Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Anna Maria und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Paradies gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird diese in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung auch finden. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur für Sonnenuntergänge perfekt, sondern auch für den Blick in den Sternenhimmel! Der Platz war für uns mit zwei Kindern ausreichend, da wir sowieso meist draussen waren. Den kleinen Laden im benachbarten Colle d'Orano können wir empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche in Patresi sehr genossen!

Appartement très très propre, spacieux, linge disponible, très bien équipé. L’appartement est très bien situé à deux pas du centre ville. Environnement calme et paisible , aucun dérangement. Communication efficace. Je recommande fortement ce logement Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Studio charmant et équipé fonctionellement - parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours. Hôte réactif. Collection des clefs au port à notre arrivée. Vue que personne n'avait reservé le logement le lendemain de notre départ, nous avons pu quitter le logement plus tard que prévu initialement. Capraia est un endroit magnifique pour passer des vacances et offre de superbes randonnées!

Ottima host, casa ampia e spaziosa, adatta a grandi famiglie. Posto auto in strada gratuito e vicino a tutti i servizi. Consigliato!!!

Bell'appartamento con una stupenda vista mare (impagabile..). Ottimo il posto auto. Sonia è una super host,ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie con tanto di foto; nell'appartamento non mancava nulla, c'è la macchina del caffè ed anche brioches,yogurt per la colazione. Grazie Sonia

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Casa inserita in un comprensorio tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo a pochi passi dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia, piccola ma pulita, con acqua cristallina. Il fatto di avere a disposizione un ampio terrazzo con una bella vista sull'entroterra elbano, rende l'alloggio ancor più confortevole. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, sono due piani da fare con una scala a chiocciola che con valigie grandi, come nel nostro caso, è stata un pochino impegnativa. Quindi trolley singoli ;-). Comunque, una volta parcheggiata l'auto si può anche lasciarla li dov'è, si ha tutto a portata di mano: ristoranti, bar, pub, negozi, alimentari, forni, spiaggia. Quindi la scala a chiocciola passa in secondo piano sicuramente. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all'insegna del più assoluto relax. Marciana Marina è una splendida realtà tutta da visitare, sopratutto l'antico borgo. Pensiamo di tornarci sicuramente. Un ringraziamento a Barbara per la disponibilità e cortesia prestate.

la casa è stupenda in un bel contesto,mancherebbe solo la recinzione(x il mio caso,avendo un cane reattivo con altri animali)ma anche così,attrezzati di guinzaglio lungo è bellissimo il giardino,molto curato.gianluca è molto cordiale e presente x qualsiasi cosa.insomma 5 giorni molto rilassanti

appartamento come in descrizione tutto pulito non manca niente per quanto riguarda bagno e cucina tutto perfetto !!! la spiaggia del tesorino dista a 10 minuti di macchina .. Beatrice e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa di amici...ringraziamo tanto Giulia e Mirko per aver intrattenuto il nostro piccolo Dominik

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house, surrounded by nature. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Even though it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, it's just a short drive to the charming town of Sassetta with shops and restaurants. The beach is also nearby, and driving around the hills is a great experience on its own. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft! Gemütlich, alles da, was man so braucht, viel Geschirr und gemütliche Betten, Hunde und Hühner draußen und schnelle, klare und supernette Kommunikation!

Piccolo appartamento completamente corrispondente alle fotografie. Terrazza spettacolare con vista mozzafiato che da sola vale il prezzo. La spiaggia delle Cannelle a piedi dista 10/15 minuti, basta seguire la strada asfaltata. La cucina della casa è molto fornita di pentolame vario, i fornelli sono elettrici: noi abbiamo cucinato molto senza difficoltà. Anche il riscaldamento è elettrico (comunque sia, pur a dicembre, non abbiamo per nulla patito il freddo, tutt'altro). La casa è vicinissima a Giglio porto (5 minuti a piedi), per arrivarvi c'è una ripida salita che conduce alla casa, con un paio di tornanti, comunque fattibile con qualsiasi auto. I punti forti sono sicuramente la posizione - splendida davvero, svegliarsi con la vista e il rumore del mare è impagabile - e la simpatia e gentilezza di Samantha, host presentissima e disponibile.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern zwei Wochen in Mauro und Albas Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der grosse, private Garten und die grosse, gedeckte Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und bietet alles Nötige, was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht. Sogar Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchentücher wurden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Mauro und Alba sind sehr freundliche und äusserst hilfsbereite Gastgeber und haben immer sofort auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. z.B. wurde ein defekter Wasserkocher innert weniger Stunden durch einen neuen ersetzt und sogar unseren Müll haben die Gastgeber für uns entsorgt. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass wir gewisse Küchenunntensilien vor dem ersten Gebrauch reinigen mussten, weil sie vermutlich die vorherige Gäste nicht sauber abgewaschen haben.

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

Antonio's place is beautiful and just a few minutes' walk from the historical center of Volterra. Filled with antiques, it is a charming apartment full of character and warmth. I would recommend it.

Blown away, we will be back many times

When you come and homemade cake, coffee, the best olive oil and cold beer is waiting for you in this beautiful and private nature, you are close to heaven. No kidding. Riccardo and his family are very friendly and nice people. You get many useful recommendations. Absolut privacy. Very beautifull surroundings. We will come again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

I wish I had stayed longer. Sandra’s apartment was just perfection. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cool. The AC was very much appreciated. Sandra recommended 2 restaurants for dinner right in the old part of town. I have to say they were incredible. The pasta as the best I had the entire trip. Piombino is very active and fun at night. I spent the day on Elba Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away. The walk from the apartment is an easy 25 minutes to the ferry. Thank you Sandra! I loved every minute in Piombino. You made it very special. ❤️ Ann

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, familiare e situato in un ottima posizione, veramente ottimo per passare qualche giorno di relax tra mare e campagna. Inoltre la proprietaria Ausilia nei nostri confronti è stata davvero gentile. Panorama sulla vallata con vista mare, tramonto. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Consigliato!

Autentisk, roligt og ukompliceret. Skønt sted. Alt pænt og rent. Smukke og velholdte omgivelser. Poolområdet var en klasse for sig - så lækkert! Der er kun tre lejemål, hvilket gør det meget hyggeligt. Mr. Andrea sørgede for, at alt var ok og i orden - meget imødekommende, men med begrænsede engelsk kundskaber - det gik dog fint med Google translate og almindelig sund fornuft. Mulighed for skønne ture til nærområdet: Cecina er hyggelig og lidt “klassisk” turistby. Her var vi på det ugentlige marked samt spiste aftensmad på marina promenaden med den smukkeste solnedgang. Her er også fine strande. En bil er en nødvendighed. Mr. Andrea spurgte om alt ok. Jeg svarede, at det var perfekt. Han svarede, at ingenting er perfekt. Mit svar hertil var: jo, det her sted var!
