We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Villetta incantevole nel relax totale. Tanto spazio verde e una bellissima piscina... tutto solo per noi. Giovanni è stato super accogliente e gentile. Un'esperienza da ripere, consigliatissimo! Un saluto da Fede e Kevin

We spent a few (sadly, rainy) days October days in Casa Emma. The location, on the edge of a small mountain top village, is fantastic. From the garden you have an amazing view over the green Garfagnana valleys. The house is very comfortable, with many well-thought out details, like a little boutique hotel. The downstairs living room is not big but very cozy, with a wood stove. The kitchen has everything you need. Upstairs bedrooms are large, with comfy beds. Wifi speedtest: 27.7/2.5. The garden is very nice with many places to sit in the sun and shade, views all around. The pool looks great but the weather was unfortunately too cold to enjoy it. The house is next to a church but it is very quiet (no church bells), you only hear birds. Alessandro is a great host, always available via the app. On arrival, there was a nice welcoming package with some groceries and snacks. We'll have to come back one day to explore this beautiful region further, with better weather. Highly recommended!

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Elena ed il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura e’ molto bella pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio .si respira una aria di amore e tranquillità . Speriamo di tornare presto in primavera o in estate per vivere lo spazio esterno e la campagna umbra bellissima. Super consigliato !!!!

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

È stata un'esperienza da favola in una location da favola. La casetta, splendida in ogni dettaglio, è incastonata tra i maestosi colli toscani, offrendo un panorama che non ha prezzo. Da ogni angolo della casa si apre una vista mozzafiato che sembra un dipinto. La tranquillità e la pace che si respirano in questo luogo sono un vero e proprio balsamo per l'anima, una chimera di bellezza rara difficile da descrivere a parole. È il tipo di posto che ti fa dimenticare lo stress della vita quotidiana. Noi siamo stati lì con i nostri cagnoni e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Chiara è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ci portava persino dei dolci fatti in casa per colazione. Cosa poter chiedere di più ? Grazie!!!

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Casanova. La maison était très propre et nous nous y sommes sentis bien tout de suite. Environnement paisible et agréable bien situé pour des départs vers les villes majeures de la région. Les 2 semaines où nous y étions étaient très chaudes et de ce fait la température dans la maison également, surtout dans les chambres. Les terrasses des 3 logements sont situées en face de la maison et malgré qu’elles soient privatives sont en enfilade les unes par rapport aux autres séparées seulement par des canisses. La proximité et le bruit du voisinage est notre seul bémol. L’espace piscine est agréable et chacun dispose de sa zone de transats.

I booked this accommodation as a gift for my mother's birthday. My parents were extremely well looked after and loved their stay. They want to return as soon as possible! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a very authentic feel and the views from the terrace were amazing. The pool was wonderful and the food from the restaurant was exceptional. The risotto was to die for! It was a little difficult to find, you need to put Il Rosolaccio on your GPS. Once there though the location was an easy drive from 2 nearby towns. Thank you so much and we hope to return!

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Soggiornare all'agriturismo Valentini è come un'esperienza in famiglia. Chiara, Luca e Giovanni ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa, con un caloroso benvenuto ricevuto al nostro arrivo e con tanta disponibilità, simpatia, affabilità e attenzione durante tutta la vacanza, ma senza alcuna invadenza. La tenuta è un posto dove rigenerarsi, immersi nella natura e nelle distese sterminate di vigneti e ulivi, che la famiglia Valentini cura con tanto amore. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutti i comfort e di uno spazio esterno intimo per godersi appieno il soggiorno, con aree condivise in cui i villeggianti hanno il massimo rispetto reciproco. Oltre all'esperienza naturalistica, la piscina è uno dei pezzi forti di cui godere nelle giornate calde. L'agriturismo, infine, è in una posizione strategica che dà accesso alle maggiori attrazioni locali (dal mare alla collina, dalle acque cristalline alle cittadine medievali) a soli pochi km di auto.È stata l'esperienza che cercavamo e che consigliamo.

Soggiornare nell'appartamento di Samuele è stata un'esperienza stupenda. Non solo la casa in sé è molto spaziosa, con ampio soggiorno, balcone, due bagni e due docce, ma anche il residence in cui si trova è di facile accesso, con diversi parcheggi e silenzioso (stupenda la piscina!). Ideale per fare una vacanza all'Isola d'Elba e sentirsi a casa. La comunicazione con Samuele è stata sempre molto veloce e chiara. In un mese di soggiorno non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema. Se torneremo all'Isola d'Elba questo appartamento sarà sicuramente la prima scelta per noi!

Siamo stati 2 settimane in questa struttura con tutta la famiglia (2 adulti e 3 bambini). Ci siamo trovati benissimo: i 2 host Stefano e Christian sempre gentili, presenti e disponibili; piscina TOP; alloggio ben tenuto e funzionale; poco distante dal mare (10/20 min di macchina a seconda della spiaggia scelta); paesi di Campiglia marittima molto caratteristico e con buona offerta culinaria; vicino a zone molto belle tipo Bolgheri; mai sofferto l’afa perché in zona ben ventilata e immersa nel verde! Consigliato!

Absolutely amazing place to stay with a big group.. we didn’t want to leave! Cosy with fireplace and everything you need to have a wonderful stay at home or close enough to surrounding villages to have a drive around.

The Stone House was gorgeous - beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with amazing views. It was private yet easy to get to many amenities/tuscany towns/wineries nearby. Emanuela and Giovanni were very responsive to our questions and requests. We requested for help to buy a bouquet of flowers to surprise our friend for her birthday on the day we arrive - not only did they take the time to help us buy it, they refused to let us pay for it! it was too cold for us to use the pool but I can imagine how wonderful it would have been if we could have used it. all in all, it was a great place to enjoy a dreamy tuscan holiday.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

L’appartement de Rita est très bien situé dans la campagne tranquille près de la ville d’Aruzzo. L’environnement est soigné et Rita nous fais sentir bien accueillis et bienvenue dans sa jolie famille avec son mari Aliguero et sa fille Sonaly. La petite grange que nous avons occupé est totalement rénovée au goût du jour et équipée avec des des appareils de qualité. Notre séjour était mémorable et nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter. Merci Rita pour cet accueil chaleureux.

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Herbsttage bei Francesca verbracht. Er ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist traumhaft und ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und Francesca war stets kurzfristig zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

Giovanna was such a wonderful host. It felt like a home away from home, with special touches added such as some food and wine in the apartment on arrival, and even a farewell drink before we left. The cottage is in breathtaking surroundings and in a perfect location to get around and explore different parts of Tuscany (with a car). I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area ! We hope we can go back again one day!! Thank you Giovanna and Luigi !!
