Incredible location on the island. Loved the “home”.

This is a beautifully apponted condo with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beach equipment. The view and the beach are both great. Sadly, the whole area has many homeless that live on the beaches, including the hill to the right of left of the beach. Not saying the homeless are dangerous. But, like our hometown, Las Vegas, there is a need for the homeless to have support. I, personally, would pay a tourism tax to help that endeavor.The Hawaiian Princess has great security, a library, hot tub, pool and nice bbqs. I would rent this condo again.

We had a nice stay at this property. Our family enjoyed the beach just steps from the cottage patio. The setting was incredibly peaceful, and the quiet surroundings made it a perfect retreat. One of the best parts was that they provided beach toys and snorkel gear for our child, which made our time there even more enjoyable. She spent hours snorkeling right in front of the cottage and playing in the sand. There were only two adults and a small child, and I think the size was great for us, but for a larger family this would be a tight squeeze. All of our activities were located on the east and north sides of Oahu, so a car is required to stay at this location. The parking stall for this unit is literally right next to the patio, super convenient.

10/10 would recommend. My wife and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday/ babymoon. She could not stop talking about how incredibly comfortable the bed was and I fully agree. The host was exceptionally accommodating! Not only did they provide many recommendations in advance and were very responsive while we were there, BUT!!!! I mistakenly forgot 50% of our clothing in the dryer when we left and they were kind enough to mail it back to us. Aside from the great stay, the Arnold Palmer Golf course is a must if you’re a golfer and even if you’re not the 18 hole putting course is a great time!! Wife and I did in the pouring rain and it was still awesome! The beach at Turtle bay had surprisingly great snorkeling even compared to Hanauma Bay which is ranked as one of the best snorkeling spots in the world. Not to mention it’s a 10 minute walk from the front door.

What a beautiful beach and view! We loved our time at Kathleen’s condo. It was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. I haven’t slept as well as I did there in ages. The ocean at this beach is very swim-able and there are lots of turtles to watch as well. We had everything we needed and felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful time!

They were responsive of our needs. I would recommend this place even though I wouldn’t like to share…….just because it’s so peaceful and I’d love to visit again.

We love Ko Olina Villas. The location and beach area are very relaxing. This is an excellent and comfortable unit, with lots of beach amenities included. The location above the pool is a little on the noisy side. The Villa management did not enforce the posted pool hours.

We loved our stay at Turtle Bay! Our family of 7 (adults and teens) fit well and slept great on the comfy beds. We enjoyed all of the amenities including snorkeling at Turtle Cove, swimming and pickleball. The beach equipment was perfect to use on our beach trips. The condo was located in a great location to enjoy everything on the North Shore. We stayed for a week and had plenty of shampoo, soap and laundry soap. Everything was great! Thank you!

The Ko Olina condo was spacious, peaceful and located in the most beautiful beachfront setting. You had views of the ocean from every room including both bedrooms. The kitchen was very functional with upgraded appliances, dishes and appurtenances. The grounds of the condo were wonderful with swimming pools, hot tubs, barbecues, and a large koi pond. Outside the gated facility was a walkway leading in both directions to other beachfront hotels and restaurants or to the private lagoon straight ahead. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer condo on the island of Oahu!

We loved it here! Very cozy. Yhe ceiling in the loft was low, but it didn't bother us. The location was great. We loved being on the north shore away from the busy city. Sandra was helpful with things to do and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place with lots of space if you are a bigger group. We were just a family of 5, but all older teens that like their own space. Fairly certain this is one of the nicer furnished units. It was so great to be close to the resort to have some great places to eat and some different activities we were able to book at the hotel.

Such a wonderful experience from check in to check out. Jenna was extremely responsive, it was so easy to get answers, smooth from booking, to checking in, the stay & the check out. Prime location to turtle bay resort & beach. House was adorable, had all amenities necessary. Felt very homey! Highly recommend this place!!

Jordan’s place was immaculate! It is one of our favorite stays. Beautifully decorated, with quite everything you need. Great location, central to things to do on the north shore. It was perfect for my husband and I and our son and his family. Had everything we needed for their baby as well and all of the beach equipment were perfect. Would highly recommend!! Only complaint was that there was nowhere upstairs to hang clothing.

We had a perfect stay! We brought our 3 teenage kids for 7 days, and had plenty of space, bathrooms, and walkable to the beach and hotel down the road. The unit was very clean and stocked with more supplies and extras than I usually find at Airbnb listings. The kitchen was so well stocked with tools, we cooked most meals at the unit which was more economical. Highly recommend, we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful and peaceful location. We enjoyed the mornings on the lanai, opening the doors first thing. The facility offers something for everyone, from quiet pool locations, to Koi fish ponds, to pool lagoons where the kids can play and explore. You can also step right off the property and the beach is 10 feet from the back gate! Muriel was very quick to help out if any concerns arose. We loved our stay, will definitely return...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo. Every morning we would have coffee on the lanai and enjoy the view. Such a beautiful and peaceful place. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking a light meal. We also walked to town a couple of times which was fun. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place.

Our experience was above and beyond anything we have encountered before. Our questions were answered promptly. Our requests were considered and accommodated if possible. Alternative solutions were suggested if our requests could be met in a different way. The staff at the Beach Villas were outstanding especially Sherry and Neal. Our special celebration with family was an exceptional and memorable event thanks to Gabriel and the staff at the Beach Villas. We can’t thank you enough!

Perfect accommodations for our family of four. Kitchen and unit extremely well equipped and comfortable. Access to pool, pool bar and beach with three resort hotels in walking distance as well as other restaurants and shops made it extrenely easy to get settled and find varied eating options. Nice to be in a beautiful location away from busy Waikiki but with many amenities close at hand. Only qualifier is that the units are all privately owned and the property has pretty strict rules including not putting beach chairs on the balcony or laying out wet suits to dry for any amount of time (we got a notice slipped underneath our door). Overall, a very easy and pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely spectacular views from the balcony. Fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean, so relaxing. Condo included all of the things needed to make meals, easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. So impressed with the local vibe, everyone was so friendly and engaging. This was the perfect place to unwind and really, truly relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Thu's unit was exactly as described in the listing. We had our family of 5, and we were super comfortable the entire stay. Two large bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, welcoming living room, kitchen, and beautiful lanai. The complex or resort the unit is in Ko Olina Beach Villas was very well-run, with beautiful pools and grounds. All common areas were incredibly clean and the building seemed to be very well run by management there. My kids loved the pools, we loved the peacefulness of the pool area compared to the experiences we've had at the two neighboring resorts Marriott and Disney. We would love to return to Thu's unit and KOBV on our next vacation!
