Toscane : locations de vacances avec cheminée

L alloggio di Giovanni era pulito in ordine è facile da trovare. Si e’ mostrato disponibile sempre e soprattutto in merito a un problema con L auto mi ha dato una grande mano . L alloggio e’ molto tranquillo all interno di una villetta, silenzioso e riparato. Lo consiglio vivamente e lo terrò’ presente per un prossimo soggiorno

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, rangé, bien équipé. Facile d’accès avec un parking quelques mètres plus loin. L’hôte était très réactive et arrangeante ! Nous avions réservé ce séjour dans le cadre du Grand Prix moto du Mugello et le logement est à une distance très correcte du circuit (20aine de minutes). Dans le village, toutes commodites : petite superette, quelques restaurants, café, distributeur de liquide, poste … Le cadre est très joli et calme. En Bref, je recommande fortement ce logement et merci pour cet accueil !

L’alloggio di Marco è un gioiellino in posizione super strategica. Una casa accogliente ed arredata con gusto, il camino in camera è la ciliegina sulla torta. Marco è una persona davvero gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Consigliamo il suo alloggio e ci torneremmo volentieri.

Wundervoller Rückzugsort in den toskanischen Bergen. Der Ausblick ins Tal ist grandios und lädt zum träumen ein. Im Jacuzzi die Sterne genießen und die Lichter im Tal, herrlich. Sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, weit weg vom Remmidemmi der Touristenorte. Wer es ruhig mag wird dort fündig. Die Unterkunft selbst ist rustikal und schön, alles vorhanden was man wirklich benötigt. Für meine beiden Töchter und mich war es eine schöne erste Station auf unserer Giro d‘Italia, wir würden wieder kommen :-)

Abbiamo utilizzato due appartamenti perché eravamo un gruppo. Pulito, tranquillo, con giardino recintato e molto vicino al Arezzo Equestrian Center. Siamo stati bene e contiamo di ritornare in estate per sfruttare la piscina. Luca proprietario molto cordiale e corretto.

The location is AMAZING!!! Steps from the Uffizi, great restaurants and shopping. And despite being right on a busy plaza, it is very quiet inside. The only negative thing I would say is, the shower is a bit small. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay while you visit Florence.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui un paio di giorni ci siamo sentiti come a casa, l'appartamento era in ordine e pulitissimo aveva tutto il necessario l'host è stato molto gentile e premuroso. Sicuramente ritorneremo magari per un soggiorno estivo.

Casa con arredamento “vintage”, molto comoda, spaziosa e molto pulita. Comunicazione con Gianluca estremamente chiara e efficiente. Consigliato!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au charme italien. Il est idéalement placé, car très proche des monuments emblématiques de la région et des restaurants et autres commerces de proximité. Tout se fait à pied!!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et rassurants (c'était ma première fois en Italie) et répondent rapidement aux messages. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour sa fonctionnalité, sa proximité et surtout pour le contact bienveillant des propriétaires. Si nous revenons à Florence, nous re prendrons cet appartement!

We had a superb stay in Emanuele’s apartment. The location is just perfect, walkable to most everything and the area is out of the hustle and bustle, and a real haven.

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.

Our stay at Simone and Filippo’s was very good. The place is perfectly located and very quiet, with a beautiful terrasse looking on the roofs of Firenze and Santa Croce. The apartment is clean and has a lot of charm. It is very comfortable and has all you need. Simone was very helpful, welcomed us very nicely and gave us clear instructions for checking and checkout. I can only recommend this place for a memorable stay in Firenze.

Eine extrem gemütliche, alleinstehende Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht und vielen schönen Örtchen zum Verweilen - grosse Veranda mit riesigem Esstisch (ein weiterer ist im Haus) und grosse Rasenfläche (auch für Ballspiele (vorhanden!) geeignet), Grillstelle und mehrere Hängematten, grosser, schöner Innenbereich, super schöner, sauberer Pool (Anfang Oktober war er sehr kalt aber trotzdem einladend!), bequeme Sonnenliegen. Grundsätzlich ist einfach alles super durchdacht, auch in der Küche ist alles da, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Sehr auffällig fanden wir die unkomplizierten und großzügigen Gastgeber (grosse Früchteschale, Wein und gekühltes Wasser bei der Ankunft, Kaffee und Toilettenpapier auf Vorrat, und das aus Versehen verschlagene Geschirr liessen sie gut sein) und auch Michela, die während unseres Aufenthalts unsere Anprechperson war, war total herzlich und dezent (war nur einmal da zum Pool putzen als wir weg waren). Wir empfehlen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter!

There are so many positive things to say about our stay I don’t know where to begin. We were a group of 10 that stayed here. So much space and beautiful surroundings. Vicky greeted us on arrival and was very attentive to all my questions prior to arrival and during our stay. Her recommendations for drivers and chefs were top notch. We used Chianti taxi for our trips and their team was amazing! We also used Adriane at letspartiu for meal services. She delivered groceries to us on arrival and dinners during our stay. Everyone loved her meals that were delivered fresh and ready to eat. I highly recommend staying at Vicky’s place and using the driving services and meal service.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Nos hemos sentido como en casa, una casa muy acogedora, impecable, y en coche a media hora de florencia, y a una hora de los pueblitos de la toscana y a 2,5h horas de roma, nos ha encantado, nos ha recomendado restaurantes de la zona, baños muy limpios y cocina muy bien equipada. Gracias por todo, volveríamos sin duda.

Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.
