This is a brand new, squeaky clean modern condominium with excellent security. The management team is fabulous they arranged transportation for us and everything went seamless. Neil allowed us to check in early which really helped us out. We rented beach loungers out in front on the playa from Jaco Surf School, so we could go from the ocean boogie boarding to the pool easily. The location is great and the underground parking was very secure. It was easy to move our gear up with a trolley and a shopping buggy to the apartment without multiple trips. The furniture is great, beds comfortable and air conditioning is great. Nice stay in Jaco. 👍👍

Muy lindo lugar con vista espectacular al mar!

This place was a little piece of heaven. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the TACOS - impeccable. Best side of Jaco Beach and Gracias Madre is right on it, just walk out the gate and there you are. Yet because the apartments are recessed a bit, the rooms felt private and secluded. The little pool is lovely, as are the design-forward references to dia de los muertos that permeate the decor. The apartment is one I'd live in (and I really wish I could have stayed longer), had absolutely everything you'd need and want, including complementary little items like chocolate covered dried banana in the cupboard, sunscreen and beach mats by the door, usb chargers and Bluetooth speakers on the bedside tables. The appliances are all top notch as are the cookware and glassware. The A/C from the mini split was reliably refreshing and the bed was perfect. But maybe the best part was the TACOS served at the attached restaurant - ate three different kinds and loved them all.

Waking up to sound of the waves and being able to walk on beautiful quiet beach was relaxing. The location of this place is great. 15 min (by car)from the Jaco downtown. And still very quiet and private. There are stores and restaurants close by. The place is well put together, clean. We enjoyed our stay.

My flight had got cancelled, the Airbnb I was staying at all week had got reserved right before I could rebook for another night and I found myself looking for a place at 4pm. Luckily I found Laura’s unit. I was basically across the street in my car and they let me right in 5 min later and I’ll be honest, I slept better in this unit then the one I was paying double for the rest of the week!! I couldn’t have been happier with my last minute find! Loved the place, would stay again!

Super comfortable place! Great for our family of four (including two young kids)! The beach was peaceful. The whole place had a mellow vibe didn’t feel too touristy. Thanks for everything, we’d love to return!

El lugar era igual que en las fotos, la casita está super limpia y eso me gustó mucho; se notaba que la limpian regularmente y no había olor a humedad. Está muy bien equipada y sus alrededores son calmados. El terreno está cercado y eso es muy cómodo cuando se viaja con mascotas para evitar que se salgan de la propiedad. Lo único que cambiaría es la cama; es muy pequeña y es ruidosa cada vez que uno se mueve. La casita está cerca de Playa Hermosa y algunos restaurantes. Andrea fue superamigable, respondía rápido y las indicaciones fueron fáciles de seguir y nos sugirió la ida al río (que es una super buena idea si andan con mascotas) y varios restaurantes de la zona.

La casa es bastante cómoda para grupos grandes, es igual que las fotos. El área de afuera es bastante grande, ideal para que todo el grupo comparta.

Álvaro y Aurora fueron muy amables desde el momento de la reserva hasta el día que nos fuimos, todo estaba muy ordenado, me encantó que reciclan y son súper organizados con eso, dan todas las indicaciones, son flexibles con las horas, el lugar estaba precioso, la piscina limpia, los perritos son bienvenidos y se sintieron bien, sin duda volvería

Excelente, el lugar es muy hermoso, tiene una vista muy hermosa, la calle en perfecto estado, muy cerca de la playa en carro, caminado se hace un poco pesado por el calor pero muy bien. La piscina es apenas para refrescarse y relajarse tiene todo lo necesario.

Max’s place was perfect for our group of eight! The house is brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, split into two units—each with its own kitchen and bathroom, giving us plenty of space and convenience. Waking up to the sounds of birds was a treat, and we were lucky enough to spot a flock of Macaws right outside. We loved the outdoor shower and especially coming back after the beach to enjoy the pool and fire pit. The location was ideal—just a quick 5-minute drive to some of the best surfing we experienced all week, thanks to Max’s great recommendations. We also took a day trip to Manuel Antonio, which was only an hour away and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend staying here!

Really good place, clean and great host. The pool was not in the pictures but it was ok. We didn’t know it was a hostel but we were alone so it was perfect for us! We would go again for sure

My partner and I stayed at Laura’s place for a weekend trip. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. The view from the balcony was incredible at sunset. The visitors guide was helpful and offered some great recommendations on restaurant. The beach was steps away and the area was very walkable. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends! Thank you for the hospitality, Laura!

This place was literally perfect. The most important things: air conditioning, comfortable beds, tvs/appliances that worked were all top notch. The location was a huge benefit. On the quieter end of Jaco but still so many restaurants, stores, etc. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and you can rent chairs and an umbrella for $20 USD for the whole day. I highly recommend it. Also, the pool at the facility was far beyond what we expected. Clean, non-chlorine and rarely busy. I couldn't have had a better experience. The only drawback is the chair and couch in the living area. We like to play all day and then relax around the tv at night. The couch is basically useless. There are literal boards you risk sitting on and it's painful. The couch desperately needs replaced, but it's not enough to deduct a star because everything else was so incredibly wonderful.

Un lugar espectacular con una buena ubicación. El lugar seguro, limpio, impecable y buen precio. La anfitrión muy amable y responde inmediatamente y muy atenta. Lo recomiendo.

This is a beautiful condo. We had plenty of space and our teenagers loved the pool. We enjoyed being a little bit away from the center of town but a quick walk to restaurants and shops. Soda Raquel was very close by and served a delicious traditional breakfast. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck. We appreciated knowing there were guards who ensured only guests were in the pool area.

We were very happy staying at the condo. Amazing balcony with the most gorgeous view of the Playa Blanca beach. The condo was filled with most everything you would need. Lots of nice beach blankets, full kitchen and the surprise was having house cleaners weekly. The host responded very quick was very nice. A little far from the main road but a beautiful beach and lovely condo! Also Macaws and monkeys every day!!!

The Condo was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the things necessary to cook. The condo has air-conditioning in livingroom and bedroom, but it was a little noisy in the bedroom. They do a great job keeping insects down, only had some problems with ants on the patio. From the condo you can see the ocean and people picnicking on the beach. Weekdays are more peaceful. The building is fenced so it feels safe. Unfortunately I didnt read that Bejuco beach is always red flagged because of the strong currents and riptides. Beautiful sand beach to walk on and enjoy the sunsets but not swim.

We had a terrific time at Mario’s condo. He is without a doubt one of the best hosts you will find, everything from a welcome basket, quick and courteous communication. We were late checking in due to our flight (1:30 in the morning) he waited for us and made sure we were comfortable before he left. The condo is well quipped with everything you will need for your stay not to mention the beautiful view from the balcony. Thanks again Mario
