The view from this apartment is the most attractive feature. From the master bedroom, to the kitchen, living room, and the balcony, you have the most amazing views of San Jose. The lights at night are incredible. The windows open with ease allowing for a nice breeze throughout the apartment. No air conditioning necessary. The apartment had everything one needs to live comfortably. Within a short walk are many great restaurants, shopping outlets, and grocery stores. I recommend the Italian restaurant nearby. The unit was very clean. If you're a light sleeper, simply bring earplugs as the building is located near a busy street. personally, I slept well as I am used to the sounds of the city. There is access to a fitness area, hot tub, and a sauna. I loved the sauna. The hosts were so awesome with their response times and kindness. They were always helpful and friendly. I had the greatest time during my stay and I will gladly be back in this Airbnb again soon. Thanks so much!

The place is brand new, squeaky clean and highly functional apartment. The entry level is really on the second floor, so you can roll heavy suitcases directly to the apartment. Excellent firm beds. Well supplied kitchen. Andrea´s father, Alvaro, personally received me and gave the keys. Then he kindly drove me around the building complex, showing all the shops and services which are in walking distance. It should be noted, that this gated community is high up above San Jose level - it is a cool climate. No a/c needed. Highly recommendable!

Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise genutzt und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage in einer Wohngegend – ideal, um sich zu erholen. Gleichzeitig sind Geschäfte und andere wichtige Anlaufstellen schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and was the perfect fit for our needs on this trip. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Oscar was an excellent host!

Beautiful house, unique design, perfect location. Located on the slopes of Irazu, the house is in a picturesque location. There is a gated driveway with a steel door which made the place feel very secure. The host was extremely attentive and responsive. Lots of little details like a warm snack when we arrived, marshmallows, etc. Definitely try the optional breakfast!! It may have been the best meal (definitely the best value!) we had on our entire trip! Nothing to walk to but we wanted to be close to the volcano to get an early start on our days.

This was our second stay at Alberto’s. We love the location - close to restaurants, train and groceries. The condo has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood very safe. We will stay here again if it is available when we are back.

Sitio de Mata es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. El hospedaje de Marlon queda muy conveniente para estar cerca de un evento que se haga en Hacienda Sitio de Mata. La zona también se presta para caminar o hacer ciclismo. El loft estaba impecable y acogedor. Marlon proporciona información de una opción de alimentación, de una familia muy amable que lleva la comida a la puerta.

Las fotos se quedan cortas a lo lindo de este lugar. Una vista fenomenal a las montañas. Hay madera para hacer fogata. Restaurantes y supermercados a corta distancia. Sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar allí cuando regresemos a Orosi. El río precioso y la catarata espectacular. Costa Rica es bello y esta casa nos representa.

La estancia fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el principio, Roberto nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y siempre estuvo atento a cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Su amabilidad fue un gran plus durante toda nuestra visita. La ubicación también es excelente, con todo lo que queríamos visitar a pocos minutos de distancia. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque una experiencia sin complicaciones.

It’s fully equipped with everything you need, and the overall atmosphere of the complex is so wonderfully relaxing. The amenities? Fantastic! I’ve never enjoyed a pool, gym, and coworking space quite like this before. I even discovered the perfect little nook to work during my vacation, all while soaking in the breathtaking views from the upper floor. I can’t recommend Loanna enough as an exceptional host. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en este Airbnb en Costa Rica. Desde el primer momento, Jacob, el anfitrión, fue increíblemente atento y siempre disponible para ayudar en lo que necesitara. Viajaba sola como nómada digital y fue muy sencillo llegar al alojamiento, ¡todo super bien indicado! El apartamento es precioso, muy limpio, cómodo y acogedor. Además, está ubicado en una zona con muchas opciones para salir, comer o simplemente pasear. Otra ventaja enorme: el tren pasa muy cerca, así que moverse desde allí fue rápido y fácil. Repetiría sin duda. ¡Gracias Jacob por hacer la estancia tan agradable!
