Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Nico‘s place sits on a beautiful piece of property atop a hill overlooking Montepulciano. You can walk around the hill and see a 360° view of amazingTuscany. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured but natural, making for a peaceful, quiet retreat. The architecture of this historic setting is gorgeously Tuscan yet super comfortable, attractive, and functional. Nico and his team are wonderfully pleasant, super helpful, and there if you need them. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this opportunity. We will definitely be back.

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la zona di Carrara e le sue cave, ma anche come partenza per i sentieri nelle bellissime montagne circostanti. Piera è disponibile e gentile, mi ha dato suggerimenti per trovare un posto in cui cenare.

Camilla Place is conveniently located near the bus station, which was really helpful. The host was very accommodating, making our stay in Florence even more enjoyable.

wonderful property, so cozy, and so clean! I did the cooking class with my partner while we stayed there and it was absolutely wonderful! We also highly recommend the breakfast which was €20 per person but VERY worth it - it was a breakfast buffet for just the two of us which surpassed our expectations. Absolutely beautiful place and we cannot wait to come back for a longer stay!

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura, dotato di tutti i comfort (anche quelli impensabili). Ambiente finemente curato e pulito. Host molto disponibile, soprattutto per tutte le nostre esigenze.

Appartamento molto spazioso e comodo con 2 letti matrimoniali. La proprietara di casa molto gentile e attenta ai dettagli, in casa non manca praticamente nulla. Dai prodotti del bagno (bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo ecc.) a quelli per la cucina (caffè, succo di frutta, plumcake, pasta, pomodoro ecc. e tutto il necessario per poter cucinare). Avendo un bambino piccolo ho trovato fasciatoio e sediolone per la pappa e mi è stato chiesto se avessi bisogno della culla. Venendo con auto mi sono trovato molto bene. Zona molto tranquilla dove si trova facilmente parcheggio ed è facile spostarsi. Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.

Condo is large and clean with comfortable beds. Giuseppe also gave us lots of useful information and we went to one of steak house restaurant he recommended which is really good! Location is very close to main attractions, few mins walking distance to gallery academia, if you don't book tickets online, you can come early in the morning to skip the long line to see David. Piazzale Michelangelo is far but there is a bus to take. Lovely condo, we had a good stay!

Casa Arturo is a fantastic place to stay. In a quiet location but walking distance to all places of interest. Andrea's recommendations of good local restaurants served us well with lovely lunches. The information folder was invaluable on local public transport,history of the area and useful information covering many areas. The apartment itself is spotless and well furnished and had everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable a home from home. I highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Florence and we hope to be back one day soon

Beautifully decorated flat a short walk from the main street in Lucca. For being in such a central location, it was generally quiet location. Bed is comfortable, but quite low to the ground. Bathroom is city-sized, but shower is quite large. Beautifully colored tiles in the bathroom - a few tiles from the shower pan were missing, but not uncomfortable as tiles are quite small. Kitchen is lovely with a very large stainless sink, although some of the cookware has seen better days. Flat was very clean. Check-in is via lockbox, so never met Salvatore (host) in person. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and a couple of wineries to visit in the Lucca area, and walking very responsive throughout our stay. It was nice having the elevator as the flat is on the top floor of the building. Would recommend.

This is a beautifully restored space with all the modern amenities one needs as base camp to explore Florence/Firenze.

La casa è in zona riservata e silenziosa e in un residence molto tranquillo fornito di tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Il mare dista 5 minuti a piedi ed è possibile scegliere tra lido privato e spiaggia libera. La Piscina del residence è a 1 minuto a piedi dall’alloggio, così come il bar e il market e la lavanderia a gettoni. Posto auto non assegnato ma sempre disponibile all’interno della struttura! Il centro storico di Castiglione della Pescaia è raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti ma personalmente consiglio una bici (noleggiabile all’interno del Residence) per agevolare gli spostamenti e soprattutto per evitare il parcheggio dell’auto (introvabile ad agosto). L’Host Jacopo è stato sempre presente, davvero disponibilissimo e gentilissimo per quanto concerne consigli e suggerimenti ed ha risolto in 2 ore la rottura di un elettrodomestico, sostituendolo prontamente..A sue (care) spese! Sicuramente in futuro ritornerei a scegliere Jacopo e la sua casa! Grazie Mille!

The Mirko’s apartment was fantastic! Spacious, well lit, simultaneously modern and ancient. Full-story windows open above a bustling street filled with residents and visitors walking through the city. Look to your left through the window and you’ll see Brunelleschi’s Dome, a mere block away. Close the windows at night and it’s immediately quiet. All of the appliances are new, the beds and furniture are super-comfortable. Laundry is easy and fast, and the hosts are polite, responsive and very well informed. I highly recommend this apartment.

El apartamento ha sido muy acogedor, un lugar perfecto para llegar después de una larga Jorge turismo y descansar. Estaba muy limpio e impecable, Ha sido una estancia muy agradable y Alessandro ( Paolo) nos recibió y mostró el apartamento, fue muy amable y generoso con su tiempo. En resumen, un lugar totalmente recomendable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel
