There are so many positive things to say about our stay I don’t know where to begin. We were a group of 10 that stayed here. So much space and beautiful surroundings. Vicky greeted us on arrival and was very attentive to all my questions prior to arrival and during our stay. Her recommendations for drivers and chefs were top notch. We used Chianti taxi for our trips and their team was amazing! We also used Adriane at letspartiu for meal services. She delivered groceries to us on arrival and dinners during our stay. Everyone loved her meals that were delivered fresh and ready to eat. I highly recommend staying at Vicky’s place and using the driving services and meal service.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Sehnsuchtsort. Der Blick aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wir hatten das Glück, fast die gesamte Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück zu wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und man hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, da gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Die Einrichtung ist familiär mit persönlichen Dingen der Familie aber genau das liebe ich an AirBnB. Erinnerte mich sehr an mein früheres Familien-Wochenendhaus. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das Letzte Mal hier und ich danke Fabio&Valentina, dass ihr diesen wunderbaren Ort mit anderen teilt.

Haus, Lage: direkt am Meer, traumhafte Aussicht, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, grosses Haus mit besonderer Architektur bietet viel Raum und Privatsphäre, ideal für eine grosse Familie. Verschiedene Garten- Terrassenzonen. Alles sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Camilla ist eine sehr herzliche und kompetente Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Gigi’s place is one of the most peaceful places we’ve stayed in in Italy. The location is gorgeous and perfectly located between different towns to explore (Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano to name a few). A car is necessary but you can get to the town center for groceries and local produce in 10 minutes. We enjoyed spending our days by the pool, cooking and barbecuing in the garden. The kitchen was the most equipped I’ve ever seen for an Airbnb and the house was spotless. Extra supplies were left for us as well if we needed which was a nice touch. Gigi was always available for recommendations and extremely friendly. If you’re looking for calm and quiet this is your place!!

This was a trip for four girlfriends, most of us our first trip to Italy. I dreamed of going to Cortona after seeing “Under the Tuscan Sun” and falling in love with the architecture, history, food and people! When looking through Airbnb this villa stood out and it completely exceeded our expectations. Mogens and Susie were the most delightful hosts, first by providing a beautiful property but most of all by being sweet and interesting people that truly care about their guests experience. I can’t recommend this property enough and want to go back with my daughters and family. Until next time❤️🇮🇹

Villa Adagio is zoals je je een Toscaanse villa voorstelt en dan nog beter! Prachtige villa met heel veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Het zwembad deel je met eventuele andere bewoners op het terrein. Er zijn enkele eigenaren van andere woningen en ook nog een ander huurappartement. Maar zelfs nu in augustus was het zwembad meestal verlaten. De villa heeft een gastenverblijf met badkamer waar onze jongens van 15 en 16 sliepen (volop privacy en geen hinder van lang kletsen en gitaar spelen in de nacht 😊). In het grote huis 3 ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Heerlijke woonkeuken met grote eettafel en natuurlijk de mooie loggia over de hele breedband het huis met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Mijn favoriete plek! De villa ligt privé en vrij afgelegen. Dichtstbijzijnde dorpjes zijn een kwartier met de auto en daar vind je zowel winkeltjes om boodschappen te doen als prima restaurantjes. Iets verder rijden ligt het mooie Siena, maar ook Montepulciano en Arezzo zijn niet ver en heel mooi

Superbe villa spacieuse et bien placée avec une très belle vue ! Piscine et cours de tennis génial Grandes tables pour manger dehors Il y a assez de transats pour tout le monde On a passé un très bon moment dans cette très belle villa Il manque juste un grand four (il y a un mini four qui dépanne bien) et attention la machine à laver est dans une résidence à côté et payante (4€ la lessive)

Alec is a wonderful host! He gave us several recommendations, all of which were great. The photos do not do the house justice. We had a wonderful peaceful week in Tuscany. It is easy to get to Florence and around the region from the house.

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. We will return to this slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Marlene for sharing your beautiful home with us. It exceeded our expectation

Settimana di vacanza con amici e famiglia di puro relax. La casa ha rispecchiato le aspettative, ampia, spaziosa e pulita. Mare a pochi km raggiungibile facilmente, con poca gente e spiaggie spaziose. La piscina e' la cigliegina sulla torta, permette di rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza, anche con ben 7 bambini. Maurizio Host molto disponibile. Vacanza Consigliata.

I really don't want to say anything nice about Morten's home because I'd like to keep it a secret as much as possible. The more people that know how wonderful it is the harder it will be to reserve! We (six of us) were pretty much speechless for the first 15 minutes of being there. We felt like kids going into every room, looking at the paintings, furniture and wine collection. The views and grounds are spectacular and the pool was amazing. The area is perfect — easy drives to Sienna and Florence — and Panzano is a great small town with plenty to do. Morten arranged chef/owner Mimmo from Enotecca Baldi to cook for us one night which was spectacular. Such a nice person and fantastic chef! The wine cellar, if you can find it, is very cool and if our schedule didn't conflict, we would have been able to see some of the harvesting procedures. Maybe next time. One more thing: the wines at La Festegiatta are no joke! Some of the best Chianti we had during our stay! Loved the Gran Selezione!

Villa Angiolina is truly beautiful!!! The view is incredible and everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host was lovely and gracious and responded very quickly to all communications. She even arranged for an amazing pizza party with a private chef that was just one or the memorable moments from our time at the Villa. If this Villa is available…just book it!!! You will be glad that you did!!!!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Great villa in absolutely beautiful location. Thoughtful touches such as cot bed made up and toys for our child to play with. We were 5 adults and one child and it felt like we had plenty of room and weren’t on top of each other. Lots of fantastic outdoor areas so there was always somewhere to catch some sun or shade depending on mood. Beautiful sunsets from the terrace by the pool in the evenings. Lots to do locally in terms of exploring local towns and villages. The beach at Cecina is perfect for families with young children - lots of parking, sun loungers, cafes and a playground. Also a nice wooded area for walks. Would definitely recommend.

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von sechs Freunden einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Matteo und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Der Check-In verlief super und wir haben auch Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Besonders die Eltern von Matteo, die direkt nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana nella casa di Vincenzo. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini (5 in totale). Gli spazi in casa sono stati perfetti per accogliere tutti. La posizione, a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e a 35 minuti dalla bellissima Lucca, si è rivelata perfetta. Fuori dal caos, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Vincenzo poi è un super host! Amichevole e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per gli ultimi giorni dell'anno. Siamo stati accolti dall'host, che si è mostrata sin da subito cordiale e disponibile. La casa è splendida, organizzata su tre piani (l'ultimo raggiungibile con una scala a chiocchiola un po' stretta), molto spaziosa e accogliente. Dotata di 4 bagni, uno con vasca idromassaggio ed una piccola sauna, di un salotto, una zona lavanderia, uno studio con pianoforte ed una grande cucina che si affaccia sul bellissimo giardino con piscina. È stato lo spazio ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in serenità tra amici e visitare i borghi toscani nelle vicinanze. Ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!
