reusable water bottles, and body lotion. I have truly never been in such a well-stocked airbnb. Could not recommend this place more!

You could not ask for a better location or a better host...proactive in letting you know everything about the place, it's surroundings, and any questions you might have before travel. Plenty of beach chairs to use, coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and the list goes on. Kids loved the pool which you could see right outside the window. I honestly do not have one complaint about the place and would definitely would stay again!

The place was more spacious than I expected which is a good thing. Host was very nice and a good communicator. Enjoyed my stay here. If you’re looking for quiet and out the way, this is the place.

Wow! I can’t say enough about this condo and the location. The condo is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were even coolers, floaties, beach chairs, beach towels, all the little things to make our trip more enjoyable. The location is AMAZING. Just steps to a beautiful pool, hot tub, hammock, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The beach was so quiet and private. There were chairs and cabanas to use, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, life jackets, and a basket of sand toys. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food, otherwise it’s about a 15 minute drive to any other restaurants or stores. The condo is walking distance to the National park. I think we had the only kids at the resort, but everyone was welcoming and friendly to kids. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a quiet relaxing trip with a basically private beach.

After a slightly bumpy ride down the road to the condo , we were immediately impressed,. Ginny was there to meet us and make sure we were ok. The condo is fabulous and what a location .. The kitchen was great and we loved eating in and just soaking up the ocean vibes. The location is quiet and so restaurants, shops and bars are a walk but it’s ok .. We hired a golf cart which Ginny organised which we had for 3 days that was brilliant and meant we could get easily to the places we wanted to be. The whole condo is beautifully decorated and having the ground floor one meant we could step out onto the beach and to the ocean . The sunsets from here are just spectacular. You also have the pleasure of the wild donkeys who love some carrots and a wild dog who won’t let you near her but regularly slept on the sofa on the veranda ❤️ Grand Turk is just the most wonderful place basic but so relaxed makes you realise what’s important in life . We spent 6 nights here and we could easily have stayed

Wonderful place to stay while in Turks. My wife and I were here for 5 days. Perfect location near the water and other restaurant options. Pool onsite was nice. Onsite gym for those looking to workout on vacation.

Excellent host, excellent place! It was our first time in Turks and Caicos, and definitely won't be our last! Yonette's place offered a beautiful view, great space and a perfect location (near Smith's free). She was very responsive and made us feel safe and at home. Make sure you rent a car to get around the island!

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was great - it is long and narrow, good for swimming laps in the morning to start the day. The location is excellent - about 5-7 mins distance to the best restaurants, beaches, bars and shopping. Grocery store and pharmacy across the street. Easy to drive to more remote beaches if you want to get away from the crowds. The unit is modern, well-maintained, and we used all of the amenities it came with - nice kitchen, full-sized washer/dryer, fast Wifi, cold A/C, smart TV, and a small outdoor space to have coffee in the mornings. Despite being so close to the main drag, it is nestled down a small road so it is still quiet and peaceful. Sean was very responsive from start to finish, providing a list of things to do in the area a couple days before our arrival, responding to my questions when we got there. Check-out process was easy. And what a great value compared to staying at a resort!

I had the most wonderful stay at Karen's Airbnb in Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos! The space was beautifully appointed, with modern, high-quality furnishings that made it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail in every room was impressive, and everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to the stunning Grace Bay Beach and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Karen, the host, was incredibly warm and attentive, always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations without being intrusive. I truly felt welcomed and cared for during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Turks

Yoshi was a great host! The place was exactly as described. Clean, private, convenient and walkable. We did not rent a car and walked most places. Some destinations needed a taxi- it can add up if you are planning on using a taxi often or have a bigger group. There is a ton to do in the area and the beach is very close by!!

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Location was great - convenient access to the beach and walkable to restaurants/shops. Close to Coco Bistro and Trattoria Isolana, both excellent places to eat. The beach access is at Grace Bay Beach Club, a very nice beach area. The house was well stocked with everything you needed (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, soap). Also, the beach towels/chairs/snorkeling gear were great, so we didn't have to rent anything. Located in a quiet area (but felt safe to walk at night) and a nice front deck to sit. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, and a nice open living space and kitchen. It was great for our family of four. Would rent again if we come back to Turks and Caicos.

We loved our stay here. The complex is situated on a little hill which produces a beautiful view. The location was great-away from the more commercial area, but close enough to walk to local restaurants, the beach, and great snorkeling. Also we never felt unsafe walking to/from any of the places we visited, even in the evening. And even though we were there over spring break for some, the property remained quiet and clean for our visit. Overall it was a really great trip and stay!

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

Marsha’s place was very welcoming! The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washer and dryer so that was a plus as well. Our flight was delayed, and Marsha was willing to let us check out a little later. This unit is near the pool and courtyard area. The bedrooms are upstairs, and there is a half bathroom on the first floor. If we ever visit Turks again, we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our vacation. It’s comfortable and provides wonderful views of the water. We cooked our own breakfasts and had all the appliances/utensils/pans needed for the task. The Yacht Club grounds are nicely maintained with a security guard visible. We took advantage of the short walk around the marina docks to eat at the three restaurants. Baci Ristorante was our favorite. I highly recommend stay here.

Perfect condo in a beautiful setting. Loved the pool and central location to drive to nearby public beach access points. Also enjoyed walking around the marina and appreciated all of the host’s tips. If you are headed to TCI and don’t need the pricey resort experience, this condo is an excellent choice!

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and beach. Central area to tourist attractions and nightly hot spots. We did not rent a car and cab service was btwn $12 and $35 (airport transport and jetski activity was most expensive).

We had a great stay! The apartment is very conveniently located, kids loved the heated pool on the property. The apartment itself was wonderful - we had everything we needed and more! Would love to come back!

This was our 3rd time staying at Vista Azul. We especially enjoyed Leenardo's unit because of the separate bedroom area, the beach chairs and umbrella and the abundance of amenities that made our stay feel like home. Highly recommend staying here and we would return. Thank you for sharing your space with us!
