Tuscan Archipelago : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Isabella è una persona simpatica e alla mano, ci ha accolto nella sua splendida villa mettendoci subito a nostro agio. Ottimi i suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. L'alloggio dispone di tutti i confort, bellissima la piscina salata, purtroppo non disponibile non essendo ancora iniziata la stagione. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, grazie di tutto Isabella!

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Piccolo appartamento completamente corrispondente alle fotografie. Terrazza spettacolare con vista mozzafiato che da sola vale il prezzo. La spiaggia delle Cannelle a piedi dista 10/15 minuti, basta seguire la strada asfaltata. La cucina della casa è molto fornita di pentolame vario, i fornelli sono elettrici: noi abbiamo cucinato molto senza difficoltà. Anche il riscaldamento è elettrico (comunque sia, pur a dicembre, non abbiamo per nulla patito il freddo, tutt'altro). La casa è vicinissima a Giglio porto (5 minuti a piedi), per arrivarvi c'è una ripida salita che conduce alla casa, con un paio di tornanti, comunque fattibile con qualsiasi auto. I punti forti sono sicuramente la posizione - splendida davvero, svegliarsi con la vista e il rumore del mare è impagabile - e la simpatia e gentilezza di Samantha, host presentissima e disponibile.

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con il nostro cane di taglia media. Un soggiorno di relax, casa ampia e fornita e punto forte il giardino! Oltre a noi anche il nostro cane lo ha apprezzato tanto. Antonio e la moglie sono davvero gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti in caso di necessità Soggiorno bellissimo!

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

L'appartamento era molto grande e accogliente. Non mancava proprio niente, meglio che a casa mia! Cucina super attrezzata, beni di prima necessità presenti e anche di più. Abbiamo anche trovato degli omaggi di benvenuto che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Gianluca molto simpatico e disponibile. È la prima volta che prenoto tramite Airbnb e posso dire di essere stata molto soddisfatta! Avevamo anche per la prima volta il nostro cane (labrador di 7 mesi) con noi e non ci sono stati problemi. Molto disponibili anche da questo lato. Sicuramente tornerò a casa di Gina se ritornerò in zona. Ciao

Siamo stati ospiti della sign Enrica per 4 giorni dal 24 agosto 2024 al 27 agosto 2024, siamo stati accolti da subito dalla sign Enrica che ci ha condotto al suo appartamento pulitissimo e situato in una zona centrale (vicino al porto ) .una esperienza bellissima e sicuramente da ripetere

Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Una breve vacanza ma intensa anche grazie alle proposte che offre Marciana Marina e l' Isola d'Elba in generale : sentieri per bicicletta , per escursioni a piedi, mare bellissimo da esplorare in kayak che è quello che ho fatto io ma c'è molto altro. Grazie a Ingrid e consorte per la disponibilità cortesia e gentilezza L'alloggio adatto a 2 persone e non mancava niente Consigliato

Vi älskade den här platsen. Lägenheten har det mesta man behöver och uteplatsen är fantastisk. Vilsamt med utsikt mellan bergen och havet. Solen kommer fram på dagen och på terassen kan man äta middag i solnedgången. Mycket fin kontakt med Doutsen som var så snäll och hämtade och skjutsade oss till bussen. Rekommenderar några dagar här!

Die Ferienunterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und medeterian eingerichtet. Die Räume dank Erdgeschoss und unter dem Schatten der schönen Pinienbäume angenehm kühl auch ohne Klimaanlage. Den Sitzplatz mit Grill und Aussendusche genial. Strand, Restaurants und Bars sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar, die Lage in einem ruhigen Quartier. Parkplatz eingezäunt und weg von der Strasse. Der private Zugang zum botanischen Garten ein Privilieg um Ruhe vom gut besuchtem Strand zu finden und Infrastruktur wie Liegestühle Sonnenschirme und sogar Hängematten zwischen den Bäumen und Picknickplätze zu nutzen. Sogar Trinkwasser gibt es. Sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge! Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zuverlässige und rasche Rückmeldungen per Mail beim Buchen. Können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Einzig die vielen Mücken waren etwas mühsam.

Andrea et Emmanuel sont des super hôtes. Ils sont prêts à vous aider si vous avez besoin. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour nous. On recommande fortement l’endroit, avec une voiture vous avez accès à pleins d’endroits et le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Proche de plages et de lieux historiques. Un endroit paisible.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr nett, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beide Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur ca. 500 m und der Strand 1 km entfernt. Francesca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Hat alles bestens funktioniert. Lage ist super, nahe am grossen, breiten Sandstrand. ca. 10 minütiger Fussmarsch ins Zentrum vom Marina. Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuch gut ohne Auto möglich. Grössere Einkaufzentren/ Sehenswürdigkeiten für Alternativprogramme mit Auto gut erreichbar. Wohnung sauber und gut gepflegt, in ruhigem Wohnquartier mit viel Grünflache in Gehdistanz. Alles Nötigen ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar. Danke Roberta für die schönen 14 Tage bei dir in der Wohnung

A paradise! Even better than expected, so we have prolonged our stay. Beautiful house, apartment and garden. Perfect location, amazing view, private access to the sea, calm and the city center within walking distance. And most importantly, dog walking and hiking paths starting directly in front of the house. Great host and communication, nothing to criticise. We will come again. Thank you, Marcella.

We have a family of 6 with 4 daughters. We were nervous about our first trip to Rome but this is the perfect place to stay for a family. We walked to all the attractions in Rome like the pantheon, the Vatican, the collesseum, and many basilicas. Perfect location and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. Maria was very helpful and responsive to all our questions and was the perfect host. 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Silvias Apartment im Herzen der Altstadt Porto Azzurro hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und verkehrsberuhigt, man kann aber vor dem Haus kurz parken und ausladen. Man hat viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Altbau, ist toll saniert und eingerichtet. Sie ist hell, hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine tolle Küche, ist sehr, sehr sauber und hält alles bereit für einen guten Aufenthalt. Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr herzlich, proaktiv und in der Wohnung sind auch viele nützliche Informationen an einem Info-Board. Es gab aus unserer Perspektive rein gar nichts, was nicht toll an dieser Wohnung war und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke, liebe Silvia!

Had a wonderful time. Leonardo is a great host, we had a very good communication. The location directly at the sea is unbeatable. The flat is off course not big, but well equipped and even with two adults and two kids not too small either (and there is plenty of space outside).
