Tuscan Archipelago : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Sehr schönes Appartement mit riesiger Terrasse direkt beim Hafen in San Vincenzo und tollen Blick aufs Meer. Einige Strände in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober im Appartement. Im Ort selber war nicht mehr viel los aber es waren noch genug Restaurants offen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Appartamento perfetto, caldo, pulito, fornito di tutto. Carlo è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. Appartamento in posizione ottima, sulla via centrale ma nonostante questo tranquillissimo. Non abbiamo sentito un rumore ne dalla strada ne dai vicini. Parcheggi gratuiti a soli 2 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento. Per quanto riguarda noi, ci torneremo sicuramente. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

La casa di Giuliano è un gioiellino dotato di ogni comfort x trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno sotto al castello di Castiglione della Pescaia, comoda a tutti i servizi, alle spiagge e ai maggiori luoghi di interesse della Maremma. Estremamente pulita ed ancora più bello dal vero che non in foto, con piccolo spazio esterno x vivere la vita del paese. Giuliano è un host perfetto, presente e molto attento agli ospiti. Con il suo ristorante Il VIANDANTE sito proprio di fronte alla casa è pronto a deliziare i suoi ospiti con un ottima cucina dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo.. Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti da lui con i nostri 2 bambini e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Da consigliare e da ritornarci

We stayed at this complex for one night at short notice as a family of three in Summer 24. After a little bit of miscommunication on check in, we had a pleasant stay for one night. The accommodation itself was fine and had most of the items you'd expect. The rooms were were part of a terraced accommodation block, were modern, clean and quite spacious. The pool was large, had plenty of loungers, and wasn't too busy most of the time. The rest of the green spaces around the facility were well kept. Pietro was very obliging and helpful and took great care to ensure that everything was fine with the stay. We were offered a late check out without any hassle (which we ended up not needing) and Pietro was often on hand to help with any queries. The car park was under cover and fairly close to the room, which was helpful in the heat. Overall, the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for for the one night.

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more . The house was very well situated in the town with restaurants and bars immediately opposite . It was nonetheless quiet when sleeping . Everything was spotless and Anna had generously equipped us from French coffee to Lipton’s tea. Our host was lovely and again generously insisted on buying our coffee on the last day when she spotted us in the cafe opposite on the last day . esperienza con Raffaele ottima, anche se solo per un giorno è stato molto disponibile su tutto. la casetta è deliziosa e pulitissima. anche il nostro cagnone Ettore ringrazia! sicuramente ci torneremo per godercela un po' di più!

Ampio appartamento e spazio esterno attrezzato e ben tenuto. Host gentilissima e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Zona tranquilla e ottima per il relax

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida casa a Porto Santo Stefano e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa è moderna, elegante e impeccabilmente pulita. La vista mozzafiato sul mare è semplicemente incredibile e rende ogni momento speciale. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per esplorare la zona e godere delle meraviglie locali. Ogni dettaglio è curato e non manca nulla per una vacanza al mare indimenticabile!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Ricardo and Romina are really good hosts. Their farm is lovely and we were received with a bottle of Tuscan wine. The farm is in the middle of nowhere next to a nature preserve but if you follow the instructions on how to get there it is pretty easy. The farm is a nature’s paradise! We stayed in two apartments, one has two bedrooms and the other one has one bedroom. Both with full kitchens and reliable WiFi. Several towns are within a short drive and we had the opportunity to visit Florence, Sienna, Casole D’Elsa and San Gimignano. If you are looking for a relaxing time in Tuscany, this is it!

Der Ausblick und die Unterkunft lassen einen sprachlos werden. Lediglich der Weg zur Unterkunft ist bei den ersten Malen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Er führt über einen Schotterweg und unser Auto (5er BMW) setzte immer mal wieder auf und auch an den Seiten war es sehr eng. Man gewöhnt sich aber nach und nach daran. Der Blick, die Ruhe und auch die Unterkunft an sich entschädigen aber für den steilen Aufstieg. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben tolle Tipps. Check In, Check Out sind problemlos. Alles ist super gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt sicherlich nicht viele so traumhafte Orte auf dieser Welt, wie diesen. Alles ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern dargestellt, eher noch schöner. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Great apartment in a beautiful area. Clean, spacious and good appliances in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and sheets. Great and quick communication from Carlo during our whole stay. 👌

Posto molto piacevole per noi e la nostra cagnona. Siamo stati bene. Nilo e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi nostra necessità, e sempre pronti a rispondere a messaggi e telefonate

The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for sleeping four adults very comfortably (two more could sleep on the sofa bed) and cooking in the simply but extensively equipped kitchen. It has a big, powerful shower (plus a second smaller one) and the extra bonus of an efficient washer-dryer for rapidly taking care of post-beach laundry, ready for the next day. We visited during the quieter low season and it was wonderfully peaceful. But even in the busy high season the excellent sound-insulated windows coupled with modern a/c would mean that once you’re inside, the temperature in the apartment is comfortable and the street-level noise is barely audible. Having said that, we loved flinging open the traditional green shutters on the windows each morning and letting in the light, air and sounds of the town waking up at street level. We recommend renting the nearby garage to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space.

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war blitzblank geputzt. Alles wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Siamo stati nell’ alloggio pochi giorni fa.massimo super disponibile e preciso,cordiale. Avevo il papà che fa fatica a camminare e lui ci ha messo a disposizione il suo ascensore privato. Appartamento con una vista super e con ottima privacy. Consigliatissimo!

It was a great experience to stay in Suvereto’s quaint Old Town neighborhood. The accommodation was close to both a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions that were asked. The location was a short drive to many other interesting towns such as: Campiglia Marittima and Massa Marittima.

Vacanza di pochi giorni tra capodanno ed Epifania. Villa sul mare presso Marciana Marina (Elba), con stupenda vista su golfo di Procchio e Capo Enfola. Posizione molto bella. Ovviamente nel periodo invernale non si può godere di molto sole e luce e gli spazi esterni, molto ben organizzati, non possono essere utilizzati appieno. L'appartamento (parte della casa) è comodo per 6 persone (eravamo 4 adulti e due ragazzini oltre alla nostra beagle), ben strutturato, molto ben tenuto e recentemente rinfrescato e aggiornato con tre split per aria fredda e calda. La stufa a pellet funziona benissimo . Ambienti pulitissimi, cucina bella e ottimamente attrezzata (non abbiamo portato nulla da casa). Letti di buona qualità. Due bagni sufficienti per 6 persone. Comodo archeggio e molta, molta simpatia e disponibilità da parte dell'host e dei suoi parenti. Nessun problema di rumori o disturbi. Tutto perfetto e come da annuncio. Grazie Francesco.
