Was an excellent location. Extremely peaceful and quiet area. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Ann was a wonderful host, thank you so much!

Our trip was quiet and peaceful, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and tranquility. We barely wanted to leave to explore the local town, but when we did, we enjoyed it throughly! The privacy of the property and the amazing hot tub made it incredibly romantic. We enjoyed reading our books on the balcony, bird watching and enjoying the nature. It was the most perfect getaway. We will most definitely be visiting again

This was a romantic and gorgeous stay. Salty Cabin had everything we needed, beautiful fixtures/linens/furniture, pristinely clean, excellent host and very relaxing surroundings. The local produce Matt provided were delicious and Malibu the welcoming dog was a sweetheart. We plan to return during winter so we can experience this lovely cabin with the fireplace on.

Capaja Creamery was amazing. The little touches make a difference. It was my Girlfriends bday and they gave us a bottle of bubbles. The place was so relaxing. Very cute. The outdoor bath amazing and loved the beanbags on the verandah. Loved feeding the horses and cows too. Felt so private so close to the coast. Highly recommend for a romantic weekend away. It rained so didn't get to enjoy the fire pit but it would have been amazing. Thanks to the hosts. Loved it xo

We had the pleasure of staying for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The mountain views from the balcony and bed were absolutely stunning, and the charming retro-style cabin offered a delightful escape from everyday life. Thea and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our daughter was overjoyed to play with everyone in the saltwater pool and spa. We were also deeply touched by the thoughtful gestures, like receiving fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast and the delicious pancakes Thea kindly prepared for our daughter. We traveled in a VW Transporter (2WD) and had no trouble reaching the cabin, which may be helpful information for future guests. We’re already looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience!

This is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed in. The Lakehouse was immaculate, with delicious breakfast treats supplied by Kerry (eggs by their chickens!!), gorgeous linens, and every relaxing amenity imaginable. The kitchen is beautifully supplied, the hot tub is lovely, and we went around the lake in both their beautiful wooden rowboat and in kayaks. Special mention for the incredible gardens and plantings everywhere. The flowers are wonderful and all is maintained to perfection. Barry and Kerry are very generous hosts. We hated to leave!

Very comfortable and lovely surroundings. Only had 2 nights but would like to return for a longer stay to enjoy restful environment, and explore the area.

Gorgeous place in a stunning location! Even better in real life! The place has everything you need and more, especially for us as traveling with a baby (cot, washing machine!!) Our kids loved the animals nearby and the bottle of bubbles was a lovely welcome surprise! Will definitely be back

A peaceful oasis so close to the main part of Byron. Walking distance to the main beach and also some fab cafes & restaurants. We were two adults & two older children. The house itself is a really nice, stylish cabin design, with lots of nooks and space for us to all have our own space. Thanks for a great weekend away! 🙌🏽 We will be back! 🌺

Vanessa’s hidden treasure is amazing, relaxing and peaceful just what the doctor ordered having 4 kids 6 and under. The place is absolutely breathtaking with views all around the house. A fridge, pots, pans, Weber bbq and everything you need to have meals is supplied (plates etc) Shower and bath tub with beautiful views you can’t go wrong. We will be back for another retreat !! Thank you Vanessa for allowing us to visit your beautiful slice of paradise.

Absolutely loved our stay at Gail’s. Accommodation was cosy and in a perfect spot! Very private I didn’t even notice people lived in the front. Would definitely come back 💗

From the moment I arrived I felt at home! Justine’s warm and welcoming energy is a joy to be around and her openness is the heart of a very relaxing and delightful stay. The barn is hidden gem, finished to a very high standard. The kitchen is equipped with all essential amenities and is incredibly practical; it is a unique experience being able to cook outside amongst nature. The outdoor shower is dream and a highlight- it is not very often you get to shower underneath the stars or the sunshine. The bed is very comfortable and finished with beautiful linen bedding, nestled amongst a charming and thoughtful interior. The horse is an unforgettable stay and the perfect place to reground, reconnect and explore your creativity. Thank you Justine!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Broken Head nature cabins. The cabin was extremely comfortable and clean, and the surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend! Special shoutout to co-host Michelle for being extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Debbie and Adam’s cottage was fantastic. We travel with our doggo, so with the enclosed yard, this place was perfect for us to chill out and use as a home base. Hugo, (the dog), loved greeting the cows and trying his hardest to catch the water dragons, but they’re too quick. Peaceful and quiet, and only a short drive to everything you want to access in the area. Great central location. We were also so happy chilling on the deck, or having a dip in the water tank pool when it got a bit warm. Debbie always made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we come back this way, we’ll cross our fingers there’s some availability here first, Absolute gem.

Bonnie went above and beyond to ensure our stay was lovely, and a safe abode during the cyclone. The cabin is gorgeous and attention to details outstanding. I would highly recommend this stay :)

Kristal’s home was amazing, clean, peaceful and had everything you would want for a peaceful get away. Love that you have screen doors and screens for the windows to keep the bugs out. Beautiful home and surrounded by nature. Will be staying here again!

Emily is the most kind and gracious host. She welcomed us when we arrived and showed us to the bikes that she said we were welcome to use to get around. We rode them to one of her dinner recommendations the first night which was delicious! The studio was clean and cosy and had everything we needed. She even left almond and full cream milk in the fridge, along with some orange juice. She also left a hand drawn map of the local area! Highly recommend staying at Emily’s studio 🧡

Marc and Meg are a caring couple who makes sure your stay is a 'home-away- from home'. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings.. shared with the wallabies!

Joy’s cabin was fantastic - a real getaway for us. We left the world behind for the week and recharged. Would highly recommend!

Stunning cabin which gives the secluded/ private feeling without being too far from shops/ civilisation. Only thing missing was the day bed which was in the photos. Otherwise was perfect

My family with young children and my visiting older parents stayed at Jacqui’s place for a night and enjoyed the close by walking trails. There were games and toys that the children enjoyed and the house was spotlessly clean. Jacqui was a helpful host

Beautiful relaxing stay for me and my partner. Loved the sauna, outdoor bath and shower these were definetely a highlight of our stay. We had some delicious garlic left we used for a carbonara. Loved having an outdoor fire to sit around each evening. Would defidntely reccomend for friends in the future.

What a wonderful, wonderful find this was! Everything about our experience was faultless - great communication pre-visit, flexible check-in time, spotlessly clean, very well appointed accommodation with great attention to detail, lots of information about where to eat and where to visit (both written and verbal), lovely little treats, and very good coffee with an easy to use espresso machine. Finally the view - and what a view!! To wake up to that view was something very precious and we were grateful each and every morning to be able to experience it. A big thank you to Linda and Robin for their excellent hospitality 🙏.
