Tuscan Archipelago : locations de vacances avec piscine

Casale nella campagna toscana, immerso nel verde, molto curato, bel panorama, con tanta pace e tranquillità. Vicino a San Gimignano e al parco fluviale di Val d'Elsa. La camera era superiore alle aspettative, un appartamento grande, con letto comodo e cucina accessoriata. La vasca idromassaggio è fantastica, una piccola piscina! C'era anche il camino, ci hanno dato tutto l'occorrente per accenderlo. Sono stata lì per un anniversario e ci hanno regalato una bottiglia di spumante, sono stati gentilissimi. Soggiorno meraviglioso e memorabile, torneremo!

Isabella è una persona simpatica e alla mano, ci ha accolto nella sua splendida villa mettendoci subito a nostro agio. Ottimi i suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. L'alloggio dispone di tutti i confort, bellissima la piscina salata, purtroppo non disponibile non essendo ancora iniziata la stagione. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, grazie di tutto Isabella!

Margherita est très accueillante, de bons conseils pour les incontournables de la région, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, literie confortable, maison spacieuse et bien agencée, une piscine splendide avec vue (environ 20m de long), beaucoup de transat, la climatisation partout. Alors oui, le chemin de terre pour y accéder peut paraître long parfois mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité. Seul bémol, le risque d'avoir des voisins bruyants à l'étage inférieur ou supérieur (que nous avons eu pendant 3j).

Unterkunft war sehr gut. Wir haben alles gehabt was wir brauchten für unseren Aufenthalt. Zwei besondere dinge waren die überdachte Terrase mit Esstisch und der große Garten mit Pool.

Our stay in Giovanni and family’s wonderful apartment was amazing. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a week stay. The garden was a lovely private space and we enjoyed the lush communal swimming pool. We loved the area and the recommendations of the hosts (such as pizzas at La Pergola and the town of Pienza and nearby villages). Worth also checking out for future visitors are Dulcisinfundo (restaurant), Dalet Centro IllustroLibreria (bookshop) and superb live classical music in San Gimigniano (tickets via tourist office). For a vegan treat you can try I Pini next to San Gimigniano. We hope to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Collina. The house is a beautiful 300-year old farmhouse with lots of interesting decor and artifacts. It was comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. But the best thing about it was the surroundings—it's right in the middle of an olive orchard with views of the hills around and Volterra at the top of the hill. We also got to learn how the olives are harvested and Luisa's husband Nicola took us to see how the olive oil is made! A really unique and lovely place to stay.

Wir haben uns äusserst wohl bei Italo und Simona gefühlt. Wir wurden gleich am ersten Tag mit selbstgemachter Pizza von Italo empfangen, was wir sehr geschätzt hatten - insbesondere nach der langen Reise mit Kind war das sehr angenehm. Auch hatte er uns bereits eigenes Olivenöl und Wein vom Weingut bereitgestellt. Zudem haben er und Simona während dem ganzen Aufenthalt immer wieder Eier gebracht und für unsere 3-jährige Tochter gab's zu Ostern sogar Geschenke. Die beiden sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, nett und sehr liebenswert - wir haben die Zeit bei ihnen unglaublich genossen. Auch waren sie stets erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder sonstiges. Unsere Tochter durfte noch einige Plüschtiere ausleihen und sie hatte eine riesige Freude an den Katzen und Pferden, die in den Rebbergen wohnten und immer mal wieder durch den Garten streiften. Das Haus war sehr schön, super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche hatte einen riesigen Herd und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

Ruhiges schönes Apartment mit großem Garten und fantastischem Pool. Perfekt um zu entspannen. Man befindet sich etwas abseits auf einem Hügel, wodurch man etwas länger zu anderen Orten, Supermärkte etc. braucht. Alles in allem hatten wir dort eine wunderbare Zeit und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Hervorheben möchten wir noch, dass Antonella immer schnell geantwortet hat und sehr hilfsbereit war.

Die Unterkunft ist toll und wirklich ruhig. Das Bett wirklich bequem und Vad und Küche super eingerichtet. Wenn man in der Natur sein möchte und doch schnell am Strand oder gut gelegen für schöne Ausflüge, ist sie perfekt. Natürlich ist es um die Jahreszeit sehr warm, sodass der Ventilator zwar geholfen hat. Um mehr quer lüften zu können, wären noch mehr Insektennetze an den Fenstern und dem Balkon/Terrassentür hilfreich - auch gegen die Gekkos.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

L’alloggio di Benedetta è un monolocale suddiviso collocato all’interno della fattoria del parco. La casa dispone di un area esterna molto gradevole che sta direttamente nel parco. Al mare si accede attraverso una scala interna al parco per cui è molto comoda! Posto tranquillo dotato di piscina condominiale sempre pulita, dove c’è sempre Arianna, persona gradevole e disponibile. Benedetta è una persona gentile che risponde ad ogni esigenza. Abbiamo soggiornato per 15 gg con un bambino piccolo e il nostro cagnolino che si sono divertiti tantissimo! Siamo stati bene! Grazie Benedetta. Da migliorare l’aspetto delle pulizie ma per il resto tutto benissimo!

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

Marta and Andrea are very great and handsome people. They are always helpful and proactive in any needs we had. The apartment is in a very quiet and beautiful space and a good starting point for trips in this area. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Soggiornare nell'appartamento di Samuele è stata un'esperienza stupenda. Non solo la casa in sé è molto spaziosa, con ampio soggiorno, balcone, due bagni e due docce, ma anche il residence in cui si trova è di facile accesso, con diversi parcheggi e silenzioso (stupenda la piscina!). Ideale per fare una vacanza all'Isola d'Elba e sentirsi a casa. La comunicazione con Samuele è stata sempre molto veloce e chiara. In un mese di soggiorno non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema. Se torneremo all'Isola d'Elba questo appartamento sarà sicuramente la prima scelta per noi!

Andrea and Barbara were AMAZING! The best hosts we could ask for. They were so responsive and since we didn't have a car, they even picked us up and dropped us off from the bus station ~25 minutes from the Airbnb. Not only that, but my friend had an allergic reaction and they drove us to a nearby doctor to get her help and medicine and continuously checked up on us throughout our stay. Besides the hosts themselves, this place is so beautiful. It is part of their villa that is the perfect Tuscan getaway. They had all the amenities you could possibly need, and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Would love to come back!

Dotati di un 4x4 la villa è stupenda con una posizione fantastica! Sempre ventilata! Ogni dettaglio è curato nei minimi particolari! Lo spazio esterno è davvero ben organizzato e vi farà passare delle splendide vacanze! Posizione ottima per visitare il sud dell’isola!

A lovely rustic villa with great garden and pool. Owner and daughter very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The property is semi detached but we never noticed the neighbours. There’s a bar/restaurant about a 10 min walk from the villa. The villa was in a good location between multiple villages & only 30 mins drive to the beach in Follonica. Our highlight was going to Massa Marittima which was a 20min drive away. Plenty of restaurants, shops plus a few supermarkets.

We stayed at Andrea and Alina's place for our honeymoon. The house is lovely and homely, the outside spaces are stunning with amazing views all around, and the pool is perfect for both cooling off and swimming. Plus Andrea and Alina were super kind and helpful. The house is situated in the heart of Tuscany ideal for visiting historic towns and cities, the coast and the countryside. Driving around the area is simply breathtaking with plenty of vineyards, restaurants and interesting areas dotted around to stop at. Volterra is a beautiful small walled city with lots of gorgeous restaurants some with incredible views. The centre is about a one mile walk from the house, but be warned, it's a big hill!! We loved our time at Podere le Pergole and Volterra, and were really sad to leave. It's a magical place. ❤️

Es war ein Traum! Wer sich auf eine echte toskanische Location einlassen möchte, wird hier mehr als das Paradies finden! Maura und Francesco sind unglaublich liebevolle Gastgeber. Alles perfekt! Jedermann, wer echte toskanische Gastfreundschaft erleben und eine unglaublich stimmige Anlage mit Aura erleben will, sei es von ganzem Herzen empfohlen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Es sollte lediglich gesagt werden, dass die Unterkunft nicht im Haus am Pool sondern ca. 50 m entfernt liegt und die Gastgeber im gleichen Haus wohnen. Wir hatten eine wundervoll entspannte Woche und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen können.
