Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Frank o Noemi var supersnälla och tog väl hand om oss. Då vi har små barn bytte de lägenhet till oss, och uppgraderade oss för att den var mer barnsäker. En kväll kom Noemi med egenplockade fikon som hon hade gjort iordning o bjöd på. Väldigt omtänksamma! Vi är jättenöjda med det här boendet!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti con 3 cani di grossa taglia. Appartamento ideale per chi ha cani a seguito, giardino ben recintato. Host molto disponibili. Unica pecca abbiamo avuto un problema la notte del capodanno a causa dei fuochi sparati dai residenti maleducati del complesso proprio sopra di noi, nonostante fosse stato detto loro dall'host di non farlo perché c'erano animali (tra cui una malata di cuore), che ci hanno aggredito sia verbalmente che spintonando quando è stato chiesto di fermarsi(20 persone contro 1 donna!) Questo purtroppo ha influito negativamente, però non è certo riconducibilese all'host che si è scusato. Per fortuna avevamo i medicinali giusti dietro, ma non si può dire che sia stata una bella esperienza la sera. Eccetto questo episodio, ripeto non dovuto all'host ma alla maleducazione del vicinato, siamo state molto bene, posto gradevole, pulito e vicino a Cecina, dove ci sono tutti i confort. Personalmente lo consiglio.

Al residence Sant’Anna ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Posizione ideale e tranquilla, un po’ fuori dal centro di Portoferraio, ma comunque distante pochi minuti di auto. Vicino al residence c’è un minimarket, una spiaggia con sconto sui lettini per chi alloggia qui, una farmacia e un supermercato. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante all’interno del residence e si mangia molto bene, prezzo medio-alto ma buona qualità di prodotti. Prenotando con Belvilla si ha l’accesso alla piscina incluso, noi ci siamo andati una volta sola ma ci è piaciuto, grande e comoda, fornita di lettini e doccia all’aperto (serve la cuffia). Per chi vuole c’è anche un bar vicino al ristorante. Inoltre ottimo parcheggio coperto e gratuito in loco. La stanza non era molto grande ma fornita di tutto il necessario, pure lo stendino. Un po’ scomoda la vasca con la tenda perché si rischiava sempre di bagnare a terra, bello il patio esterno per mangiare fuori. Alloggiare qui è stata un’ottima scelta, ve lo consiglio!

Perché sur une colline, ce petit village est un paradis pour ce reposer. De votre fenêtre, vous découvrirez une vue magnifique et la piscine est parfaite après une journée de visites. Nos hôtes sont très charmants et discrets. Je recommande fortement.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni di tranquillità in questo meraviglioso paese. Le indicazioni di Enrico sono state esaustive e precise. La meraviglia della casa è la grotta al suo interno con sauna e vasca idromassaggio, una chicca che permette privacy e totale relax. Tutto perfetto. Unica pecca la pulizia della cucina non eccellente.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rocca Prataia! Das Airbnb ist sehr idyllisch in der Natur gelegen und auch der schöne Pool und die Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein 🌱 Anja hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, sodass wir die Gegend ideal erkunden konnten.

La casa de Laura es fantástica. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el momento que llegamos. Desde el primer momento muy atentos. Nos gustó mucho el entorno, todas las actividades que te permiten hacer y la zona de barbacoas. muchas gracias!!!

Wunderschöne, ruhige Gegend und ideale Ausgangsbasis für MTB-Touren. Trails direkt vor der Haustür, aber auch nicht weit zu den Spots in Massa Marittima, Piombino, Castiglione etc. Großartig die Möglichkeit, das Bike vor Ort mit dem Gartenschlauch waschen zu können.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Das Häuschen sowie die Einrichtung und der Garten sehen aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Grundstück ist nicht vollumfänglich eingezäunt. Zum angrenzenden Nachbargrundstück, welches ebenfalls durch Mauro vermietet wird, ist es ca. 100 Meter offen. Das Highlight sind natürlich der Pool sowie die eigenen Sauna. Der Pool liegt etwas abgegrenzt zum Haus und ist bis auf einen kleinen Durchgang komplett umzäunt. Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden, lediglich die typisch italienischen Espressokännchen. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist recht eng, mit unserem Kombi aber gut machbar. Gröswere Fahrzeuge könnten sicher ein Problem bekommen. In allem haben wir die Zeit in Volterra und in dem Häuschen von Mauro genossen und können es nur jedem empfehlen, der Abseits etwas Ruhe und Erholung möchte.

We had an absolutely incredible stay Villa Gelsomina, the location is stunningly beautiful. The villa is charming, rustic but well equipped. Gelsomina is one half of a large villa. We were forunate that next door was not occupied in the week we stayed so it was very private. The villa is secluded in the woods and incredibly peaceful. Its approximately 5/10 minutes walk from the main resort area. The walk is through olive groves and mainly level, our two young kids managed it easily. The facilities in the main area were great, stunning large pool and much smaller kids pool (heated). To drive from Gelsomina to Gavarrano took approx. 5 mins. Gavarrano has bars, restaurants, a well stocked shop and a pizzeria. There was a great choice of beaches within 30 mins drive of the villa. Being a bit further out encouraged us to explore the options rather than going to the same one every day. The hosts on site were great, very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble.
