Britney's unit 402 in the Theater Lofts was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and exceptionally well equipped. We walked to the Legacy Arena for the NCAA women's Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight rounds of the March Madness basketball tournament and at all times felt safe.

Sandra’s place is the best. Me & my kids went to the rooftop/game room area , the residents were nice & helpful . They played games with my kids. I’m definitely booking here again for the summer to enjoy the pool & rooftop vibes. 10/10. Parking wasn’t a hassle either. Very quiet location & we felt save. It’s surrounded by a lot of great food places. Encore Rouge was a 10/10 restaurant also. It’s walkable distance from the Air BnB!

Really clean and good at communicating

The apartment looked exact like the photos! The service was top tier with great communication and assistance. The apartment was cozy and very clean. We loved the color scheme and waters for us in the fridge. I’d definitely stay again!

Stayed here with my parents for graduation weekend. It was much more than I have ever paid for an Airbnb, likely because of the price hike over grad weekend, but it did not disappoint! Everything was in pristine condition, including the kitchen appliances which we used in order to avoid the crowds. It was a perfect location as well!

Great place, in the same building as Zaza and across the street from paramount if you know downtown BHM. Very convenient location, and there IS parking included in a BPA lot associated with the building. Lovely spot and very nice apartment for anyone wanting to hang in downtown Birmingham!

Beautiful apartment with such a vintage vibe! People on the street outside got a little loud at night after the bars closed, but otherwise it was peaceful. The view of the entire Railroad Park and passing trains was stunning. The parking lot was a convenient alternative to the street parking (which always had spots available). Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for the Iron Bowl. It was less than a mi to the stadium so super convenient to walk. The condo is decorated beautifully and offered so many extras. The only issue we had was the train so I would highly recommend using the noise machines which are in every room.

This was our second time staying at Linda’s place and highly recommend it!! The place looks just as pictured, and we love the Houndstooth Development where it is located!! Walkable to the stadium and campus and right near a great coffee place!! Also so much appreciated how easy and seamless the check in and check out process was!!

What a wonderful place, particularly for a family coming to visit students on campus. Very convenient to campus. The condo is beautifully decorated, had all the creature comforts of home. And the hosts were wonderfully responsive.

We have stayed at Chance’s condo multiple times. Always a great experience, and with two kids at the University of Alabama it is the most convenient place for us to stay.

This place is our go to when we are in the area. Absolutely love it, super clean, and Brenchard is an amazing host and very responsive.

Great place to stay highly recommended if your in the areas

Cute, quaint, quiet, sparkling clean home with LOTS of space. It was very clean and well located. The hosts were communicative and check in was super easy. There were huge tvs in every room and each bed was comfortable and well apportioned. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood and it has both a front porch, a back deck and a little sitting area with a hot tub outside.

What a beautiful, peaceful home! We loved spending time there, enjoyed the lovely living space as well as the comfortable beds. Nice hot water in the beautiful bathrooms. Lots of parking on site. Just all around a pleasant stay and we hope we can stay again next year!
