Very beautiful house with good interior and comfortable furniture. Everything was well prepared and very clean. Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. Fantastic view on the lake, especially when you relax in hot jacuzzi. It was so wonderful. It is perfect for relaxation for all the family. My daughter adored this place, it was a lot of toys inside, cartoons and very nice playground in front of the house with wooden cabin for children. You can also see some animals on the territory. Dyreparken is just 20 minutes by car. In 3 minutes by car you can find food stores. And just near the house you can find very beautiful waterfall. Owners of this place are very nice and very-very attentive people. They prepared for us fantastic and very, very, very delicious homemade bread that has a taste like in the best French bakery. We are very grateful to them for a wonderful weekend

Et fantastisk sted med en god vert. Utsikten til to fyr er helt utrolig. Det eneste som ikke HELT stemmer er dette med boblebad. Det står i teksten at det er sesongbasert, men du må virkelig lese nøye. Heller ikke det at vi savnet det så mye.

5 star experience. we had a wonderful stay and new year eve' s celebration at Siva's cabin. comfortable, beautiful views and the hot tub was icing on the cake.

Easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve traveled to. Espen was very helpful and accommodating with his details and communication. The place was very charming and private. The hot tub was ready & waiting! We managed to take the boat out and explore the waterways which was an absolute charm & an experience we will long remember. Incredibly picturesque & dream like short stay. I really hope to book a stay again in the future to stay longer! The local town is again very charming, warm and welcoming with some beautiful looking restaurants & bars. Be met some great characters in the local pub where we drank local beverages & learnt more about a rich history of the town and area. I’ve been seriously impressed with everything Norway has to offer & am grateful that this gem of a property was where we selected to stay!

Wir haben uns gleich wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch und es ist wunderbar ruhig dort! Toll auch, dass wir unsere Hunde mitnehmen konnten. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, somit konnten die Hunde dort frei laufen. Ein typisches norwegisches Ferienhaus in Holzbauweise, gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Fußbodenheizung in den Bädern - herrlich bei kühlen Nächten :-) Über ein paar Treppen geht es direkt ans Wasser zum Baden und Angeln. Ein Boot konnten wir auch am Bootshaus beim Museum mieten - liebe Grüße an Øystein!!! Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit allem Nötigen. Dort kann auch eine Angelkarte für die umgebenden Binnenseen gekauft werden. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der Elektrik, eine Glühlampe hatte einen Kurzschluss verursacht. Emilie hat sich sofort gekümmert und einen Elektriker beauftragt, das Problem zu beheben! Vielen Dank dafür! Ansonsten alles tip top in Ordnung! Wir hatten dort eine tolle Zeit und würden immer gerne wieder dorthin :-)

Et nydelig sted i Arendal med hjelpsomme, hyggelige verter.

Landlige og fredelige omgivelser med imøtekommende vertskap. Vi følte oss velkomne. Hyggelig med griser og padling med både kano og sup brett. Vi lånte også båten en tur. Vertskapet var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Deilig med umiddelbar nærhet til vannet.

I spend a month here and loved it! The apartment was very nice and stayed warm when it got cold. The host was super nice and easy to talk too. She made me feel like I was staying at a home away from home. Thank you!! I hope I get the chance to stay here again!

We were a larger group of colleagues participating at Arendalsuka for the first time, and were lucky to find this place. The house was nice and covered all our needs. Kristin was easy and flexible to communicate with and not hard to get hold of if needed. Much appreciated. Thanks for having us, and we'd be happy to come back. A heads up to future guests: the hill up to the entrance is very steep, so if you have a slightly older car, I'd recommend parking down by the road.

Baard und Ida sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einer gemütlichen Hütte und fantastischen Umgebung. Zu Fuß und mit dem Boot lassen sich alle Einkäufe erledigen und viele schöne Ausflugsziele und Inseln erreichen, sodass man das Auto eigentlich gar nicht braucht. Makrelen gibt’s direkt 100 m vom Steg aus zu fangen. Wer Ruhe und schöne Aussichten sucht, wird sie hier finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We visited the cabin for our family’s reunion and it was truly amazing! The space was clean and very tastefully decorated, with plenty of room and enough bedroom spaces to share. The house has lots of cosy areas inside and outside with plenty of activities. Our guest age ranged from 5 to 45 and everyone had something to entertain them with from chilling in the beautiful living room, to catching crabs or taking the boat ride. Mona and Peter were extremely helpful and really took turns in making is welcome. Peters helped us construct some finishing rods and we even managed to catch some fish! Overall, we spent amazing few days in the house and have really enjoyed it. If you are looking for peaceful stay and emerging yourself in nature this is a perfect place for you. We are already looking forward to returning here again next year!

Barbro var veldig hyggelig. Svarte raskt og møtte oss ved innsjekk så vi fikk god informasjon om huset. Veldig hjemmekoselig, nydelig veranda, flott kjøkken og fin beliggenhet. Tre generasjoner koste seg.

Flott hytte/hus med alt vi trengte. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake.

Toppscore fra oss! Supert hus, romslig, ryddig og rent. Godt uteområde egnet for både badminton, boccia og terrassesløving. Kort vei til badestrand, butikk og bysentrum. Anbefales!

Vår familie på to voksne og to små barn hadde gleden av å leie Kristinas svært koselige sommerhus i Arendal sentrum i 4 dager nå i juli. Et lite hus med masse sjel og sjarm, en koselig skjermet hage å drikke morgenkaffen i, og ikke minst; gangavstand til alt man trenger! Innenfor 5 minutter finnes badestrand, sentrumsgater med restauranter og kafeer, og havna med båtene til øyene omkring. Selv om det er veldig sentralt er området også rolig og fredelig, ypperlig for barnefamilie. Anbefales!
