This cozy stay is perfect if you are wanting to be close to Canton Trade Days or just near Canton's business district in general. The king bed is super comfy and everything was extremely clean. The owners respond very quickly if you have any concerns. We wiill stay here again when back in town.

The place was amazing as described and the house was extremely clean and well decorated with all high-end decors. The sunroom was amazing with the lake views. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The host Lisa is very sweet she was very instant in replying back. And the manager Alisha was also very friendly and very nice. Looking forward to booking this place again in the near future.

Our family gathered for a few wonderful days at this amazing place. The house is huge and also features an extra cabin. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, and there is lots of nice seating. The most amazing surprise was the pool, which isn’t featured on the listing ( you barely can see it through the window from the living room picture) It’s a zero edge, deep pool with a huge rock wall surrounding it, with waterfalls and multiple jumping platforms at various heights. It is lighted for night swims. We couldn’t get over it ! Such a blast. In addition, there is a very lovely pond with a big covered fishing pier, and lots of fish in the water ! Finally , there is a full gym in a separate building- professional level equipment and a wrestling mat. We wished we could have stayed longer. It was so much fun.

House was great with nice amenities! Perfect location, and heated pool was a plus! We will definitely be recommending this place to friends!

Amazing house!! Fantastic, responsive host! Any questions were answered immediately. Immaculate and very comfortable. Kitchen is well-appointed and had everything you can think of! Easy able to cook large meals and accommodate a hungry crowd. House is very thoughtfully designed- beautiful bedrooms- very comfortable bedding and nice-sized spotless bathrooms. Plenty of space to entertain. We loved the hottub and outdoor fireplace set up on a cool December night. Great TV's for watching the football games and beautiful open views of the lake. Definitely would return- this one is a winner!

We loved staying here! The house was clean and decorated so nicely. Everything was easy to find because of how organized the house was! Would 1000/10 recommend!

Sam's Place was more than expected! We felt safe, comfortable and very welcome in his home. We could not picked a better home to stay in for our trip. Beautiful and clean. Peaceful and homey. Although we didn't need much more than we brought - There was plenty of extra available of items like paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, spices, etc. We slept wonderfully on the beds and very much enjoyed our time in the enclosed patio. We could hear the birds and enjoy the cool breeze in the evening. Sam's Place will always be at the top of our list for our next trip back to this area.

First of all the house was large enough for our needs. My parents live close by, but have a small house and we had our family, my sister's family, and parents to accommodate for Christmas. Our adult children came with boyfriends and girlfriends, so the group grew exponentially. I did not realize the house sits on a wedding venue, but it was perfect for us. We were able to sit everyone around the dining room table. Living room was spacious and comfortable. (Bonus) The Barn was beautiful, the chapel and game room were also great and a lake to fish in, awesome. I was able to bring my dogs, and they actually have real kennels on the property. The pool area is fenced, house has tile and hard wood floors, all essential. Angela was a great host, she responded quickly, provided information, even tried to help us locate some tamales. Gave us the tour of the venue and made sure we knew where everything was. Fantastic stay, would definitely do it again in two years.

This place was the perfect spot for a little vacation away from home. Judy, thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We had a wonderful time, so many amenities and pools at the resort! My kiddos highlight of the trip was the water park! There was alot to do to enough to keep everyone going! We will be back!!

Absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to key sites of the resort. We felt right at home and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!
