This place is off by itself, but that made it perfect. We had the beach to ourselves. Only thing that was a concern is hot water. If you have a big group, spread out shower time to allow the heater to recover. Really loved the place, location, outdoor furniture and area. If we go back to Turks, we’ll stay there again.

We loved staying at the Sunflower Villa! The house was clean and roomy and we spent a lot of time on the covered patio. The beach was right outside the door and the sunsets were beautiful! It was so helpful that O’Neil, a local person, picked us up from the airport and took us back. He was available to answer any questions during our stay through messaging and phone calls. The only thing we were surprised about was the price of groceries. But it is understandable since everything arrives by ship. The island is perfect if you want a laidback vacation and like meeting the local people and exploring the island on your own. We used a golf cart that Katy reserved for us and it was waiting for us at the airport as well. The cruise port is a fun place to go for shopping and restaurants when ships are in. We would definitely go back after having such a great experience! Thank you Katy and Nisso for sharing your home with us!

Wow! We were here only for a few days, what a beautiful place! The house: loved it. Charming and easy beach vibe, spacious and well equipped. Open concept living and kitchen space was great, and the front deck was our favorite spot to relax. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just steps from the house. We'd walk over for a swim without towels and chairs...just a quick stroll to and from the house! Bedrooms: large and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Clean bathrooms are a major deal for me and happy on that front too. Location: Groceries, liquor stores, and restaurants are all walking distance, super convenient. The kitchen has everything for making your own meals and that's always great. Rent a golf cart if you can, highly recommend. Kathleen helped as needed and communication never a problem, gave us pointers to make the most of our time there. Overall, a real gem. Landed back home in a snow storm and missing that beautiful beach already...can't wait to visit again!

I loved my time at Villa Kaya. Renato and Teresa were wonderful hosts, super responsive before and during my stay. They were more than happy to answer any questions that I had, give me local recommendations, etc. They also helped arrange airport pickup and dropoff for me. There were instructions at the property for everything from wifi to local restaurants. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. It was very well stocked and i didn't find a single thing missing. All the amenities listed where provided. It was really amazing to have the Golf cart, a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella for getting around to the islands amazing beaches. Sunrise each morning was fabulous. The beach at the Villa is so quiet, I only saw 3 people the whole 10 days I was there. Some reviews mentioned bad seaweed on the beach, that was not my experience. There was some buildup of dry seaweed/seagrass on the beach and a little bit in the water, but it was still great for swimming and relaxing.

Debbie was very helpful and always responding fast. The unit is located very centrally near to the dive school.

We had a great time at Villa Turkquoise on Grand Turk over new year's 2024/2025. We loved laidback Grand Turk. Great diving. The villa was perfect for our needs - pool, jacuzzi, beach. Very well set up for home cooking too - we ended up staying home most evenings - and the Graceway store was surprisingly well stocked.... would have no hesitation in returning.. And a word of thanks to DJ who handled the rental day-to-day. He was great, really communicative, and a pleasure to interact with.

This was my 2nd time staying at this location and I love it. it is the lost convenient location on Salt Cay. Debbie is wonderful and knows the island better than anyone, she can guide you with anything you need. She is a great host.

Renato and Teresa were always ready and available to help. They made our trip the best it could be. From great restaurant , beach and sightseeing suggestions, to fixing my bicycle. We were extremely happy with our accommodation and location. Away from the hustle and bustle when cruise boats were in port. We would definitely not hesitate to return. Thankyou Renato’s and Teresa.

Joe was a great host. We lost our flight to Grand Turk because of a delay with our flight from Miami. Joe worked with us and helped in every way he could. His house is amazing, and It’ll be even better when all the renovations are done. We had an amazing time in Grand Turk. If you are looking for beautiful sunsets, beautiful views, peace and quiet, and tranquility overall, this is the perfect spot. We will definitely be back once all the renovations are completed. This was just the most magical stay. We cannot say enough about how peaceful and beautiful this place is. If you want an escape from the hustle and bustle, to fall asleep/wake up to the sound of the ocean, far away from cruise ships and other tourists, this is the place for you. The golf cart really makes this the perfect stay. You can get anywhere you need and explore the whole island. Teresa and Renato are so sweet, our flight into Grand Turk was delayed so we got in after all restaurants and grocery stores had closed and they gave us a whole bundle of food from their kitchen at 10 o’clock at night so we wouldn’t go to bed hungry. Lovely people, lovely stay!
