A place for people who want to get away from the city noise to a quiet place. There is no internet or TV here, but the sea is quite close with plenty of parking spaces that can actually get busy on prime time weekends. The first and second pizzas at easypizza were simply the best pizzas I've ever had, but the next two weren't as good for some reason. So, try their special pizza. Barbecue is available here. The parking place is quite convenient. the house is very spacious. weak pressure of hot water. All linen was very clean and starched. You will have to pay tax, so bring cash with you. U. Simona has many agreements with local entrepreneurs and you will have discounts with them. We didn't use it, but it's still there.

Siamo stati davvero bene. L'alloggio era pulito e ordinato, in una zona tranquilla e di facile accesso. In pochi minuti si raggiungono spiaggette anche a piedi. Poi abbiamo trovato in casa anche degli "extra", come bottiglie d'acqua. detersivo per piatti. sapone per le mani e tanto altro. Ringo è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.

Sistemazione ottima per trascorrere un weekend con tre amiche. Casa pulita, ben arredata e fornita di tutto il necessario a quindici minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Buona flessibilità per gli orari di check-in e check-out. Ideale anche per soggiorni più lunghi!

Lovely authentic and traditional villa spanning four floors equipped with nice air conditioning to keep you cool under the beautiful san Vincenzo sun. The villa is located on a quiet street. Ample parking at either end of the street. The national park beach is a short 10-min drive away with easy parking and really stunning. Finally, Gian Paolo is a hero host. He helped me contact my car hire agency and translated for me when I couldn’t get through to them for a punctured tyre on the road. He even arranged a mechanic to come to me and fit a spare tyre. Thanks so much Gian Paolo! This host goes above and beyond! Highly recommended.

Un’esperienza bellissima immersi nella natura. Franca e Monica si sono dimostrate sin da subito molto gentili e disponibili. L’alloggio è veramente ben fornito anche di dettagli che non ci saremmo aspettati. E poi… che buona la torta di Franca! Grazie!

La casa di Umberto è perfetta per una famiglia. Grande, spaziosa e vicinissima al mare. Noi abbiamo fatto anche tanti giri in bicicletta partendo direttamente da principina. Umberto è stato gentilissimo! Super consigliato

Sehr schöne ruhige kleine Anlage. Ca 10 Reihenhäuser, Pool und tolle Ausstattung. Etwas viele Mücken dafür aber sehr Naturnahe. Sehr schöne Anlage als Ausgangspunkt zur Maremma Wanderung (30 min) ...Strand mit Auto 5 min. Schöne Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

Very impressed by Michela’s responsiveness and attention to detail in the apartment. It is well decorated, and had everything from ice cubes to mosquito repellant to a welcome package and coffee cups ready when you arrive She did everything in her power to make us have a great stay, even when unfortunate circumstances presented themselves. Nothing but a warm recommendation to stay with Michela.

Die Unterkunft liegt in unglaublich toller Lage und hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr unkompliziert und die Kommunikation ist reibungslos. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Proprietario: super disponibile in pochi minuti o anche secondi. Ha risposto proattivamente a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta Casa: corrisponde alla descrizione in modo fedele Cosa ho apprezzato: 1) terrazzo in cucina, molto ampio per cenare, fare colazione 2) parcheggio vicinissimo all'abitazione 3) zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (a Punta Ala non c'è mai traffico...) 4) il beach club è tra i più rinomati in zona, pertanto è un omaggio che ha un suo valore

We returned to Tania's place for Christmas again this year because our children really loved the location of this small town, high in the hills, the cozy house and bedrooms. We celebrated Christmas Eve by going to nearby Massa Marittima 13 km away with lots of choices of restaurants, a pretty town to visit and the kids enjoyed skating in its ice rink. There are lots of other places to discover Volterra, Siena, Grosseto, just to name a few. Thank you Tania and Tiziana for making our stay special again!

Casa molto suggestiva con un terrazzino che affaccia sul mare e ti fa godere di un tramonto indimenticabile ma sopratutto speciale. La casa è molto spaziosa e piena di ogni comfort, cucina open space con vista sul mare. La zona è super tranquilla e immersa nella natura splendida di cala piccola.

Appartamento grande e fornito di tutto il necessario, non mancava assolutamente nulla, perfetto! Federica fin dal primo momento si è dimostrata molto gentile e sempre disponibile in qualsiasi necessità.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist gut. Es ist ruhig und in nicht mal 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle, die Haltestelle der Fähre und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert und schön eingerichtet. Christina antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und ist sehr freundlich.

It was nice place to stay. Communication was great, neighborhood was safe. Close to the subway station, cafes and restaurants were also great. Everything was in place as expected. Nothing to complain. Thanks!

È la prima volta che utilizziamo Airbnb e siamo pienamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza. L'appartamento è un vero gioiellino dotato di tutti i confort per poter trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax. Per noi, fiore all'occhiello è stata la doccia fuori spaziosa e comodissima per cui non abbiamo mai utilizzato quella del bagno interno. Perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone. La spiaggia libera è pulita contornata da un mare cristallino raggiungibile sia a piedi che in bicicletta. Oltretutto piscina e campo da tennis da poter utilizzare ogni qual volta si vuole. Francesca e Chiara, le host, sono state da subito disponibili e gentili rispondendo immediatamente a tutte le nostre domande e/o dubbi. Vivamente consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla immersa nel verde e nelle meravigliose acque di Roccamare.

Casa accogliente e comoda logisticamente, dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari, molto utili le biciclette messe a disposizione, parcheggio davanti a casa. Ambiente pulito, nessuna nota negativa.

Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse i Filippos stora och fina radhus som ligger i ett lugnt område. Vi spenderade 11 nätter i september här med vår 1,5 år gamla son. Vi tyckte om att kunna äta våra måltider på uteplatsen och ha tillgång till både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin under vår vistelse. Vi fick även låna en barnstol. Boendet har bra köksutrustning, sköna sängar och två fräscha moderna badrum. Det tar cirka 5 minuter att promenera till stranden och lika länge till en liten matbutik samt cirka 20-25 minuter in till centrum. Filippo var svarade alltid snabbt och hjälpsamt på våra frågor på mejl.
