Siamo stati divinamente bene. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e cura per i particolari, è dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Ogni sera, guardare il tramonto dal magnifico terrazzino, è stato un sogno impagabile, la vista è di una bellezza struggente. Lola è stata super accogliente, molto empatica e professionale, mi è sembrato di conoscerla da sempre. Un posto del cuore. Siamo grati per tutto. Bea, Gigi w la Milù ❤️

Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Such a wonderful, caring and kind host you will definitely be taken care of with whatever you need. She went above and beyond, couldn’t be more thankful. I felt so safe as being a solo female, it’s a lovely secure/quiet building. Lovely apartment, comfy bed, clean and tidy, peaceful private balcony. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you for the bottle of wine what a lovely touch! Gave a fantastic guide for places to go to, eat and drink! I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone wanting to visit Florence! Lovely city and this airbnb is so close to bus/ walking distance to the city. Lovely cafe’s near by! It was just perfect. Thank you again for making my stay unforgettable.

Nous avons eu des explications très très claires pour trouver l’appartement joliment décoré et très propre ! celui ci est très très bien situé à 2 pas de la gare, du centre et de la marina ! nous vous remercions pour vos bons plans, pour le café et tout ce que vous avez mi à disposition dans l'appartement pour que l’on puisse passer un excellent séjour. nous reviendrons sans hésité !!! tout était parfait ! Firstly, Andrea is such an excellent host and person! We are so thrilled with our stay and experience in Palaia. The small village experience was exactly what we were looking for. A true genuine Italian experience. The food in this town is unbelievable and even has a restaurant with Michelin stars. The Airbnb itself is so perfect. Beautiful garden, hot tub, and pool. The views are so special as well. Highly recommend visiting this place in Palaia.

Five stars for serene, spacious and spotless. We stayed six nights and could easily have stayed two weeks. If you are looking for rest and relaxation very close to the sea, the mountains and towns, this house is the place for you. The house is very large, well stocked and furnished and not a spot of dust or dirt. A great base for the entire Liguria region. Awesome host. Must see: national park, regional park and the Carrara marble quarries.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser geschmackvoll gestalteten Unterkunft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wirklich makellose Sauberkeit! Gabriele ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber! Er versüßte uns den Aufenthalt mit kleinen aber feinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Marmelade, Tee, Duschgel, ein schöner Blumenstrauß) und vergewisserte sich mehrmals proaktiv, dass alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit war! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

Piccolo appartamento completamente corrispondente alle fotografie. Terrazza spettacolare con vista mozzafiato che da sola vale il prezzo. La spiaggia delle Cannelle a piedi dista 10/15 minuti, basta seguire la strada asfaltata. La cucina della casa è molto fornita di pentolame vario, i fornelli sono elettrici: noi abbiamo cucinato molto senza difficoltà. Anche il riscaldamento è elettrico (comunque sia, pur a dicembre, non abbiamo per nulla patito il freddo, tutt'altro). La casa è vicinissima a Giglio porto (5 minuti a piedi), per arrivarvi c'è una ripida salita che conduce alla casa, con un paio di tornanti, comunque fattibile con qualsiasi auto. I punti forti sono sicuramente la posizione - splendida davvero, svegliarsi con la vista e il rumore del mare è impagabile - e la simpatia e gentilezza di Samantha, host presentissima e disponibile.

We had an incredible experience as a family. The home was wonderful, everything was close by, and we got to experience Tuscany. The best part of all, which I highly recommend to everyone, was the cooking and dining experience with Viola and Raymondo. They were amazing hosts, and my kids loved it. It was the most fun experience we had as a family! Thanks so much for all Nada, Viola and Raymondo!! Will come back again for sure!!

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Federica et très accueillante, nous a donné des indications claires pour faciliter l arriver. Pleins de coins sympa à visiter et petits restaurants locaux très charmant et délicieux 😋. Logement avec un carde sympathique et très bien équipé, avec une très bonne literie.

Ottimo alloggio. Molto spazioso e pulito. Un po’ difficile da individuare ma l’host ci ha aiutato anche a tarda sera. Ci ha anche offerto delle bottiglie di acqua fresca. Consigliato!!

Appartamento pulitissimo, la proprietaria Angela, molto gentile e premurosa, ci ha fatto trovare anche qualcosa per la colazione, posizione comoda per girare Lucca a piedi.

Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist wirklich super, sowohl der Strand als auch Portovenere sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Direkt in Portovenere gehen wunderbare Wanderwege los, das Auto braucht man also kaum...Die Garage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Die Kommikation mit Nicoletta war sehr einfach und sie hat vorab alle wichtigen Informationen gegeben. Nach ein paar Tagen durften wir einfach so in ein Apartment mit traumhaftem Meerblick und Blick auf die Bucht umziehen, was wir wirklich super nett und nicht selbstverständlich fanden. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und unseren Urlaub hier verbringen! :)

Ho prenotato l’appartamento di Giovanni per un weekend con il mio compagno alle Cinque Terre. L’accoglienza é stata impeccabile. Sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno Giovanni é sempre stato reattivo dandoci consigli utili su come muoverci. La casa é estremamente carina: abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente in ordine e gli spazi erano curati nei minimi dettagli (oltre che super puliti!). Siamo stati accolti anche con un omaggio per la serata: una bottiglie di ottimo vino! Un gesto davvero molto gentile! Sicuramente torneremo!

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

Excellent location, excellent apartment, but best of all, fantastic host! Caterina was very helpful and made our stay super easy. Her apartment is beautiful, spotless, and has amazing views of Siena. I wish I had stayed longer.
