John’s place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect! It’s at the entry to the beach and walking distance to fun surf shops, coffee shops, happening restaurants, stop and shop and even a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s easy to ride into the city. The ferry was our favorite part of every trip to and from manhattan! The place is super spacious and comfortable. John is friendly and helpful and gave us tips for local restaurants and even suggested what ended up being our favorite - sunset trips on the ferry! He was extremely responsive and available if needed for anything. I can’t wait to come back with the family. We had the best time and John and his place were vital to that experience!

A Perfect Serene Getaway! I had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained everything was. The space was beautifully designed, with a calming and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing retreat. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee on the patio or unwinding in the comfortable living area, I truly felt a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail, from the soft linens to the thoughtful amenities, made my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a serene escape where you can recharge and relax, this is the place to be. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be staying here again!!

A great place for a large group. We had 7 and it was so spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen, living room and porch to relax and spend time together. We loved watching the sunsets on the beautiful lake. The space felt clean and was very comfortable bedding. I would definitely recommend.

Anne Marie's place was exactly what we were looking for! It is extremely well stocked, with everything you might need, from kitchen appliances, extra blankets, many towels, etc. The surroundings were gorgeous and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Anne Marie was friendly and very responsive, answering questions quickly and flexibly. We can't wait to come back!

Our family had a blast enjoying the home! Our two boys loved the beautiful view, the space, the games provided and the Pacman set up! We had everything we needed for a cozy few days there and had good proximity to The Kartrite! The mornings were so nice with the babbling brook in the backyard as well as the sunset over the lake in the evenings.

Had a great stay with a group of friends! Large common areas and lots of games provided. Yariv was a proactive communicator and was very interested in ensuring we had a great stay. Recommend for a larger group or family!

The bungalow itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. We especially loved the little thoughtful touches, and the comfortable bed, which made it feel like a home away from home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless, providing great recommendations and being responsive to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again! Jeff runs an old school AirBnB, like it was meant to be, where you stay in a person's house with them, yet I had all the privacy and quiet I wanted. He was warm and welcoming, and the home was clean and safe. I had full access to the kitchen, so was able to save money, and only ate out as a treat when I chose. The house is 4 blocks from the train station, 2 blocks from the channel (the water between Long Beach and Long Island), and 9 blocks from the ocean. I was in Long Beach to visit my mother in a local nursing home, and Jeff asked, "How is Mom?" every day when I got back. It felt very sweet to me in a difficult situation. Thank you, Jeff.

I gave 5 stars because the host was great and the home was beautiful.. clean.. and homey. I will say the upstairs tenant was VERY NOISY.. but we didn't want that to affect our review.

The space was quite spacious, offering a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle above. The pool was a highlight—well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing swim. The jacuzzi was equally impressive, providing a relaxing soak after a long day. The basement layout was surprisingly spacious and well-designed, making it a comfortable retreat. The space was equipped with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The privacy of having a private pool and jacuzzi added an extra touch of exclusivity and luxury. Overall, the combination of a private pool and jacuzzi in such a well-maintained and spacious basement made for a truly enjoyable and memorable stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We were only a few short blocks from the train to NYC and bus service.

Great stay with zero hassles. Clean, immaculate rooms and not too far from the city. Everything was as expected and Becca was a great host who was very responsive and helpful.

Eunice’s apartment is AMAZING! We visited with 3 adults and 4 children. Eunice was very accommodating and responsive when needed! Everything is as pictured and it was sparkling clean. The beds are so comfortable! The washing machine and dryer are readily accessible and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The apartment is conveniently located near some amazing restaurants (The Franklin and La Milpa) along with a grocery store (Supremo). There is a park very close. There are several bus stops extremely close as well! Highly recommended!

Darby's place is very nice and clean, with all the cooking essentials we needed. The heating in the second-floor bedroom wasn’t working, but Darby provided space heaters. He wasn't aware of the issue but responded quickly when I informed him and tried to help resolve it. Parking was a bit confusing at first because I thought the white boxes indicated that parking was prohibited. However, I later realized that it was acceptable to park in the driveway and in front of the white block by the driveway, as long as you have a permit. Additionally, the house has three levels, so navigating the stairs throughout the day can be a bit challenging. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay, and Darby is friendly and very responsive.

Everything about my stay at Paula’s home was outstanding! Check in was easy at 123. We felt at home in her place. She was very responsive and didn’t wait at all to hear back from her. The house was super clean, smelt good, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Paula’s home to someone else. I would love to rebook again soon. Oh and the kids loved being so close to a park/basketball court and the city lights. Great job hun and we appreciate you.

Hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. It has all the amenities needed when staying with a baby (toys, high chair, and pack and play). Ana was very proactive and reasonable. She also organized everything needed for the stay as well as local recommendations. Very easy to park near the house. There is a restaurant a minute away walking plus a convenience store about a 5 minute walk away. The mall is about a 10 minute walk. The highway is just 5 min drive. Perfect location.
