Loved the property! Will come back and stay again when I visit family

Brett's place perfectly met our needs. It was a short walk to restaurants and venues in St. Paul. The unit was spotless, strong wifi, comfortable bed, fluffy towels and very secure. Brett was very responsive when I had questions. Setting up key/lock access was a little more involved than other places we have stayed, but once set up it was a breeze and we felt reassured and appreciated that the building took security very seriously. We stay in Saint Paul often and hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, incredibly spacious unit, thoughtful furnishings, and wonderful amenities! No en-suite coffee despite coffee maker and filters in the kitchen, but a great alternative was the coffee machine in the lobby. Only one key fob, which was a bit inconvenient for 3 guests, but totally workable. Highly recommend, would absolutely love to stay here again!!

Beautiful place to stay! Had everything we were looking for. Host was responsive and flexible with a last minute booking. We would love to come back in the warmer months to be able to enjoy more of the amenities and surroundings!

Great design, not cluttered. Comfortable bed, quiet street, walkable to many places. Asha sent recommendations for breakfast and was responsive. Loved the movie selection!

We asked for an early check-in and Kofi was able to accommodate us. Kofi communicated to us prior to checking in that the Hot-Tub was not in service which was disappointing, but totally understand that things happen. The only thing I would mention about this place is, this house has alot of stairs. It's not handicap accessible at all for a person that uses any mobility device.

This was a great place for 16 people to get together from across the country. It's a fun, nice house close to a great local restaurant and bowling alley. The garage/game space was very fun to hang out in.

This place worked great for our group of 12! We had plenty of room in the dining room to eat, and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful old house with all the uniqueness of older buildings - our kids had fun opening doors and discovering new things. As the advisor of a group of kids, the creaking stairs made it easy to know when they were all waking up. I thought parking on Grand Avenue would be a nightmare but it was just fine. Crystal was amazing to work with and super cooperative - she was a dream to communicate with. I would recommend!

Words can’t accurately describe how much we loved the Sunset Shores! It was everything we imagined and beyond! My husband, children and I had THE BEST family vacation here! The home is absolutely gorgeous, well decorated, clean, warm, inviting, well organized and well stocked! I mean there were supplies in the kitchen that I didn’t even know I needed. Everything is very well labeled so you know where to find all the supplies. We loved all the natural light from the windows, the relaxing view of the river from inside the home, the movie theatre experience on the lower level, the super comfy beds and the amazing spa tub!! You will not be disappointed!! The three twin beds on the lower level were perfect for our three boys and my daughter LOVED sleeping in a KING sized super comfortable bed. The record player in the living room with nice relaxing records was an amazing touch! There’s so much more to love about this place but I’m going to run out of space. You won’t be disappointed here!!!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Excelsior, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, with the property situated just a short walk from the downtown area, full of great restaurants. Being so close to Lake Minnetonka was a real highlight—it's perfect for walks, boating, or just enjoying the views. The host was very welcoming and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a homey feel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy all that Excelsior and Lake Minnetonka have to offer.

Jason’s home was perfect for my family of 7 to stay. The house has a lot of different rooms and spaces yet still feels open. I really appreciated the fenced in yard for my dog, the huge kitchen that was great for cooking, and the comfortable beds. I especially liked the view outside from the living room — it felt very private and secluded. Check out was a breeze, and the movie room was an added bonus! Jason was really responsive, and I would definitely recommend his home as a great place to stay.

Great location! Charming home that worked wonderfully for our visit. Plenty of space but still cozy feeling. Kitchen is well stocked, clean and open to the living area. We enjoyed family dinners and board games in the dining room. There is a great yard and several outdoor entertainment spaces. Directions to home and instructions for entry are very easy to follow. So glad we found this spot. Alvin is a wonderful and considerate host!

Kinza's home was the perfect host for our girl's weekend trip! It was cozy, yet spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for at home meals. There was plenty of space in the living room as well as in the basement entertainment area for all of us without tripping over one another. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! The house was easy to find and easy access to the interstate; close driving distance to anything and everything we wanted.
