Our stay in Birmingham was wonderful in spite of the Severe Tornado Watch. Danny was a very gracious and attentive host. He reached out to prepare us for the approaching severe weather and assured us he was available if we should need. The home was perfect and addressed all of our needs for our stay to be comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to many attractions. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Birmingham.

traveled to Birmingham for a wedding and found this Airbnb to be exactly what we needed. Location was great for all of our wedding activities. Plenty of stores to get groceries and such. Host was very to communicate with

We had an AMAZING stay! The house was easy to find, access, and absolutely perfect. The layout, design, and vibe were great—stylish, comfortable, and spacious for our group (6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 3 dogs). The fenced backyard was a huge plus, and everything was spotless. The host even left dog bowls, treats, and snacks for us! She was incredibly communicative and accommodated an early check-in. Both porches were adorable and perfect for relaxing. We’ll 100% stay here again! The only minor issue—totally out of the host’s control—is that a house across the street has dogs outside often, so you might hear barking at night or early morning in the front bedroom. A sound machine could easily help with this. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll be back anytime we’re in Birmingham!

My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. My son was competing in the NJROTC Orienteering National Championship at nearby Oak Mountain State Park. David's place was close to everything, but somehow felt miles away. David came to greet us after we arrived. He was attentive and responsive to our needs and concerns. There was a line of powerful storms coming across the southern half of the US during our stay, which was causing tornadoes. He called to let us know where storm shelters in the area were if needed. Fortunately for all they were not necessary. The cabin had everything we needed and, as advertised, nothing we didn't. No tv, no internet. It was nice to disconnect from everything for a bit. At one point the neighbor's dog "Lizard" came and sat with me on the porch for a bit. She got some sausages for her trouble. David made the checkout process extremely simple. My wife and I would certainly stay again if ever in the area. Thank you allowing us to stay David, we appreciate it.

We stayed in two of Alan’s places because we had to extend our stay in Tuscaloosa. They are thoughtfully appointed, with everything needed to prepare meals in the well equipped kitchens. These are garden homes or townhouses in a wooded development with a pond. We enjoyed birdwatching near the pond and the surrounding woods. The location is perfect, with an easy drive into Tuscaloosa, and near good restaurants in Northport and close to Sokol Park and Randall Park. Alan is very kind and helpful. We’ll definitely want to stay again.

We loved this house! It had everything we needed and more. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will be back next summer to hang out at the pool. Thank you!

I was very happy with the home, very easy to get to, and the space was clean. The only problem I had was I wish there was more linen (towels & wash cloths).

This was a perfect location for the groomsmen and significant others that were in town for our son’s wedding. Great communication with us throughout the stay. Would be great for game day with a large group of people!

My dogs and I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our visit very much. The house has all the things you need when traveling with two very needy frenchies and everyone in the neighborhood was super friendly when I was out walking my dogs. There is even a park right down the street. We will definitely stay here again next time!

We're regulars at this location around Christmas time. the house is always clean and ready for us and is a MUCH BETTER deal than hotel rooms for our bunch. We hope that we leave the house in as good of condition as we find it. AS always, thank you for the use of this house.

This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying here and as usually, no disappointments and a million percent worth the cost. Obviously we recommend and will be back!

Place was great and perfect for large families. Well within anything you’d want to do in the B’Ham area and in a very safe neighborhood. Be aware that the other reviews of the driveway are indeed correct-it is VERY STEEP-but had no issues whatsoever with street parking below. There is also a staircase leading down to the street. Host was available each time we had a question, quick to respond and very friendly. Highly recommended!! K thx bye

Carol's place was as described. My daughter and I stayed during the Women's March Madness basketball sweet sixteen tournament at the Legacy Arena. We were able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.
