Anderson (Julian) was a great host. As others have said, the villa is a little ways away from where the studio that is shown in the listing is, but it was absolutely breath taking. He was nice, courteous, friendly, and willing to go out of the way to show me a good time and what life looked like in the TCI, even going and grabbing beers and watching the basketball game. I’d definitely recommend renting a car to get around. All in all, it felt like staying at a friends place for the time. Great experience!

This place is truly unique. It is helpful to view it on a satellite map. It’s set in one of the few remaining nature sanctuary anywhere near Grace Bay. The home itself has an upstairs and the downstairs apartment as well as a full house 50 steps away. Both apartments are fabulous. The hosts are totally responsive and have thought of so many nice touches. Everything worked excellently and was easy to understand and navigate. The price was very fair for that part of the beach. What’s great about it is that you are very close to the action of Grace Bay yet still secluded. Fabulous.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet endroit. Le logement et la cour étaient plus grands qu’ils en paraissait sur les photos. Les instructions à chaque étape étaient très claires. Nous avons aimé que la cour soit partagée avec 2 autres familles avec des enfants car nous y avons fait de belles rencontres. Pour de belles vacances reposantes à proximité des spots de kite, vous ne vous trompez pas ici :)

Iona and Floyd are great and very friendly. We enjoyed their beautiful gardens around the house. The house is basic and exactly as pictured and met our needs perfectly for our stay. There was often a breeze through the many windows, but the A/C in the bedrooms is a nice perk when the winds die down sometimes at night. If you need a local home base for exploring North and Middle this is a great option!

This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There was a lot of residential construction that happens during the day, but we were at the beach so it didn't bother us at all. We greatly appreciated being off the main beaches and busy areas of the island. Marisa's place was very comfortable and had great amenities, especially for traveling with younger children and for going to the beach! We were bummed that the climbing dome and slackline were no longer on-site, but the kids still very much enjoyed the pool, trampoline, and treehouse. We also appreciated all of the green-living, sustainability tips posted around the house. Overall, a great place to relax and embark on adventures!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beachfront location cannot be beat, it was absolutely gorgeous. If you’re planning to be outside more than inside on your vacation, this is the perfect place. There was a kayak we enjoyed using in the ocean. You basically have your own private beach. The interior is dated so if you have to have a new and fancy kitchen, bathroom, etc. this is probably not the place for you. There was also a lot of ants in the bathroom and the exterior of the fridge could use a good cleaning but otherwise it was super clean.

Absolutely loved our time here and very grateful for the availability in such short notice at a steal of a price. Bed was extremely comfy and clean. Slept great while I was there with the minimal hours we spent in bed hahaha. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Super satisfied with the quality of service and room we had.

Stanley’s place was a perfect stay! It’s conveniently located near the airport, and no more than a 20 minute drive to popular attractions. Everything was clean, modernized, updated, and had great WiFi connection. The property is secured behind an automated gate which added another feeling of safety & protection. Host was friendly & easy to communicate with! Will definitely book again!

We spent a lot of time trying to decide where to stay in North/Middle Caicos, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Look no further because this truly is the best place! The property is incredibly beautiful, and there's so much to enjoy right there on the water. We spent mornings on the dock, kayaking and SUP. And we had a fire one evening down by the water. It's a great, central location for enjoying all things North/Middle Caicos. Our entire 4 night stay couldn't have been more peaceful and perfect. Additional bonuses - the bed linens and towels were so soft and nice, beach chairs and cooler were clutch (she even has snorkeling gear available but we had our own), and the animals were all so sweet and friendly. Do yourself a favor and book your stay here now! And don't miss Miss B's Bayside Cafe - it's a short drive from Waters Edge and delicious! We ate here 3/4 days.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cove! The location is perfection if you enjoy water views with peaceful surroundings and walking distance to the most beautiful beaches! We also loved exploring the Silly Creek homes by kayaks the host provided and even made use of the weight rack outside. And a great plunge pool to get cooled off! You can’t beat the sunset views here either. The whole set up was perfect for what we love. If you prefer crowds and tons of close restaurants stay near Grace Bay. But we loved the setting on Silly Creek. It’s about 20min to many Grace Bay restaurants. For us a minor trade off for the surroundings we had. Kyle and Sharice were very responsive. Great hosts! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Camilla! Yes, it is being surrounded by ginormous resorts, and hotels, but you would not know it sitting on the front porch, sipping coffee, which I did every morning as you are surrounded by beautiful palm trees, and a lush meticulously cared for garden. It truly feels like an oasis. You can hear the little bit of banging and hammering next-door, but did not affect our stay at all. They were done in the evening and it did not wake us up in the morning. It is clean and well stocked with everything you need but food and the grocery store is a very short drive. Air conditioning in the bedroom as well as the living room. It is privately gated with an alarm system. This place is beach walkable proximity to everything you want in Grace Bay. Yola was a text message away from anything we needed. The house beach is stunning with beautiful sand and we basically had it to ourselves even though you are right next to Grace Bay. We will be back!

Literally steps to the beach. Beautiful rooftop patio, doesn’t have view of beach but over palms and mangroves. Still feels private. All the necessities for a beach day are there- cooler, chairs, umbrella, towels. Close drive to Grace bay and that beach. 15-20 minutes to good beachfront snorkel areas, Smith’s reef and Princess Alexandra. Would stay here again. Great size for 2 people. Does have tv and WiFi, but who wants to stay inside in paradise?

Melverne & her family are wonderful people! Extremely kind and treat you like family. They are seriously some of the nicest people you will ever meet. We absolutely just loved them! The guest house was perfect for my husband & I for 7 days. The location was just minutes from all the activity & restaurants at Grace Bay, but just off the main highway for easy travel to other areas around the island. It had everything listed and everything was in excellent condition. I want to take a minute to talk about that bed… We loved it! My husband and I both slept sooo good, and the pillows were just right. That is difficult to find, but you’ll find it here! The guest house has every single thing mentioned in the listing. Oh, and the pool… WONDERFUL! We enjoyed winding down in the evening a couple of nights out there and it was truly relaxing. All of the landscaping and garden areas are beautiful! We loved TCI and couldn’t have felt more welcomed! Highly recommend staying here!!

The place was amazing. It was cozy and perfect for our time there. The view was the best part. It was private and the breeze made for great sleeping. Alison was nice and helpful with anything we needed. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location just minutes from the beach. The proximity to the ocean made our trip so much more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made everything easy and stress-free. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would love to come back in the future. Highly recommend!
