Toscane : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Alloggio elegante, anche meglio delle foto/descrizione. Tutto ben tenuto, molto pulito, tutto funzionante. Gli host attenti, reattivi, presenti mi sono venuti incontro per ogni richiesta/necessità. Ho avuto un problema idraulico prontamente risolto. Ho potuto anche usufruire a titolo gratuito del check out ritardato il giorno della partenza. Purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente durante i giorni della mia permanenza ma la casa accogliente mi ha permesso comunque di trovare relax e serenità. Se amate soggiornare in una casa curata, funzionale ed elegante questo è l’alloggio che fa per voi. Complimenti, mi sono sentita a casa, coccolata e mai abbandonata. We had a very nice stay at Anna's place. The communication was good from Anna on the day of arrival and departure. The place was very clean and cosy. Clearly an effort is made to present it nicely. There's a small balcony which we didn't use (we came in December so it was a bit cold) but there are really nice views from the balcony/windows (the flat is on the 4th floor so you have to walk up a bit but the views reward you).

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! La signora Maria Paola, anche se non l’abbiamo mai incontrata è stata ospitale e disponibile, l’appartamento è come descritto dalla proprietaria in centro e in zona tranquilla.

Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

La posizione dell’appartamento è ideale per chi ha necessita di raggiungere l’ospedale di Pisa, che dista un centinaio metri, percorribili a piedi. L’appartamento è ben tenuto e pulito e l’host è molto gentile e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio all’interno del parco privato, delimitato da una sbarra azionabile mediante un comodo telecomando fornito insieme alle chiavi. Dal centro di Pisa dista circa 15 minuti in auto.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. Casa Doriana è in una posizione meravigliosa per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità. Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in compagnia molto piacevole in quanto c'è una grandissima zona di giardino dove poter giocare con gli amici. Pier Giuseppe è molto cordiale e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su come raggiungere la vicina Bologna. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. De accommodatie was ruim, zeer netjes en op een originele manier ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Onze honden en wij hebben genoten van de grote omheinde tuin. De eigen parking was ook een pluspunt. De accommodatie is zeer gunstig gelegen voor uitstapjes naar Lerici, La Spezia , Cinque terre,... Federico is zeer vriendelijk en aangenaam. Hij checkte regelmatig hoe het ging en reageerde altijd snel op berichten. Een aanrader!

Our family, including our two small children, had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Montalcino. Without a doubt, it's the best Airbnb we've ever experienced! The home is tastefully renovated, offering modern comforts while maintaining its classic charm. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus as we had to work remotely during our stay. The villa is spacious with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax. We had the pleasure of taking a private cooking class with Chef Giacamo in the villa's kitchen, which was an unforgettable experience. It was breathtaking to cook with fresh, local ingredients while gazing out at the rolling hills. The wine cellar was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, and the cleanliness of the entire home was top-notch. Brian, the owner, provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and wineries, helping us make the most of our time in the area. Thank you!

Wir fünf hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Jeder hatte ein eigenes Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Die Lage ist wundervoll, um etwas zu unternehmen. Außerdem war es schön ruhig (bis auf die Gäste über uns, die leider früh morgens am rum trampeln waren). Nada war wirklich wunderbar! Sie antwortet sofort und bei einem kleinen Problem, war sie sofort vor Ort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Out of this world recommendations for local eateries; especially the pizza restaurant. We felt we avoided tourist traps and had a more overall authentic experience. Location and space felt tucked into the history of Florence. Highly recommended. Not having to meet the host at a specific time for check-in was helpful for flexibility driving in. The stairs going in were charming and part of the feeling of the building round the corner from the Duomo. Perfect fun adventures, Thank you!

this place is BETTER than the photos! in a beautiful building, Incredibly modern and located in the center of everything. Just down the street from the Duomo. Anna Clementina's assistant Martina gave us the best recommendations for food (we also got a bunch from the Stanley Tucci episode on Bologna--definitely try Osteria Cinghiale Bianco over the bridge.) If you get the chance, book this place.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.

Lorena é uma anfitriã muito atenciosa! Nos recebeu com muito carinho, permitiu o check in antecipado, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao Duomo, com vários restaurantes ao redor, inclusive eu recomendo os restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do prédio, os dois mais próximos. Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa e tudo confortável! Foi uma excelente estadia! Super recomendo!

Excelente alojamiento en un tranquilo barrio, a 20 minutos en bus de la estacion de trenes. El departamento estaba nuevo y fue realmente comodo, el mejor en lo que va de Italia.
