Very pleased with our stay. Well-priced to comparisons. Augusto answered all questions and had great recommendations for meals, excursions, etc. PMCC was a great little find, and such a short drive from our home. This cabin was a perfect getaway place for my surprise anniversary trip. We can't wait to bring family back for a winter holiday trip in the future. Plenty of room for guests, enough space to gather and also spread out. The bathtub was a nice compromise for a spa. Beautiful views and local. I can understand why others loved and recommended this cabin. You will be so happy with your choice. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. We even found ourselves looking at real estate while we stayed. Enjoyed viewing beautiful wildlife; different from where we reside.

Great place clean Very with a great hot tub

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant at Joy and Jay's house. We loved the sound of the fountain on the lake in the backyard, the fireplace, the piano, and the fully stocked kitchen with seasonings, breakfast items and snacks. It truly felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean quiet wonderful place in southwest Bakersfield. Will stay here again when in town if available.

Overall, i had a great stay. The house is clean. Instructions were clear. Troy was very hospitable and responsive. 10/10 experience. Would love to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Great place to stay!

Brandy was a fantastic host and her property was perfect! it had all the essential items we needed in the bathrooms and the kitchen. There were extra blankets, towels, and pillows which was wonderful. The backyard sitting area, pool, BBQ, and ping pong table provided hours of fun and entertainment for my family. we couldn't have asked for a better place or host and we'll definitely stay there whenever we go to Bakersfield to visit family.

The house is nice, located in a quiet neighborhood, and ideal for 6 people (3 couples). It’s in a great location, clean, with comfy beds and a beautiful backyard. Snacks and a drink are provided😁🙏

Anthony’s place was amazing for our crew and our week long stay! The home was fully stocked, had enough towels for everyone and had a great kitchen for cooking all our meals. The beds were very comfortable in all the rooms, but the fenced in back yard with the grill, was our favorite part! We definitely recommend this beautiful home to others and will stay again in the future! Anthony was a great host!

Good neighborhood nice place. Keypad for lock a little sticky but works. Beds were noisy every one can hear each other if you get up in middle of night or if your a toss and turn sleeper. Nice big house with lots of beds.

Alfonso was a great host! He graciously opened his home to a crew of men that were working on a construction project near by. We are very appreciative Alfonso for letting use use his home for the last several months. If they guys needed anything he was responsive and helpful! If we ever have another job in the area we will definitely reach out again to book this house.

Beautiful home.. the amenities were exactly what we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and well kept.

BEAUTIFUL home in quiet neighborhood.Close to fwy & many businesses.The area to get to it is not the nicest looking but the closer you get to it ,the better it is. The house is also close to the "bluffs" which is a nice cliff overlooking the surrounding city. The cooling/heating system works wonderfully and fast !!The system is a little loud,can feel a subtle vibration when laying in the main bedroom bed.Beds feel like pillowtop, not too firm and not super soft soft, supportive. The rooms do have dark curtains but they are not blackout ones. It was clean for most part, only small things were noticeable but nothing that would bother me or affect how I feel about staying here again in the future.The coffee machine might be a regular one, not for pods. I didnt use it but my son said there was bagged grounds.The front door does get stuck. It is heavy wood and needs 2 keys to get in.I stayed for 3 days and would def stay here again because it was really comfortable & convenient.

Raymond and his wife were so accommodating when our original rental fell through at the last minute. We felt welcome, safe and cared for. They quickly fixed the dryer. The home is thoughtfully decorated and well furnished. I would definitely stay here again.

Another GREAT stay at my favorite mountain retreat! If you want to see stars at night to the sounds of a creek, frogs and insects...you will LOVE it here too. In nature with no sounds of the city. The host Barbara, is always accommodating and super friendly. Will be back soon..

My family 10 adults 5 children had an amazing stay at Paul's home. There was more than enough room and the home is absolutely stunning. We're already talking about the next time. Thank you Paul and Tamara for being do responsive. We thank you!

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We arrived late at night (around 10–12 PM) and let the host know in advance—they were very accommodating, which we appreciated, especially since it's a residential area. The instructions were clear, and everything went exactly as described. The house was spotless and absolutely beautiful—very comfortable and welcoming. The host allowed us to have guests visit, which was a nice bonus. They were also extremely responsive any time I had a question. Another big plus was that the host allowed us a late check-out for a small additional fee. This was incredibly helpful, as we were in town for a soccer tournament and the original check-out time conflicted with game schedules. Overall, the home was well worth what we paid. The hosts were wonderful, and the entire experience was great. Thank you for having us! I would definitely recommend this property and would happily rent again. 10/10!

Ammar was very nice, and very accommodating. Our car battery died for the first time ever as we went to check out and he even came and gave us a jump. Great customer service would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. Host is amazing. We had a small problem and he went out of his way to fix it.

The view is absolutely beautiful. You’re in the middle of no where, but that’s what we wanted. Make sure to get groceries ahead of time because the drive up is steep!! You won’t want to leave. We took walks around the property for hours and found a waterfall and wildflowers. Kris has a grill overlooking the lake, we loved making food outside. Kris place is as pictured - not a bougie IKEA Airbnb. If you’re high maintenance/clean freak, bring your own sheets & towels. Kris’ home is cozy but lived in. We were okay with this because it was clean and tidy. It almost felt like glamping!! He has a hot tub and infrared sauna we particularly loved! Thank you Kris for letting us spend time in your corner of heaven! :)

great place, spacious house and beautiful garden. Marco was very helpful and willing to help out whenever we had questions. Clean rooms, all essentials provided, located in such a quiet and serene neighborhood as well. Would book again.

We ended up taking 4 extra people than the limit and Jenny made it really easy for us and provided us with more air mattresses. She didn’t make it feel like we were a hassle. Really did not get in our way of allowing us to rent her home.
