This apartment was perfect for my friend and I for our stay in Florence. It is located away from all the busyness of downtown and surrounded by great places to eat and shop. Most of all, Antonio is an incredibly gracious host who was super helpful and made us feel right at home. He even gave us a ton of recommendations and they were some of our favorite spots of the entire trip! Would recommend for solo or small group travel.

We had a very pleasant time here. Carlotta was very friendly from the start, and even recommended local grocery stores. This place is a hidden gem! You are surrounded by beautiful trees & nature, but close enough to the town where you can easily catch the train to Florence. We absolutely loved it!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le logement et ce fut un réel havre de paix sur les hauteurs de Florence, proche de la campagne. Le bus nous permettait d'accéder au centre-ville en 10min. Le logement était impeccable avec toutes les fonctionnalités que l'on attend pour passer un bon séjour. Marco a été très disponible en venant nous chercher tard à la gare pour nous ramener au logement lors de notre arrivée. Merci beaucoup !! Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Sabrina's apartment was absolutely fantastic, yes its a climb to get to it but well worth it. We stayed here for 2 nights and wished we'd stayed longer. The small balcony was fantastic. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, tidy with plenty space. Sabrina was very accommodating with our very late check in and arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and drop us off, seamless and very stress free. The apartment was within easy walking distance to everything, great restaurants and little cafes and shops so close. Our first night was during a thunder storm and we felt safe and unfazed by it all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

O apartamento é excelente, muito bem localizado, tudo é possível fazer a pé, excelente para quem chega de trem, o apartamento estava muito bem ajeitado. A amiga de Riccarda, Ana Maria nos recebeu muito bem e nos detalhou tudo, na maior simpatia. Vale muito a pena se hospedar nesse apartamento em Florença

We had a great time at Lorenzo's Airbnb for my birthday this past weekend! Lorenzo was super helpful with local recommendations, which made our stay even better. There were so many great things about this stay! He messaged us with our train tickets early in the morning. Getting around was easy, even with our young kids. We woke up to noone on the streets at 7am it was incredibly peaceful. Just wow! One of the best parts was that Lorenzo allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated after a fun night out at the bar just across the street. Overall, this place was perfect for our family, and we can't wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was very communicative and helpful. Location is SUPER convenient to everything. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Right above a great restaurant that smelled amazing all day long.

Amazing stay at Irene's Airbnb. The location is stunning, 5 minutes from Plaza del Duomo. The airbnb is so beautiful. It feels like a florentine dream! Irene was very nice, she even booked a taxi for us to go back to the airport. There is indeed a disco club not far away from the airbnb but we were able to sleep without problems. This did not bother us. You should totally stay in this airbnb.

Fabrizio is a very good and helpful host. The apartment is beautiful and it is a great location that is walkable to everything. The rooms are spacious and clean and despite the fact that the location is on a busy street with the most famous sandwich shop in all of Florence across the street, which results in tons of people in the area, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. The apartment was recently renovated and the materials used in the rebuild are high quality including the windows, doors, kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend! One caveat, accessing the apartment requires navigating two very steep and lengthy staircases so be prepared. Getting bags up and down the stairs are not for the meek or weary. I had to help neighboring people on other floors with bags and things on more than one occasion. Again, thank you for a very enjoyable experience Fabrizio our family loved our time in Florence!

La prima cosa che contraddistingue la location è la flessibilità e la cordialità degli host! La posizione del loft è ottima, proprio dietro il Duomo, quindi è stato facile spostarci a piedi! Riccardo è venuto a prenderci al parcheggio gratuito e custodito messoci a disposizione dove abbiamo potuto lasciare la nostra auto per tutto il soggiorno! Appena arrivati all’appartamento ci ha illustrato ogni cosa fornendoci anche qualche suggerimento relativamente a bar e ristoranti. Abbiamo viaggiato con nostra figlia di 10 mesi e nel loft abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario (piatti e posate per piccini, seggiolone e culla) e una bottiglia di Prosecco con due calici per darci il BENVENUTO! Consigliatissimo sia per il rapporto qualità/prezzo che (e soprattutto per la gentilezza e l’onestà …. Cosa rara di questi tempi!!).

The Apartment is a great space, with awesome 15th century architecture. The location is wondferful, near restaurants, shopping, and tourists attractions. The hot water boiler broke during our stay and the host handled the situation promptly. I would definitely look to stay here again the next time I visit Firenze!

This place is spectacular. One of a kind (and we've stayed in Airbnbs throughout both the US and Europe), and truly unforgettable. It takes a while before you can assimilate it all. And the neighborhood is wonderful. Very walk-able; good restaurants nearby; markets too. Everything you could want from a Florence IT vacation - and far from the tourist crowds.

If this place is available, book it. The host managed this apartment rental like a pro! The service was like five stars hotel but in casual way. Daniela was very friendly and kind during checkin. Maurizio was supportive throughout our stay and ready to lend a hand with the luggage when we checked out. I don’t want to spoil other good surprises they prepared for you in the apartment, so find it yourself. I only want to mention that it’s on 4th floor with elevator but there were eight steps before getting into the elevator and 5 steps down to get into the room. But it’s not an issue for us and we love walking the stair in this beautiful tower.

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

Valerio e’ stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile nonostante abbia fatto una prenotazione last minute la sera stessa La casa e’ incantevole sembra di essere in una di quei loft che si vedono sulle riviste specializzate. Sicuramente straconsigliata

Ho trascorso qualche giorno splendido nel loft del Sig. Angelo a Carbognano. L'appartamento era accogliente e ben curato nei dettagli, perfetto per godere dell'atmosfera autentica del borgo. La posizione è ottima per esplorare i dintorni e Angelo è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni mia esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi una pausa rilassante in un contesto unico!
