This property features a range of superb amenities. An 8-minute walk to Rio Del Mar beach, a cozy setup, laundry facilities on site, and all the little things you'd expect. Our arrival was met by a mix-up with the dates, resulting in the place not being ready. However, Myra and David went above and beyond to resolve the issue, leaving us extremely satisfied. Myra was an exemplary hostess, always responding promptly. In light of the numerous glowing reviews, I'm convinced our experience was an anomoly. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is definitely worth considering.

A beautifully appointed home in downtown Capitola. Walkable to the beach, bars, and shops. The house was fully stocked with amenities. The terrace was lovely for morning coffee, and sun bathing. 10/10

Amazing stay, the location is absolutely amazing. Great little beach getaway spot that makes you feel at home. Evan was very responsive and provided a great list of recommendations from restaurants all the way down to surf spots. Definitely will stay again.

The apartment is quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect for a couples getaway. We also loved how the property is conveniently nearby all the sights! We came to Seaside to visit Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pebble Beach.

Amazing location, just a short walk away from Lover’s Point and the main strip of shops and restaurants in Pacific Grove. It’s also an easy stroll along the beachfront path to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Bright and airy apartment feels bigger than it is. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes so we were able to easily cook meals when we weren’t eating out.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Leos place was awesome. My girlfriend and I spent a couple of days there and it was very unique. Leos went out of his way to contact me and gave me helpful tips and recommendations for our stay. the place was clean, felt very private and in a quiet area, had everything you could want/need such as television, kitchen utensils, appliances, and cleaning materials. We never got to meet Leos in person, but he seemed very friendly and was very accommodating just based off our conversations. I definitely wouldn't mind staying here again, it's close to so many things such as, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel by the sea, and just about 45-50 minutes away from Santa Cruz if you want to make a day out of that. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

This was our second stay at Yvonne's. Just as before, the location was perfect, the house was clean and perfectly appointed, and we had a delightful long weekend. Yvonne let us know that the house was ready early, and was always responsive to communication. We don't travel without our dog, and we are so glad he's welcome at this house. We can't wait to stay again!

This is our third day at Kathryn’s place. It’s been wonderful for our family of 4 with two young children. Walking the incredibly short distance to the beach and having a designated parking space in the driveway is wonderful, especially when we have stayed in the summer months. The patio area is great, the bed is comfortable, and we have no complaints! Will likely be back again!

We have stayed here twice with our kids (ages 5 & 7) and another family for spring break, and we all can't wait to return again! It's a beautiful house, with great amenities, and an amazing walkable beach nearby. The kitchen is well stocked, tons of towels and beach stuff. 10/10 would recommend!!

Sarah’s house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! Super communicative with our every need. Tons of space and amenities! Loved the outdoor patio and the peek a boo ocean views! Sarah is an amazing host. Would absolutely stay here again! Love the fact that we were able to bring our dog! Thank you again for the amazing stay and making my family feel so welcomed!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Beautiful setting and the house was incredibly well stocked with all the things we needed to cook and enjoy.

The kitchen has everything you need. It was so easy to make meals & enjoy our company @ the place. No need to go out for food👍

I had such a wonderful time. The house was perfect and the location is great. It's a short walk to the beach and Boardwalk. Less than a mile walk to downtown and about a 20 minute drive to great hiking areas. The house was the perfect place to relax after an active day. I would highly recommend this home!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings, very kid-friendly location, and lots to do around the area. The grocery store across the street was very convenient.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

We had a great time at Seascape. The home was right by the beach and playground, also central location to lots of places by Santa Cruz and Monterey. The home was spacious for three adults, a toddler and baby. It was also very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Always a great time at this condo! It is so close to the beach that even my baby did not have a problem going back and forth! Clean and bright, beautiful views.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

This condo was perfect for my getaway trip. Spacious, well-appointed, and the views from the balcony were beyond amazing! Although this was a solo trip, I could easily see staying here with others and not feel the least bit crowded. I was blessed with blue skies and warm temperatures. Perfect weather for al fresco dining on the balcony and exploring Aptos.
