Tolle, sehr liebevoll gestaltete Wohnung und der kleine Garten zum Frühstücken usw... frische Kräuter und Zitronen diereckt vom Garten, Supermarkt und Obst und Gemüsestand direkt um die Ecke. Altstadt und Strand, Restaurants, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Diobysis als Vermieter sehr nett, gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit, aber auch nicht aufdrindglich, also super Privatsphäre. Achja es sind sogar 2 gute Fahrräder für Gäste vorhanden. Alles in allem sollte ich wieder mal nach Rohdos... dann wieder hier 🙂

Good location. Nice taste in furniture, fixtures and cutlery. Place was small but kept cool during day. Kitchen was small but still big enough to cook breakfast in. Lots of cats to greet you in the morning. Only minor improvement would be some butter knives to spread condiments with.

Top-Lage in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Gemütliche Terrasse mit Wahnsinns-Aussicht und ein sauberes, gemütliches und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Haus. Super freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Nicht unbedingt für grosse Menschen, da manche Türen sehr tief sind. und auch nicht für Kleinkinder, da Treppen sehr steil.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, köpeklerimizle keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Artıları: Ev tertemiz ve bakımlı. Eşyalar yeterli ve düzgün. Üst katınızda yaşayan ev sahipleri düzgün, iyi insanlar. Bahçe ve balkon çok güzel ve keyifli, köpeklerimizle çok rahat ettik. Eksileri: Aslında tek bir eksi tarafı var. Kot farkından dolayı bahçe kapısından eve 40 basamak inmeniz/çıkmanız gerekiyor. Bu da bavulları taşırken sizi zorluyor. Denize 3 dakikalık patika bir yoldan gidiyorsunuz ancak bu yolda da basamaklar var. Evdeki basamaklar da eklenince yol kısa olsa da zorlayıcı. Yaşlı ve çocuklar ciddi zorlanabilir.

We haven not met Tugce in person, but she was always on call and kind. The flat was clean. As you can see in the pictures, living room and kitchen are joint in one room which could be a bit poky, if you are planning to sit inside. We have spent most of our time on the big balcony, thus, it was not an issue for us. I would highly recomment to come by car since there are no taxis and the closest supermarket is about 10min within walking distance.

Efi was a wonderful host. Always responsive. Helped organise airport/ferry transfers for us. Provided a generous welcome pack and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The house itself was amazing so spacious and full of character, but with a modern well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was perfect - in the old town, but away from the really touristy areas. The crown in the jewel was the amazing roof terrace with its fabulous views over the old town and out to sea. Highly recommend.

The apartment was perfect in every way. It was comfortable, clean and has every amenity. The spacious outdoor patio was a great bonus. Pantelis could not have been more helpful and responded immediately to any question. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of one of the world’s most beautiful historic cities. You are spoiled for choice for excellent places to eat. I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment and the city of Rhodes to anyone.

Öncelikle evin konumu temizliği ve manzarası harikaydı, kendine ait son derece güzel bir plajının olması konaklamayı son derece cazip kıldı ve başka bir yere gitme ihtiyacı bile duymamıza gerek kalmadı. Ayrıca, Vecdi bey çok iyi, güleryüzlü ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibi. Selimiye'ye bir daha yolumuz düştüğünde başka bir yer düşünmeyeceğimize eminim.

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sauber und bietet genug Platz für alle. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Nachbarn waren äußerst freundlich und der Pool hat jeden Tag für die nötige Abkühlung gesorgt. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen! Es gibt viel zu unternehmen aber man ist ein bisschen Abseits vom Touri-Trubel (was wir sehr angenehm fanden). Das Meer ist nicht weit weg und wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, gibt es auch noch viele andere spannende Sachen zu besichtigen (Tropfsteinhöhle, Wasserfälle...). Irmak war bei Fragen immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert und äußerst flexibel. Wir können diese Unterkunft besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und überlegen bereits, ob wir irgendwann mal wieder kommen.

Denize oldukça yakın, sakin huzurlu bir yer. Havuzu çocuklar için oldukça yeterliydi. Her odada klima olması, sineklik olması büyük konfor sağladı. Genç-yaşlı herkese hitap eden bir tatil oldu. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Ali Bey konaklama öncesinde ev ile ilgili tüm kullanım bilgilerini de paylaştı. Ormanın içinde huzur dolu bir yerdi. Araçla civarda bulunan koylara ve turistik yerlere gitmek çok kolaydı. Dilek is a very good host,very responsible, polite,always ready to answer any question and give useful instructions. The house is very cosy and comfortable, there is all necessary utilities including detergents,hygienic and basic cooking stuff. You will find all you need for a short or even a long stay. The views over the valley and sunsets are just great. Some points to take in mind: -the road towards the house is a bit complicated, rather narrow and hilly, if you are not a very good driver you should be really careful, especially on a car with small tires. (but nevertheless the views from the terrace definitely worth all the efforts!) -the house is divided into two parts with separate entrances bedrooms are located in different parts and on different floors, it is not very convenient for families with small children. -bedrooms are really very cosy and romantic, however the matrasses are not really good and comfy. But nevertheless the house is absolutely very good and recommended!

This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay for final leg of our vacation. The view and walk to the beach was perfect. You can walk both directions to find food and sites. The walk to old town is very scenic. There is also easy options of grabbing a cab if you’d like and inexpensive. The airport is really close by.

Loren’s is an amazing, friendly, responsive host. We stayed in his place for a week and couldn’t enjoy more. The location is perfect, right in the center and next to the sea. The studio is full of light, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is very convenient and the shower is hot. All in all great value for money. Highly recommended 👍

We had a lovely girls' trip in Rhodes and our accommodation made everything very nice and easy. The supermarket was around the corner and the Old Town just a nice walk away. The apartment had all the necessary equipment for us five girls, and we loved the terrace. Good air conditioning was a huge plus. Thank you! :)

I had a fantastic stay with george place The place was everything I hoped for—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, providing local tips and even checking in to see if I was comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I’d definitely come back!

Yorumlara bakıp gelmiştim..2004 yılından beri tatile cıkıyorum otel pansiyon-apart vb sürüyle yerde kaldım..Ancak bana burası kadar huzur veren başka bir yerde kalmadım..Ev kendi eviniz gibi hisettiriyor.Ev ile öyle bir bağınız oluyorki evden çıkmak bile istemiyorsunuz...Hemen yani başındaki incekum plaji efsane bir yer..Evin içindeki eşyalar tatil boyunca yeterli..Tost bile yaptık..Fırını kullandık..Ormanın sesi,kuşların cıvıltısı..kedi ve köpekler..Bir daha olursa tekrar burda kalmak dilegiyle..Turan beye tesekkurler..
